Whitey tighties, charging at anything bare ass naked wielding a club would scare anyone. Energy - typed defence, almost everything but psi to 45 (got to check a build, might be a brute), heal, and endurance recovery.. Electric - mostly resist to that is good around, heal, and endurance. Shield - positional defence, group buff, kinda lacks a heal. Haven't played as much, but its fun.

All I am going to say is, that yellow tube in the building is meant to represent a Holodeck from Star Trek. Running off kinda breaks the idea of "simulated missions" . A new feature, sure why not using the basic functions of the AE outdoor; SG Mission computer maybe? I hear something is being looked at, create your own TF and run around Paragon.

After having looked at it, I think it might of been an error with the player's assumption to pick an auto proc with damage instead of a debuuff. Sleep is Sleep, regardless and that is how it works. Interface adds an auto proc to attacks (brawl included? I don't know much about incarnates, to much alt itis before 50) Your best bet is to either drop the Siren's song sticking with attacks (frees up for another power choice) or pick up the pure debuff aspect like Reactive Total Core Conversion with even more -damage resistance; you don't always have to "WTFPWNBBQ!" total damage the character except by choice. -

Aside from the zone, what power set has the same name? Incarnate? Have seen a reference to "clarion" which is a word used to describe sound. Now if you are using any sleep power and an attack of any kind, it's kinda of a given. Personally never liked it, trigger happy teammates are really counter counter productive. -

Global didn't exist when game was introduced. Game was designed in a time before the idea of a Charactername(@fullaccountname hidden used in other MMO) Also, topic ad infinitum ad nausea. This was just mentioned barely over a week, called "Squatting" but the greatest answer is : Lack of imagination and original ideal names Try name Someone got it first Try a different name Someone got it first Try a different name Someone got if first Everybody desires that specific name Lack of patience to find something different They get extremely pissed and agitated. Lack of patience is at an end Run to the Suggestion section Random idea to fix the problem Bitter and bickering argument (maybe) Someone goes and points out the Dev's laid out plans Another person mentions its not actually implemented, it is just a basic outline Bitter bickering continues (probably) Lack of imagination and original name actually turned out to be the problem Suggestion of tools to help out Thesaurus Another language Punctuation mark Alternate spellings (Defense/Defence, based on origin of where is spoken on the planet) Obfuscation of name such as capital I and lower case L ( I - l so which is which? ) Combination of the words together or separation of the words used (Superman Super man or Batman Bat Man) Lack of imagination and original names RAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! IN ANGER IT STILL ISN'T SOMETHING I LIKE *sigh* Umm, anyone got suggestions and help out? (<--- no one took this option, as someone might give up a name if you asked; provided they are active) Also doesn't help if you are on Excelsior or Torchbearer as they are the most populated with the greatest number of names taken.

Endurance reduction + Incarnate click, BOOM! 500% while it slowly works down until your click again. I would take endurance reduction bonuses over +recovery anyway, they apply faster with every power used, blue skittles, and endurance reduc in the power itself; also with a power set that has endurance reduction power itself or +end straight from the enemy (not electric low chance powers, just the straight AoE type designed for it). +recovery is pretty trivial unless you are running all those toggles and spamming like a sugar crazed kid.

Fixing/Smoothing Energy Manipulation for Blasters

So...no hard mode anymore I guess. So you want an easy endurance cost reduction to be a toggle? With no cost? That would be like 3% reduction, you won't notice it at all. Think CJ, minor defense for very small cost. So you want a +60 range to be +50, for being passive? Yeah, no cause an 80 ft range would be 120. Passives always have the smallest benefit for zero cost. 10% resist smash/lethal on an armor set, is still pathetically low with 3 SO at 15%. You would be looking at a free TO or DO benefit, adding +range IO enhancements to 3 slots would be like a 20% range at best if that was possible. You are kinda all over the place, PB would use a change but even your suggestions don't make to much sense. Blasters don't get status protection in their secondary, unless I am missing something (thats for the weak blasters and confused scrapper Sentinels). And you can't have 2 minute recharge for 1m duration as you will easily perma it with hasten and IO bonuses. Even at the current 1 min recharge 15 duration, it is still going to be on cool down for a little bit for its massive benefit it can give (and yes, blasters don't capitalize on it much so I did say it could use a change). I can't really answer much, but TF hits like a freight train for a single target at 200 looking in game so you are looking at a huge number for a single target attack. The set also gets all those buffs. Which is why the set is what it is; Energy Manip is buff/single target melee. Electric Manip, on the other hand is almost entirely melee sans any buff, excluding BU and 2 +stamina powers. Shocking Grasp at T9, for being almost instant...is 6 ticks of 17 damage at 1 second animation. Umm, I would say TF is far superior at 200 for a 3.3 second animation. Couple of things to consider between Electric and Energy Manip (since you mentioned Thunder Strike) Power Sink is a straight 1 min buff for endurance cost and recovery boost, Power sink is just +Stamina dumped in the blue bar. Energy Manip has all those buffs, Electric has none and more melee attacks, one focus on the player while one focuses pure destruction. (Force of Thunder I can't really comment on, I don't remember that and seems a wonky choice with Power Sink since are both endurance related) Thunder Strike is a better T7 then Total Focus at T9 if you are just looking at Floating Numbers - yeah Thunder hits for 150 on 16 target - Total Focus hits for 200 single target - but you missed the one advantage of Total Focus - the +22% Defiance aka mini-BU on a very short recharge for a 3 second animation, hello Floating Numbers in the primary of your choice. Total Focus -> Fireball ? -- Thunder strike is a measly 8% Defiance for the same animation time, cause AoE benefit less compared single target. More targets of the attack, less Defiance. -
Don't Auto-remove Event Channels

A QoL issue, but you can add Hero/Villian/Pretorian event to the same chat box. I only see hero though, as I don't spend time red side...so can't be sure it will auto announce only the side you are on with all 3 in the chat tab. I have switched sides, but the 3 lines in the tab are always there...just I only really see Hero since that is where I spend most of my time. -
Ah, did not know that. I have had a hard time wanting to start from scratch, did it too many times already once on to many alts. And if you are not in a rush, no problem. If you are running beast or ninja + sprint + buff (like steamy mist) + leadership pool + what ever....yeah, you are gonna run out of endurance. No requirement you have to run them and have the option of rest/blue pills/P2W power for that blue bar. The recharge, I can't give you answer. Back in the day, you didn't get a free inherent fitness pool or OMG OP incarnate powers. You had to manage endurance and give up power selections to get stamina, now you just give up a couple slots if you want to.

More high end content, after Incarnate what else are you gonna do being a god? Might as well go smack the skulls around in Atlas, just as challenging as 5th column in PI.

Presence Power Pool could do with a Taunt Aura Toggle

So OP power then? It's not like you can cap defence and then laugh at how much they miss since you are now taunting. And double the taunt aura for melee? Not a good idea. -
You already say it. If it's too big, the thread is massively long requiring more scrolling, multiple builds posted do it. Pictures tend to bring forums and some times need to scroll right. It's fine to enlarge with one click, not like it is a life or death thing.

/fire works. But the armor is pretty much built around burn which is useless in a group, no immbolize protection except in burn, and that fire patch should it work in a group causes fear. You also cannot do +4 content very well without IO, you will be taking massive alpha and need +def to avoid the most of the alpha.

Second account, PL to 50, profit. Limitations as to when you can to it (not prime time) and what servers (torch/excel high population are a no go) to use multiple accounts. Use a lower pop server to PL, transfer to whatever. Only other limition is if you have potato powered or not computer; second PC works.

Doubtful you would get very high in levels, would be a waste of time to delete your character should you actually make it higher. Better off just starting with a new character and change the name to keep it on the back burner. Otherwise seems like a waste of time and effort.
