I don't really have any puns, per se.  I do have some jokey character names but they're not really puns.  Closest I have are:

Ann Droid -- Bots/Elec with a robot body

Chroma Arrow -- more like a joke name, all the good arrow names were taken (Red Arrow, Blue Arrow, Black Arrow, Light Fuchsia Arrow, etc.) so I got this one.

Blue Three Shinobi -- a ninja, the name is a joke from Azumanga Diaoh, where the girls try to pronounce "Bruce Lee" but get it wrong.

Lord Volemort -- my rodentia necromancer

Ninja Beam -- my Beam Weapon/Ninjitsu sentinel, another anime joke

Sparkly Vampire -- what it says on the tin, he's undead and very angsty

Spectacled FlyingFox -- a caped crusader who dresses a bit like a bat

For a while, my DP/EM Blaster, Mobile Suit Gun Dame (created when I noticed how you could get Gundam-like costumes with the right costume pieces) had a bind for LRM that had her yelling "Gun Dame BEAM!" when she fired it.

Tammy Gun Valiant, MM Thugs / Traps.  Instead of Tommy Gun.  Because guns.  And stuff.

Not saying these are great or anything!

HP Demoncraft, MM Demons / Thermal Radiation.  Instead of that author I can't remember.

Mellow Dee Valiant, Dominator Symphony Control / Sonic Assault.  Something sound I dunno.

Fishmandu, Defender Marine Affinity / Water Blast.  Fish head and fins and everything.  Instead of Katmandu.  You know you singing it now.

Others are even worse, so, yeah.

I have an AR/EM Blaster that relies for the joke of his name on people recognizing a song from nearly 50 years ago. The character is Rolande ('Roland' was taken), whose appearance imitates that of one of the Trolls, wielding a Thompson, and the 'no head' option -- Rolande the Headless Trollkin Gunner.

If nothing else, it displays your excellent taste in music. 😉 Hmm..."Werewolf of London" is probably already taken, but you might be able to snag "Excitable Boy" or "Mr. Bad Example"...

I used to have Mr. Bad Example on Excelsior.  (Energy Blaster with loads of KB)

Right now the only Zevon song char I have is Fistful of Rain.

That's awesome, and I would have never gotten it.  Had to listen to the song, and don't remember it still.

My amusing character name this week is "Naughty Zoot".

I am thinking about making her own SG...and call it The Castle Anthrax.

I'm just not sure about how to make a grail shaped beacon. Not like anyone could see it unless they came in the base...but there's room for some creativity there if I get motivated.

I listen to videos from Steve Inman.  Lots of humor, commentary from NSF stuff.  Talking about people turning tables on carjackings, theives, and people openly using violence.

Certain phrases turn up.  Funny use of possible hero names and activities.

BEATDOWN BUFFET

LEADICILLIN

EDISON MEDICINE

With prolific use of "The Ludacris Cam" where idiots getting knocked down/run over to "Boom BLEEP!.  Get out da way"

It's terribly violent until you realize these are POS criminals earning COMEUPPANCE, making it like Benny Hill on angel dust.
And I'm NOT really a very "nice person" to begin with....

Mighty Mighty -- idea stolen from chat and from The Commodores' song lyrics ("she's a brick house, she's mighty mighty") about an attractive woman.  Stone/Fire tanker, at least the concept makes me smile and gives me some incentive to put up with the poo rocks, I've never played a Stone anything before.

Plant Control/Time Manuplation Controller - Thyme-Lord

From P.D.Q. Bach's grand oratorio "The Seasonings" (S. 1/2tsp):

"Bide thy thyme, for thyme is running short.
Bide thy thyme so fair.
Bide thy thyme, the seasoning season's o'er,
Bide thy thyme, take care.
February's fine for taking thyme,
But in March of thyme beware.
Bide thy thyme, for thyme is money too,
Bide thy thyme so fair.
Bide thy thyme, now thy subscription's through,
Bide thy thyme, take care.
February's fine for taking thyme,
But in March of thyme beware.
So bide thy thyme!"

Then she produced a silken purse full of many spices,
whereupon she said to him...

"If you've got the money, honey, I've got the thyme,
if you've got the money, honey, I've got the thyme;
bide thy thyme somehow.

"I've got the thyme if you've got the inclination,
I've got the thyme if you've got the inclination;
Bide thy thyme for now."
