I'm glad Snarky writes these posts so that I don't have to experience it myself.

Too much xp granted in the early levels so it's easy to fly by content. Too many ways to generate inf throughout the leveling journey, let alone through the various in game economies. I don't understand why this is even being suggested.

Well it is something that was in the game back in the early days of CoH. It was something almost every player did when they got their travel power at Level 14 (unless you were a Super Speed user!). That and move around Steel Canyon, up and on to the buildings or down the promenades.

Bases are also now PvP capable, should the SG desire such things.

Nah they are great how they are. Build them as desired, the tools are there for everyone to use if they want. Of course like everyone else I'm biased by my perspective; having played since Issue 1, I remember "earning" these two Archetypes and leveling them up before inherent fitness, before their inherent was buffed, before teams were open to inviting them because they spawned Cysts and Void Gunners in missions, before they had their own Archetype Origin IO, before toggle suppression was added by Homecoming.

Slot two Level 50+5 Endurance Reduction IOs if you want Hot Feet to cost less endurance.

Well I went Storm/ Water Defender for the knockups and chaos. Fun effects, easy pairing, heavy endurance consumption.

I've only ever seen them used on other players in PvP, and even then it's just annoying. In a solo setting, most circumstances are already heavily controlled. Choose when to attack the next mob of enemies or when to use certain powers. In a team setting, foe intangible powers might help in those scenarios you've described, but keep in mind it's also a double edged sword - they will not be damaged by attacks until they are back to normal from that status effect.

I suppose my playstyle is different, but I like to have at least a 75% chance to proc any 3.5 PPM procs. With your above slotting, you're hitting 50% chance to proc on 3.5PPM procs.

I'm just confused that would be slotted with so many procs, did Whirling Hand get a recharge change?

Yeah that's something that was mentioned that would be relooked possibly. Right now it's a 3% spawn chance to catch Jack on his throne sleeping.

Unless it's a character I've played many years, like my main, I tend to just screenshot my power trays so that after the respec I've got the general layout right. And yeah, love me some /cleartray!

Bug Report?

Yeah that sounds like an unintended effect to me. If it hasn't already been done, I'd send that to the bug report thread.

I do love asymmetrical patterns! I'm supportive of this suggestion.

Well that would give Aeroprism reason to cringe certainly, but not for the lack of a best and genuine community. More like people behaving inappropriately and not providing the measured and repeatable testing requested by the Homecoming team, or just outright telling the developers they should quit because they don't agree with a change made. Would it surprise anyone to know that one developer took a hiatus from this game after that toxicity?

Eventually you'll run in to the 5% chance to miss that is built in to the equation. The formula itself is confusing to me, so I generally look to hit 75% Acc in my powers the require a to-hit check.

I think exploits are things like one shotting Hamidon or going outside the map to defeat enemies. What you've described makes me think it was an unintended side effect of a feature. Edit: And it would be addressed after it is reported through a bug report. Things like that get missed, there aren't enough testers to catch everything before updates hit the live shards.

I haven't read any exploits yet in this thread.
