  1. I have brought this up before.. Every power pool should have complete alternate animation. E.G. AR/Device character should have the option of some tech or out of gun animation for example with Arcane.
  2. I think I was pretty clear and polite pointing out what I was trying to say.. I pretty surprised you became such a baby about it. It was such an innocuous post on such a silly thread.. But you are posting inflated builds with everything turned on.. Which gives a false impression to new players who don't in an attempt to show off some BS build.. I would tell you where to go and how to get there but you are not worth the effort or time..
  3. The build is at defense cap pre combat.. But once you engage it drops is what I am saying.. The tic box in options is what I meant.
  4. Just so you know you need to add attack to your options to get the combat numbers.. Otherwise Stealth gives the impression of defense cap..
  5. Bit confused on the rules here ? Level 4 starts the power pools sets Can you use the attack powers from level 1 and 2 from the primary and secondary actively in your build to fight in game or are they just mules for set bonuses if needed for the build?

  8. I don't want to derail. How do you report such an issue? Which forum? Whirlwinds was making me nauseous. I had no clue honestly at the time what was going on. I eventually figure out it was basically the spinning of the character. Honestly if the wind effect stayed without the spinning I would be okay as I have no issue with hurricane and it just seems to be a mini hurricane. Null the Gull option would be nice. Thank you
  9. I had this issue with Whirlwind. Took me a bit to figure it out. Had no clue at first.. I brought it up.. players complained about my complaint.. Minimized the issue.. I respected out of it
  10. I found work arounds for that and accept those short comings. But with attacks you are limited in slowing down the attack chain. Meaning you can't go full tilt like you can with other Archtypes.

  14. I would really love to understand why it was never implemented.. Not from a I demand an answer point of view, but from just understanding a bit more behind the game mechanics..

  16. This is what I have currently.. Pretty close, the numbers are about the same. I have a bit higher on some defenses and recharge, you are doing more DPS. But nothing I have or you have will make the end game that radically different. I picked up Burnout of Tripe Gun Drone gimmick and double Hail of Bullets.. You can have 3 Gun Drones out for a bit, but you have to be on top of the timing and resummoning. Its like a 25 second window. If I can figure out your DPS increase and incorporate it into my build without affecting my recharge I would.   17. Anything Trick Arrow because I think it really has some cool stuff with it.. Oil Slick is pretty dam good it really is good at wiping out low end mobs.. I am not crazy on Undead but it does have a heal attack. Thugs with an AOE attack with a fire proc to light up ignite. Demons would be good as their fire would also ignite Oil Slick and the whip attacks is pretty cool. Robots is also good.. I have a Robot Trick Arrow it's pretty fun. It started out as a last pet only build as I like to mess around with Petless and Semi Petless builds for a challenge. But I had to go full pets because I can see the potential with just the last pet.
