Seems to me you forgot to toggle on the AoE Def shield after stealthing to the cyst... Looks doable with that build, though.

she dont have her incarnates slot unlocked 😛

 

PS (you can see incarnates on the buff bar :p)

the point is that i need standing power to use soul drain in optimal conditions, and she just cant take more than 2/3 bosses at the same time, so i dont think i can have the DPS to kill the av.

 

And yeah i did this critical mistake 🙂 and no right to error at this parameters 🙂

I'm in the 1st mish with BZB tank, incarnates unslotted, Werner rules in place. What I'm noticing the most is the slower kill speed. On the mitigation front, yea, being without barrier's extra damres or my Seneshal Carnie healing/buffing me is apparent BUT I'm still sitting in the middle of the crap and the scaling damres is keeping me on my feet.

That said.... there's no way in hell I'd want to sit through the AV fights like this. Not even sure I'm dishing out enough damage to match 3rd mission AV's regen.

 

Geez, takes NINE cycles of my FU, Focus, Slash chain to take out a single boss.

i notice while watching myself that my res are almost never at 90 at 53% hp (on dam mid's) : dodge, agile and lucky need slots to raise res properly ?

Negative. Passive scaling damres is unaffected by slotting. You're probably not going to see capped damres until you're much deeper in the orange/red on health.

Standing idle, I'm at 48.06 SL DamRes. With 3 stacks of the tank AT IO proc (6.7*3 = 20.1 so 68.16,) leaving 21.84 to cap... 45% health would get me 15% from scaling resists and another 5-6% from reactive Def Scaling Resist proc... so yea, you should be hitting capped SL DR at around 40-45% HP with all that junk in play depending on how much you're getting from tough and set IO bonuses.

I got to the seafood buffet at the end of mission 1. I survived but quit the tf when I got bored of using nothing but focus and shockwave and bouncing over the buffet to SLOWLY tear them down. Any time I tried to dive in properly to get my normal kill rotation going, the lobsters would all fire off sunless mire and start pummeling me into the dirt.

Don't worry. i did another run today after saying i'm done with it lol. I got to the last mission and had Romulus and is fluffies in safe corner. I killed 2 of the fluffies and had one halfway down and i got Mapserved. I was slightly annoyed lol.

 

I reckon i would have been about a 2 hour ish mark though. I can do it i just don't want to anymore for my sanity haha. 

 

I had no outside buffs and had buffed mobs, no insps, no temps, no deaths and 2 hour limit(which i may have achieved 😩)

i just finish series of testings (aka easting lot of dirt :D) with SR Dark and Rad Dark tanker in Hardcore / no incarnate ITF, i think i hit the limit of what tankers can do because of purple patch 🙂

 

It's tankable but no way i could have the dps / standing power to solo kill any AV without incarnates.

 

The best i did was to go to mission 3 with my rad dark tanker but packs of EB are something without level shift :x

Try it 1 level lower?  To make up for the level shift you don't get?

yep, but still, i made better run after : i will never have enough standing power for the hordes of Elite Boss of Mission 3 with this build (and i dont even talk about Romu / Req and the cpu)

 

Dark mélée is awesome, but for this very challenge, i feel the lack of soft control.

I'm rebuilding my old SR/Rad Tanker for the no incarnates challenge. Going all out with procs, it merely hits 220-240 DPS against Pylons. With heavy end problems too, despite Conserve Power, a Theft of the Essence proc in Radiation Siphon, full "traditional" end slotting with Miracle, Numina, couple perf shifter procs...

 

220 DPS slashed to 48% against true +4s, that's 105 DPS. Level 54 archvillain regen is, what, 101 per second? Boo.

Maybe the true "Tank God" here needs to be an Ill/Rad controller or somesuch. 😛

yeah just FYI the people I know don't count it unless it's under 2 hours for solo, just saying.  I tend to agree the time component is important because it is another element of difficulty.  It doesn't allow someone to be overly cautious/timid pulling everything, requires more strategy, tighter builds, etc.

Maybe the people you know could post a few screenshots of their successful runs. Preferrably incl. sufficient screenshots for every mission to leave no doubts. Also I'm sure everyone would appreciate a few pointers how to pull this challenge off faster without cheating (which there are numerous ways to do).
