It depends on what you mean by "true". It does provide stealth, but not full invisibility, for that you'd need to add a +stealth proc in something. If you're looking for full invisibility only, fortunatas don't provide it either, they only get 40 feet of stealth in Mask Presence.

I should add that Teleport Target only works on minions and underlings, so *if* this temp power was made, would it have to be stronger than Teleport Target in case LTs and Bosses get stuck in a wall? And wouldn't that make it even more likely that people would use it for something other than just getting mobs unstuck?

To my knowledge, nothing significant has changed in Dark/Dark, so yes, it's just as good as it used to be. Back on live, I loved my D3, I've got one on HC, but it hasn't clicked with me like it did on live.

The only -resist that DP has is piercing rounds, which is *basically* ST and is 20% non-stacking. Not sure where you're getting 30-50% from. If I'm reading COD correctly, Howl from Sonic Resonance alone provides 20% -resist, but is an actual AOE, and it has all the other ST -resist to stack on top of it.

From a scientific perspective, you don't even get primary/secondary in the right order. I love me some Dual Pistols, however, unless you're running cryo or chem rounds it brings very little support to the table (and most players would argue that the only thing to run in 99.9% of content is incendiary). So I would disagree with the assertion that it is the best for support. Additionally, it is not top tier for damage either. I'm not going to argue about which defender primary provides the best support. It really depends on way too many factors, including what content you're playing. I'll agree that Time is up there, but not 100% sure it's the all-around best of the best.

You should be taking Dispersion Bubble ASAP. It provides better defense than Maneuvers and also gives status protection to Immobilize/Stun/Hold. Repulsion Bolt and Spirit Ward are over slotted. RB really only needs an Accuracy, you could slot a KB->KD in there too. If you are mostly solo, you don't have anything to hit Spirit Ward with, so anything beyond the base slot is a waste. Put the Preventative Measure +Absorb process in there and call it a day. I think Damping Bubble is of more use than Repulsion Field, but if you are sticking with RF, you should slot some end redux into it. Also, the KB->KD IO turns off the repel aspect of the power.

Not quite. It lasts for a few seconds after you get out of the radius, then you'll fall. CoD says that delay is 10 seconds.

Panacea is the only heal proc that applies to target as opposed to caster. I'm not sure how well it works in the chain powers though.

I've thought about this as well. I don't think it's a simple ask because upper arms are tied to the torso, so you'd have to figure out how to split up the costumes. Similar with legs and the pelvis.

The idea of a weapons pool has been suggested in the past. I think some people have even actually fleshed out the powers they'd like to see. I'd love more natural/tech options available, such as the gadgetry power pool that exists in COD but not in game (likely because animations don't exist for some of the powers.)

I think you can slot the controller ATOs into Reverberant. I'd agree that the Hami-Os are the most slot efficient (and cheapest) way to slot it though.

You get 1 free global change per account, you can change it in one of the menus. I don't really see a reason you'd need more than 1 change, but if, for some reason you do, you can then go to GMs to ask for it to be changed.

What exactly would stone melee look like without stone effects? And Stone Armor has a minimal effect option.

I think your premise is flawed. You're concerned about not using the whole set all the time, but that's kind of the point. You have different tools for different scenarios. Also, pushing Snow Storm to t7 would cripple low level stormies. Before Freezing Rain has a couple of recharges in it, Snow Storm is one of your best mitigation tools, so Storm Corruptors and Masterminds would suffer pre-16
