  1. The noticeable duration is the only incentive to engage in challenge of killing/mezzing them before they can pop MoG in the first place. Maybe a little reduction is warranted but 15 seconds doesn’t sound like much. Also think Switch’s idea of giving them an offensive buff would be good. Throw some +ToHit in the mix too so soft cappers can’t ignore them completely 🙂
  2. Again, part the challenge is in avoiding MoG altogether at a reliable rate. Based on this thread it’s quite obvious many players find that difficult. Why would anyone be complaining about MoG if it weren’t something of a challenge to prevent?
  3. My new DP/SR has 3 attacks with 6 damage procs and another with 5. Working ok with all that but I agree it’s not exactly hard to keep a blaster alive..
  4. Both of my sentinels lean hard towards proc monstering because I’m scared to try sentinel damage as it is 😞
  5. They have different icons both in terms of targeted AoE ring vs location AoE ring and also different colors.
  6. At high difficulties yes I agree. I could see casual players not seeing it that way if they aren’t playing at a high enough difficulty to outdamage regen’s sustain. But otherwise yeah totally think SR wins with ease.
  7. I think a majority of players would say SR is better now. Well, at least the hardcore ones that talk here.
  8. Nature/Water Defender or Water/Nature Corruptor seem to be closest conceptually. I don’t think they’d be squishy at all. I just think most of Storm and Plant Control would probably be detrimental to your crops lol.

  10. It sounds plainly factual to me. I’m sorry if it comes off differently.
  11. All you need to do is (1) mez them or (2) burst them down for the last ~quarter of their hp or so (from the point right before they MoG to death). And then if you can’t do that you can start looking at debuffs or simply herding them to the next mob. If you can’t do ANY of that, your build is either a rare anomaly or self-gimped.

  13. Skeptical of this unless you’re counting one-attack empathy defenders or something.
  14. The challenge is disposing of them efficiently and quickly with mezzes/bursts. Not all challenges are challenges to your health bar.
  15. Yeah, make this one 53 base boostable to +5 like the Apocalypse/Etc.: Damage is what I was saying.
  16. 3 Luck of the Gamblers and 3 Gladiators Armors and you’re running into ED on both with good end slotting and a proc. Two procs if you take a small hit on resistance.
  17. In this case I was not making a comment on balance but rather on how wacky the PPM system is as aetherial said.
  18. Yeah too much raw power creep potential. Make it 53% instead of 100% and have the other schedules scale the same and I’m down.
  19. I think you forgot a little side of “hey let’s make epic/patron holds that do barely any damage by design into some of the best damage powers in the game” 🙂
  20. This. You make a mage by selecting the magic origin. That said if it’s a cool powerset I’m sure the devs well take a look and consider if it’s worth the time. Just don’t tie the powerset concept to an origin.
  21. Also you came out in favor of this logic by defending PPM in the first place as that’s how it fundamentally works so... sensing mixed messages here.
