I was walking through London and saw all three on the same pizza on an promotional sign for a pizza place. I hope that pizza place is no longer in business, but I very clearly remember that.

 

The egg on pizza actually isn't that unusual, no matter how revolting I might find it.

Come to California, where you can find all sorts of pizza abominations. I have to admit, though, that chicken satay 'pizza' is tasty, although I'll refer to it as 'flatbread chicken satay' or at most 'chicken satay focaccia' if sufficiently pressed.

 

I still find it amusing that 'hawaiian pizza' was created by a Greek restaurant owner in Toronto, Canada, and he called it 'hawaiian' because that was the brand name of the canned pineapple chunks he used.

 

Update: With a casual search, I discovered Curry Pizza Pointe in my area, which has a number of specialty curry pizzas on their menu. But, then, I live in San Diego, so I'd expect to be able to turn up weird food places like this.

There are a couple curry pizza places in Portland, I haven't tried them yet.

We did have the second ranked pizza place after one in Naples for a bit.  (Ken's Artisan Pizza)

 

I make my own pizzas after I was stuck in a desert town with no good options.   The cookbook from Ken's had great tips on dough and some good recipes.

The Sweet Potato Pear one was surprisingly good.

 

My own odd combo was Spinach, Asparagus, Kalamata Olive, Caramelized Onions, Goat Cheese.

Honestly, curry pizza sounds just like "put the curry on the naan before cooking it"

Have you tried Baby Octopus pizza? Best pizza I ever had. Which was strange because I normally don't like seafood.

Those emoticons allow me to avoid more strenuous commentary such as the middle finger, telling individuals to copulate with themselves, directions on how to kiss certain rear facing (but smooth) parts of my anatomy.

 

And with the sarcasm turned off, they allow me to acknowledge, either positively or negatively someones thoughts without wasting other people time with my blathering.  I talk a lot, I write walls of text and often its lost in the noise of itself; I drift off tangent into sea stories.  Often when I comment, I think I have something important to say (rarely is) so to minimize that noise I generate I will click an emoticon (though I still don't get 1/3 of the ones meaning).

The majority of confused emojis I've received are from the same person. As tempting as it is to imagine they have some sort of mental impairment, I take it to mean that they are signaling that you're opinion is bizarre, not that it's actually confusing.
