  1. I find it funny to think the caps on Scrappers mean they can't take aggro.... Back in I8 an invul tanker had less survivability than many scrapper builds do now.
  2. I find this interesting, since over in Scrapper Subform land many actively recomend against using secondaries without taunt auras.
  3. The Willpower Aura needs buffed, at least for Tankers and Brutes. The lame excuse for it "WP is too strong" is meaningless with the current state of IOs, Newer sets like Shield, Rad and Bio, etc. The Dwarf Aura wouldn't need to be that good. Maybe as good as WP is now.
  4. Or considering the new Tanker changes, a Tanker. The AT change should bump up the resists

  7. Leading back to the Kheldian Dwarf suggestion, since those are intended to hold Aggro on multiple foes. Sort of the weakest of the 3 "tank" archetypes. Right now they definitely are not #3 for the tank role. That would go to scrappers.
  8. Invul has one also, which is an old set. So some scrappers have always had them.
  9. You could for example use the AIM/ Build up animation for Short Circuit.

  11. I'm running up a new STJ with Energy Aura. I have a MA/EA that I like. Its a strong secondary.
  12. Even scrappers get taunt auras in their newer sets.
  13. One thing they need is a taunt aura in Dwarf form.
  14. You have to do both. Look at SO and IO. But you can't ignore IOs, that would just pave the way for unbalanced builds.
  15. I suppose the lethal could give you some limited protection against AOE. Since SR on scrappers has an idiotic level progression.
  16. Because SR can easily softcap without it. Especially if you use both of the 3% def uniques. I might use it while leveling, but tbh you could be softcapped for Melee in the 20s. SR also is essentially immune to def debuffs. And those slots could go elsewhere. I would of course use it for any other secondary.
  17. 30 second recharge is potentially better than 20 if its an ability you dont use often. Since the PPM chance goes up.

  22. Ive never tried it either, but im curious. Lets say I have disrupt and then slot the stun proc into Energy Drain. Do I get 2+2 mag stun?

  25. people love to Rage about Rage ===== If they did revert the ET animation to the original fast one, how good would EM be?
