I've been (mostly) solo leveling a Bio/Rad lately, having not much experience with either set outside of farms. Rad just seems really slow with ST. The AoE is fantastic but the ST is pretty meh. Also I don't think any of the recent changes affected Rad Melee at all, other than making power available at earlier levels (not specific to Rad).

Thanks for posting that chart, Ston. Next time someone suggests StJ as an alternative to SS I'm going to point them to this thread.

1) Please add Resistance pistols as a pistols customization option. They're cool. 2) Please add Resistance soldiers as a Lore Pet. Nothing overpowered required, it's just that this is a glaringly absent option from Praetorian themed Lore pets, whereas there are both IDF and Clockwork present for Loyalist themed characters. I love this one and the kick animation that plays as well when a shield is equipped. Except it's a bit of a letdown that such a quick animation for kick exists but the Fighting pool kick uses the same animation only way slower. And will unequip your weapon. What's up with that?!

In the case I mentioned not even remotely it's totally fluid. Otherwise just need to be concious about how you're playing, but generally no. Kat and DP play nice with each other when no redraw is on.

I have a DP/Nin Blaster that's a space pirate. Anyhow, one if my favorite (but not crazy effective) things to do is jump into a mob, Hail of Bullets into Lotus Drops. The animation flow is seemless. After a the gun-kata display she leaps up, draws her sword and spins around to land in a crouch. Very cool.

I might be missing the obvious benefits of this suggestion. 🤔

Most people get around the Rage crash by loading up on procs so it's no longer hampering your damage. You can do similar with INV/SS, though it's not as effective as Bio or Rad. But still perfectly viable.

It's just dumb to even classify it as "thriving" or "dead" when it's nothing more than an alternate starting zone without a single TF or Trial. That's like saying Kings Row is dead for crying out loud.

Sitting here laughing at Goldside being dead when it's literally capped at level 20.

Both AR and Regen are typically seen as having their best versions on Sent. Honestly you might like it.

Nitpick but, i27, page 4.

I can give some very general advice. SD wants high recharge, both for Sheild Charge and to stack Active Defense (the latter provides extra Defense Debuff Resist). BA has KD in all its attacks so lots of opportunities to slot Force Feedback recharge procs. Axe Cyclone is new and awesome. Sucks nearby enemies in, which will boost the damage stacks from Against All Odds. SD has always been Endurance hungry. After the changes BA slurps more blue than it used to. Plan accordingly. SD is notoriously tight for slotting. If it feels like you're having to make tough choices that's normal.

@GGInflux The main reason why Rad/SS or Bio/SS are so powerful is because their primaries provide massive Absorb shields that soak a lot of damage, on top of whatever defenses and resists the set may otherwise have. This allows you to heavily proc out your attacks (primarily Foot Stomp and Knockout Blow, but Gloom and Haymaker are also fair game) so that you're not only doing stupid high damage when stacking Rage, but when you Rage Crash as @Zect mentioned you're still cranking out crazy high damage. This was observed as early as November 2019, prior to the Tanker buffs. In the current meta, it's one of the all around most powerful and survivable builds possible. You won't be at any disadvantage.

Sounds like a DP/Energy Blaster to me. Pistols for ranged, Biotics for melee and self buffs. Show her the animation for Power Thrust, that'll sell it.

I ask myself this frequently and haven't been able to find an answer that satisfies me. I quit CoV sometime around 2008 or 2009? The invention system was fairly new and I felt like it was bloat. Anyway, I was in Afghanistan when the game shut down. I didn't notice. The whole Destroyerstroyer leak made for good wholesome gossip reading. Until then I had no idea CoX had shut down, so the emergent details from MassivelyOP and Reddit fed my curiosity.

I have seen the Battle Maiden blue fire rings, but never noticed BAF sequester rings. But the blue fire is usually few and far between even when it is present and I've never personally observed anyone dying from them. Sequester rings might have a really long CD, or get overwritten by Nega's death effect? Just guessing here. But the blue fire is a thing for sure.

I was hooked from Ep 1 and loved it all the way through. Glad Disney made a show for me.

On female models this can be done with the Carnival 2 belt with the same colors selected.

No MIDs but what you're looking for is Rad/SS. Using a lot of procs. I think there may be some builds posted for this in the Tanker forum but you're gonna have to look.

I think Seismic gets its mileage when ignoring the built mechanics and just maximizing proc opportunities. Procportunties? Upthrust in particular has a deceptively high proc rate. I don't think mids accurately reports it, maybe because of the slow 'projectile?' It's the star of the set for me. After Meteor that is. I've only played it on an Seismic/Earth blaster but I messed around with it a lot in beta and took it from 20ish to 50 on live. It won't win awards for outright damage but certainly keeps pace while offering some of the best secondary effects possible.

Whether you do or not is certainly up to you but you always try to keep it up, and if possible double stacked. The reason being that AD contains a nice chunk of Defense Debuff Resist and it stacks on itself. With all your sources running and AD double stacked you should be around 85 DDR at level 50.
