It redraws I believe. You don’t need Cryo Freeze Ray though. My AR/Dev uses it as a procced out S/T attack, but Beam needs no S/T help between Disintegrate, Piercing Beam, Penetrating Ray, Lancer Shot, and Surveillance. Already got a full chain there. EDIT: I am going to graciously bless you with build screenshots (no I don’t have Mids) since we’re talking about my main 🙂

My Beam/Time/Munitions build has my best pylon time of my blasters, I think, and meets your criteria. Has -regen and -res. Dope S/T chain. Fully ranged version. You need Beam/*/Munitions for all those things but not necessarily */Time/*. That said, if you’re going to butcher my main and skip all the cool procs, maybe I say you can’t have it 🙂

You actually made me go check, but considering Will Domination is the signature Psychic Blast power in its bursty projectile-stacking mini-game, I was pretty certain that couldn’t be right 🙂

And on MM’s they have one that gives you 10% on the 2nd slot so you slot 2 in 3 different powers for easy +30%.

For Blasters, Sonic/ has more cones than Dark/. My Conemaestro is disappoint.

You’re both wrong. Snarky spends way too much time collecting Thunderstrikes and Artilleries to have any time for blood or souls.

Literally none of your posts state that “only complete” end drain is pointless nor do any of them point to the benefits of small end drains. I just checked. Clarify that better in your first post next time instead of your 5th.

I think there’s a lot of players that encounter Minotaurs and Cyclopses more often than psi-resistant robots nowadays 😉

I don’t think my psi blast toons are super duper high on synergy, but I would say you probably want an extra AoE to round it out on blasters. It’s good as is on single target stuff, though Dominate on defenders is always welcome. My Psi/Martial blaster feels pretty well rounded between the psi s/t chain and having two secondary AoE’s to trigger after psinado.

They may not deserve it for sure, but in addition to all the standard res/def/heal/endmod and purple/-res procs, I’ve been working Thrust/Launch or Hypersonic into nearly ever new/updated build lately.

HARD NO. The ability to stack damage from multiple attacks in one instant of time by understanding the varying projectile speeds is the #1 coolest thing about the set. Same goes for Seismic Blast.

That’s contrary to the reality of my experience, at least. The important distinction here is that trying to drain mobs to zero as mitigation is fairly pointless now, BUT, draining them a little to get Shocked procs is by no means pointless. Opening with Short Circuit and following up with Ball Lightning now makes the Ball Lightning reliably stronger. This is just a fact that you’re leaving out. But if your argument is going to be “everything is still dead too quickly for it to matter”, then it sounds like the set has zero problems. Can’t claim problems in this game if your enemies are all on the ground.

His is kind of a cool idea if well balanced as a sort of godmode on a longass timer. I don’t think you should get a permanently stronger T3 pet just because you don’t want to manage the T1’s, so sorry don’t like this idea. Your choices to go semi-petless should remain self-gimping.
