Not a lot of folks have spare slots for travel powers. Even fewer realize you can use Universal sets or Micro hamis to boost its run and jump. 3 universal infiltration + base slot sprint = 80mph range. characters with [Quickness] or variants are higher. With that said, many of my characters have Evasive Maneuvers and Infiltration 6 slotted. 3 travel, 3 def procs.

its like that now. in the before times all 8 people were encouraged to go off and kill on their own. we didnt have difficulty adjustment back then and 8 people fighting their own at a nice pace was better than sticking together due to the volume defeated

I like the idea of Hand Clap having damage, sets with no AoE pre-26 are brutal to play. Especially now that the WSTs are cycling back to low level stuff. As for [Rage] why not go the extra mile and revamp the whole thing: No crash Let it stack Lower recharge But lower its dmg/tohit numbers to accommodate Wait this is pretty much Fury, nevermind

Exemplaring and turns it into a gain. This all sounds like a lot of work on both the players and devs end to have the shapeshifting AT, not shapeshift. Like turning Regen into a resist/def alt via IOs while still claiming to be a regen, its just a lot of work

i still cant wrap my head around having the spare slots for human shields to even need or want this in the first place. i barely had the slots for 3 ribos in dwarf form

for masterminds they are borderline required to slot in pet global/aura buffs for everyone else, there are many uses. Sometimes its for enhancement slot space saving, other times there isnt much else. Radiation Infection, Beta Decay, Darkest Night, etc: 3 Enzymes An immobilize ability you probably wont ever use, or use rarely: Endoplasm. Web Grenades, ring of fire, etc. Forge, Fort, Farsight, etc: 3 Membranes And to me since all Resist set bonuses suck for Perma-hasten characters, 3 ribos and use slots elsewhere or sit in some procs And for my super reflex characters [Tough] is my only form of resist to slot procs in, 3 ribos, 2-3 procs actually the prices for hamis are insane enough as it is just ignore this post

The damage will be bad support will be so-so forced to take t1 attack I say go Corr or even Blaster. Blaster's tactical arrow secondary is damn good

Remove her ability to fly on both missions, blame it on troll magic or weakened by the stones should fix the problem of getting stuck and being too short

That alone right there is a mindfuck. Yeah sure jusburself ezgaem but damn, so much raw power lost So little pre-33(exemp)/38 is super ultra lethal to even need that. As for the attack chain thing, laser eyes and nova blast are slotted with ATOs on my aliens. even in lower levels like synapes the need for bolt just isnt always there and higher levels is just cycling those two nova attacks when perma hasten and other stuff kicks in Hell, barely had enough slots to 3 Ribo up Dwarf form

I personally dont even are did done are comprehend how you even have slots for shields to even need this There arnt seriously people who take the damage loss of human form attacks for vanity, right?

Thats pretty much the reason the old devs nerfed street sweeping exp. taking away one option to prod people into another option adding a timer to werewolves adding a timer to dreck nerfing <Family> exp over level 40 etc. i want to go in the other direction

probably, but one of my original points of wanting street sweeping to get buffed is to not mess with those unknown to me missions

power-to-slot so its lifedrain wont proc heel because there is no -def

because in my few attempts to step outside the box i got my ass turned inside out. those ward missions are something else. anything from getting my masterminds totally invalidated by all the rain dropping wisps and books to being slowed to hell and back on every other AT. many hero arcs send you street sweeping anyways and the isolation chamber of red side eats away at you
