Yes the GMs can enter your mission and watch you. This I know for a fact. Now I don't know if they can take control of an NPC that's there, but I seem to remember a GM saying that they have a number of options for how their avatar looks. So I'm guessing that ordinary person would be one of those options.

I'm not sure how this could be considered an exploit. They're playing the game. The developers have said that they aren't going to ban farming, how is this any different from farming? At least they're not AFK. BTW, I take exception to the word 'sadly'. The human brain is literally physically designed solve problems and look for 'exploits.' Do you really think that putting lightning into a box and getting it to make high-speed decisions for us is 'working as intended'? If the human brain wasn't so good at finding exploits we'd still be hunting our lunch with spears instead of driving to Taco Bell. And just to clarify, I'm not angry, I'm not upset. I am just sitting in my office on a slow day calmly typing my thoughts on a keyboard made of fire hardened oil.

So your villains are ok with committing mass murder, but they're not ok talking to a Nazi? How is the Fifth Column worse than any other villain group? And no, I'm not defending Nazis. Although someone's going to jump in and accuse me of that in 3... 2... 1...

The problem with this is that the way that people report players, say for griefing or trademark violation, is to click on the player and select report. If a player isn't targetable then it makes it easier for them to grief and more difficult to report them.

I'll admit that I really hate the changes to Force Bubble. Other than that I think all of the changes have been good ones. Except for Telekinesis. I have never used that power, and still don't, so I have no opinion on it.

If the devs dial back the horrible things that the Nazi says then that will make him look less evil. Why do you want the Nazi to seem less evil?

That's too bad. I was planning on playing, and doing a lot of respecs, this weekend. But constant pop-ups, in any game, drive me crazy. I guess I'll just play Helldiver 2 this weekend and wait until The Council of Thirteen fixes this issue.

All of the SCP stuff is open source so yes, it's technically allowed. However, if it gets reported you'll have to try to explain it to a GM in a way that they'll understand. If you're not successful in that they may decide to generic you anyway.

I liked getting XP for exploring the city. It was IIRC the only non-combat way to get XP. So of course it was taken away. Although, I'll never understand the irrational hate some people on the forums have for patrol XP.

I trust that I don't actually have to explain Gravity, but... in case I'm wrong. In game though, by making Gravity a controllable variable it allows the Homecoming developers to finish the Moon Zone that the Paragon devs started.
