i looked, intrigued. i walked away, unimpressed... i am not a fan of melee. so getting 3 melee attacks while losing two cones and a nuke? hard pass. i also use the mag 2 stun dark pit to pair with a mag 2 stun aura from the epic dark. in short this would entirely gimp my Corr, not even a ,,,shadow,,, of a doubt

I am trying to be honest here. As much as my dumb Snarky (pat pend TM) butt can be. Corr, specifically Ice Cold Corr, but all Corr, are the TOP choice for hard content. Because -res and debuffs. How are we having multi page debates about if -res is good? Seriously 😐

I do have the oppressive gloom toggle, almost always running. But solo charging large spawns i toss Dark Pit giving a brief window of mag 4 stun. This is great for my PBAoE Nuke and PBAoE Incarnate Nuke. But, … on a speed team i sometimes do not even cast Fearsome Stare. Just Nuke and/or hang back and add Cone AoEs to Scourge whatever my teammates are nuking. If the fight is tough i do try to get Tar Patch out.

On speed teams i find myself mostly blasting with my Dark^3 Corruptor. In tough fights i throw debuffs first, then blast. This maximizes debuff time and DPS on a Corr is more effective with Scourge. So, the rhythm is perfect. Sometimes i stop to heal or rez. But generally i am working the debuff job or the DPS job. That is Dark. But all Corr switch between strong roles of DPS and (buff/debuff depending on sets).

Ran a Sara Moore last night on my Dark^3 Corruptor. The kill rate was EXTREME. We finished in slightly under an hour. I would forego Tar Patch most of the time. Unless my Nuke and Incarnate Nuke were on cooldown. Only when soloing away from team would i do my usual Fear Cone, Stun AoE, build up, tar patch, incarnate nuke, nuke chain. It was way too slow. The team was rolling

Thank you Excelsior. Yesterday I was off work. I was able to do Kane, all Halloween badges ( including 2 GMs) except the 6 tip badges. I also joined a PUG Dr Q for badge and double merits. 🧛
