I’m not sure what you mean by Event Horizon… is that like the lightsaber thing? If so, I think the reason it hasn’t been done is there are multiple staff animations that grab fairly close to the end, so an energy blade with that animation wouldn’t make much sense.

You could also do it with macros. /macro Fly “cc 0$$powexec_toggleon Fly” /macro FlyOff “cc 1$$powexec_toggleoff Fly” assuming your first costume has wings and your second does not. You may have to click the macro twice for both effects to work.

My understanding is it’s based on the base recharge + any enhancements. so regardless of if you hit 1 or 16 targets, you’ll have the same low proc chance.

I don’t think it’s specifically defined anywhere. The reason the devs use scale instead of flat numbers is that Scale remains the same across ATs, while the actual numbers vary depending on AT scalers. That would be a 60% reduction, not a 40% reduction (it’s 40% of 20)

There only issue I see is that some people wouldn’t want to list the ST set bonus in the power. basically, it would force people to take Thunder kick if they wanted the ST set. my understanding is that’s not a very good power.

My argument is not that other powers define the set better, my argument is that no one power defines a support set.

I’m looking at this on my phone, so I’m not positive about some of this… big thing, swap the miracle +recovery and the panacea proc. The miracle only affects you, but panacea can proc on anyone in range of the toggle…. Also, if we can get 2 more slots in there, you can slot 5x panacea for the recharge bonus. spectral terror: looks like you only have 2 or 3 6.25% recharge sets slotted, change out Dark Watcher’s Despair for Cloud Senses and you’ll get extra recharge. Also spectral terror isn’t auto hit, so getting some accuracy is a good thing. Move the 2nd slot of Superior Invisibility to Soothing Aura move 1 slot from mind over body into soothing aura and slot 5x panacea also, change one of the remaining enhancements to the +max HP unbreakable guard (Skip the end/rech) Take out the resist aura from phantasm and move the slot to World of Pain change World of Pain to 5x Impervious Skin for the 5% recharge

Nope, purple (and PvP) enhancements give their bonuses all the way down to 10, regardless of if they’re attuned or not. It’s actually better to NOT attune your purples so you can boost the ones that have lower enhancement bonuses (like end redux)

It stacks, so people with the START buff were getting 4x XP

I feel like Power Boost is kind of wasted on a /Rad. Yeah it will increase the strength of your debuffs, but only for its duration since they’re toggles. I guess it helps with the heal.

FYI: purples exemp, if you’ve got the inf and you’re looking to boost recharge then purples are the war to go.

Right, but if I’m a villain and teaming with a Vigilante that is doing Alexander’s arc, I assume the arc can progress even though I’m a villain, but I won’t be able to get to 2 of the missions.

I get the feeling the OP is upset they weren’t able to multi-box on Excelsior this weekend. That’s like the only negative impact I can think of when the servers are red. I rarely play on Excelsior, mostly Everlasting, but the handful of times that it has been red I have noticed no performance degradation.

The biggest issue that I see with the zone hopping thing is that KW is a co-op zone and these missions send you to non co-op zones, meaning if you’re taking with a pure hero/villain they have to miss out.

Can I ask why it bothers you that people can be AFK and still be in game? Honestly, other than maybe forcing you to go to Pocket D 2 rather than Pocket D, what possible impact can this have on you?

I’m assuming by double missile, you mean Brilliant Barage. Yes I’ve taken it on all my Pyro toons so far, it’s not a PBAoE though, the stun is centered around whatever event you have targeted and the fear is centered around the ground location that you pick. I consider it a very valuable pick. As for the AoE hold, 2x Accuracy SOs (or level 30 common IOs) is what I have slotted now, because it does have an accuracy penalty, as long as you’ve got several set bonuses that provide +accuracy, that should be enough even in high end.

I don’t see this happening for 1 reason in particular: it would require the devs maintain 2 code bases.

A lot of NPCs don’t have costume pieces, the model is 1 piece, so it’s probably not an eye detail. I could probably find a use for that particular piece though, along with others that are NPC only (the tie-dye shirt for example)

Hmm… 2 scrappers and a blaster… maybe spines/fire, claws/regen and AR/Devices Force Field/Energy and Fire/Thermal I was going to say Invul/SS tank, but thugs already have that… Shield/Energy?
