If you're boggling opponents, you're just not meleeing right.

I have read people explaining issues with the problems of the Sybil outfits being a problem because of not working with various costume parts. But couldn't this be solved by just making it a Special category option like Togas and restricting the parts that don't work with it rather than throw it in as an option in other categories where stuff may look wonky with it? Of all the belts in the game, Toga belt options are pretty limited because many would just clip or disappear underneath it altogether. Those options were removed and the problem solved.

It's all mental attacks. Who's to say a psionic manifested fist can't do Lethal damage? And while the psi-blades look like stabby things, they aren't well defined knives or swords, just a pointy-shaped psionic energy, so why couldn't they deal smashing? If someone wants all fists or all "blades" to display, the damage type of the attack really shouldn't matter.

If we're proposing alternate animations for psi attacks, then let me cast my vote for some of the non-blade attacks, like Mental Strike, Telekinetic Blow, Boggle, and Mass Levitate to use less physically emotive attack animations. Psionic melee is attacking with the mind, not the body. One shouldn't have to make a fist and swing it to manifest a giant telekinetic fist. I'd like some minimal animation options like maybe the Kuji-In animations in the Ninjitsu powerset showing more of a mental focus and concentration effort.

I kind of like the secondary auras in tier 3.

I'd be in favor of this. I've seen a number of people play the same character over separate listings with similar names to stay as close to the main one as possible, to show characters as having more than one specialty. I've got one of them myself. Would be nice if my ninja stalker could keep the weapon from the stalker build at least displayed on the mastermind build... and/or keep the mastermind's bow displayed on the stalker's build.

Regen with either Super Strength or Energy Melee on a tanker.

Some of us also used Hurricane and Tornado.

Unrelenting from Presence Pool and and Unleash Potential from the Force of Will origin pool. On a few characters, I have both so I have a backup while the first is recharging.

I've got about 300 on both Excelsior and Torchbearer, and I've never experienced this. For awhile, I had peaked around 580 on Torch... but I axed many to free up the names for others as I made them for the fun of making new characters & costumes and didn't see myself ever playing the ones I cut ever again.

My dream for a Storm Summoning armor set... Storm Armor! Little bit of defense and resist from the Steamy Mist covering, then debuff and mitigate..

Butt-capes have been asked for since Live and off and on throughout HC. Face it: they will NEVER be given to us.

If it takes time to get through them, then it deserves XP. No XP violates the risk v. reward rule. Claiming that triggering them reliably could be exploitable is a bogus claim; Street sweeping is reliable, too... no one took XP away from that. And if the ambushes are potentially infinite, meaning you could just stand there in a repeating burn patch and collect XP without doing anything, then the ambush mechanic should be fixed rather than skipping on the XP. No XP stuff is ALWAYS skippable content for me.
