  1. I was going for that, but a more brass-colored metal and fewer arms 😅
  2. Work in Progress, I feel like it's missing something. Dual Blades/Energy Scrapper. I may try a different belt and/or legs.
  3. https://forums.homecomingservers.com/gameaccount/ Click 'Change Password'
  4. I'd wager its due to not having animations associated with using those powers. So either all powers would need their own unique animations while riding them or they make it only affect self.
  5. Yeah, on the DC side, I was honestly surprised how Bruce Wayne really isn't that wealthy financially speaking across many writers and titles. He owns a controlling share in a company that sells weapons / pharma / technology / financial / really anything the writer thinks is important to the story. And he has long term generational wealth. So the impression is that he can afford anything, but there's a point where fictional rich characters are able to do things normal rich people couldn't - buy an island, create an army of mercenaries or robots, donate or provide the majority of funding to a charity that is world renowned, pay your way to the presidency, be called a philanthropist playboy bachelor billionaire, build spaceships, etc.
  6. Edit: Oops, meant to add I'm in favor of making this temp power last as long as the player is still on the MLTF. What I've found says five hours from the moment the power is granted: City of Data has more info on the Power of the Thorn temporary power.

  8. THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE
  9. Wacky! Do TAoE attacks like Blizzard, Ice Storm, and Sleet benefit from Assault too? Since they're pets as well?
  10. Yeah, but as a Tanker, don't you have a higher threat level, thus the Taunt effect from the Striker is second to your own?
  11. I'm looking at a decent way to slot Gale, and your suggestion is something I'm going to try!
  12. Looking strictly at the fictional Earth moneymakers... something tells me if we assumed the fictional black market value of vibranium were what it is indicated in the comics, Black Panther, aka T'Challa would be by far the wealthiest superhero I can think of across either Marvel or DC.For villain, I'd have to say DC's Vandal Savage.
  13. The second episode was full of surprises.
  14. Nothing to add to the topic at the moment but a question - doesn't Elude get diminishing returned hard in PvP? For Tankers, Brutes, and Scrappers.
  15. I like that idea, having heavy hitters designated ahead of time to finish off the last slivers of health. You could be on to something!
  16. I do what now? I said in my post that I couldn't care any less about your opinion or anyone else's opinion on the three documents pertaining to playing this game. You're not a member of the Homecoming team. I did not say 'I don't care.' Is that difference confusing to you? Better yet, how about you take a couple of steps back from the keyboard command center and chill. I've not stated in any of my posts in this thread that I'm for or against the OPs suggestion. I posted the section of the content guidelines pertaining to gambling and responded to your odd ramblings. Let's get back on topic.
  17. I couldn't care any less what you or anyone's opinion about what they think the Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or Privacy Policy should or shouldn't say. It says what it says. Unless someone from the volunteer Homecoming staff says it has changed, players will still need to agree to it or they don't play.
  18. Gambling is legally restricted, in some capacity or another in the United States, unless the state authorizes special regulatory entities to enforce or restrict different types of gaming at (usually) the local government or tribal level. Wikipedia says it best... Gambling in the United States. One huge caveat is online gambling - the Federal Wire Act of 1961 outlawed interstate wagering on sports, but it hasn't been modified to address the modern conveniences of the internet or virtual reality. The 'Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006' also didn't explicitly outlaw online gambling, however, it did outlaw financial transactions involving online gambling service providers. All of this is moot though, as the Code of Conduct is one of the three explicit documents (ToS, CoC, Privacy Policy) which players MUST agree to if they want to log in and play. These are the 'rules of the house' aka the Homecoming servers.
  19. I vaguely remember a higher tray count on live, perhaps in the very early days.... I definitely had ten trays for enhancements when I ran my own private server. Didn't do anything special to enable that, just came that way from the i-24 game file on OuroDev. As to why it isn't that way here, well I don't know.
  20. I usually right-click any powers tray on the number and it gives me the two options to lock powers and lock trays.
  21. It's not my logic, it's the Code of Conduct that all players agree to when they log in to the game.
  22. Content Guidelines The following is considered prohibited content: Anything illegal in the real world: This includes anything related to gambling, child pornography, terrorism, illegal controlled substances, and any real world criminal activity (yes, we know City of Villains exists)
  23. Hmm, relabeling the spawn and despawn of the event to just the giant monsters? I guess I never noticed the issue, in fact, I usually find the two GMs chilling in one of their multiple spawn points, defeat them, and call it a day. Maybe tying in completion of the TF to spawning the event (in addition to the other thing it spawns, zombies I think?)
