Not what you've described, but anecdotally, sometimes my server order is wrong. The server I play on primarily is Indom, followed by Torch, and finally Excelsior. I've never played on Everlasting or Reunion. But both of those last two have inserted themselves as the top server in the order many times.

I'm nitpicking here, but why would you need to respec out of Evasive Maneuvers if it became the tier 4 power in the Flight pool (which Afterburner used to occupy)? Were you using the flight pool powers without choosing Fly, so you didn't get the free power after the change? Edit: Oh and Tarnished Star link may help ya: Double edit: nvm! Badging itself is the reward. I'm serious. Players receive a badge for completing a specific requirement. The player receives the dopamine release and the in-game character attains a reward.

Yes! That was a change made in either the last page or the previous before that. We went through and tested Stealth with every Costume temp to make sure.

The differences I noticed was his health pool is larger and his pets hit a little harder. Edit: And he give thicc merits

You don't have to fight this enemy if you don't want the badge. You literally have to ignore moving forward with the mission and make a series of intentional choices to summon it.

First, speak to the Devil Girl in the graveyard to the left of the house. Then speak to the Bored Gal (Madame Maven) and Bored Guy (Halox Von Horn) in the gazebos on opposite sides of the mansion. Finally, return to the Devil Girl and fight The Black Whip.

Yeah, I mean sometimes I take for granted that I can so easily log in without any issues, instantly start doing whatever I want, whether its story arcs, flashbacks, solo or team play, badging, end game content, pvp, searching for bugs or geometry errors, etc. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has taken pause when hearing the awesome Atlas Park music again for the first time, but it is good to have this game - this stress reliever for some or socialization for others (really both for me). And it's free! And the folks running the show listen to what the community wants! I think the COH franchise is in a better place now than it ever was on live (though I did enjoy the larger population!).

And it's been done over a little over two and a half years! And it's consistent too.

I was looking through some patch notes the other day to see when a change was implemented and I ended up going down the rabbit hole of looking through all of the stuff Homecoming has done since the Issue 25 branch, well really since Issue 26. It's enormous! It's seriously impressive! The lists of things implemented, the changes to powers, the roll backs, the buffs, the nerfs, the QoLs, the story arcs, the player events, the community events, the playability (looking at you HC Launcher), the sheer openess, or really accessibility to everything in the game.... wow! Even if you don't agree with or like some of the changes, you have to admit they have done an incredible amount of work. Just for fun, take a look at Issue 26 and it's 5 pages. Yeah I get that. There have been MM changes since 2019, in fact they may even be beneficial, but I can't say that with certainty like @M3z could since I have never PvPed with one.
