This is pretty much comic book origin story material. The Kheldian race is larger than our game gives it credit for - the squid and lobster, as they are affectionately called, are just two of the infinite number of potential species that the Kheldian race has acquired over time. There is also their pure Light Form as well. And these different "forms" can be used nearly simultaneously, though I can't find a lore-related reason at the moment, I know that the Kheldians were able to travel vast (impossible) distances by shifting their forms and using their inherent travel power abilities (i.e., faster than light, instan transmission). As for giving a proper lore background for your character, it's up to you to decide whether the fusion of beings were willing or unwilling (Nictus). Whether they intend to further relations with the Earth or conquer it. Whether to sell out their remaining species to an evil intergalactic threat to use as a fuel source, or enjoy time travel hijinks and let Manny keep pumping the gas for other worldly visitors.

Giant Monsters will drop 1-3 Monstrous Aethers upon defeat depending on the reward table. Some are on a cooldown timer (Adamastor and Ghost of Scrapyard). These can be converted 3 to 1 Prismatic Aether at Beneovlabs. A Prismatic Aether can drop after completing a mission. The chance of this is low, but not 0. The best way to earn Prismatic Aethers (outside of Halloween Event) are through completion of Advanced Difficulty Mode content (1-Star through 4-Star) of Lady Grey Task Force, Imperious Task Force, or Dr. Aeon Strike Force. The easiest way to collect Prismatic Aether is to buy them on the Auction House for around 2 million inf each.

Lemming said it - the source for the acc/taunt/rech D-Sync enhancements is the Dr. Aeon Strike Force (and Hami). That's it, nothing else in the game awards that enhancement (and its a random drop as well). So supply and demand is why. Not enough supply, demand is willing to fork over the higher premium. Edit: I'll also add that the D-Sync enhancement gives 36% boost to Threat Duration, Accuracy, and Attack Rate, while other acc/rech enhancements only give 26% boost to Accuracy and Attack Rate. Edit 2: Well it looks like Hamidon provides this Theat/Acc/Rech enhancement as well.

Oh wow cool! Ever since Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles on PS1, Ki-Adi-Mundi has been my second favorite Jedi. That's enough of a reason for me to watch it if he's in the show.

I'm not sure what this means - is the show part of the Star Wars universe? I watched a show on Disney that had a bunch of different art styles and stories that didn't really connect to the movies so I'm just trying to see if that's what this show is.
