  1. I always go Brute instead of Scrapper (better personal aggro management, and red side bias), and now just a put a comment in the character description that I play Brutes as pure damage dealers.
  2. Swap ammo does not effect procs, so yes the Force Feedback proc will work as intended.
  3. Considering that it has already done exactly that once...
  4. Considering that the patron pools only get people to play red side for two hours, tops, I doubt that it would help the population any.
  5. And Trick Arrow and Electrical Affinity. Honestly, it's fine. There are plenty of avenues of escaping Repel, and for those power sets that don't have any Repel protection, then use new strategies, (including Break Frees).
  6. YMMV. I ran an Operative Renault SF last week (which has both Longbow and The Family), and my Blaster was pulled by multiple Singularities on multiple occasions. I thought that it was hilarious. It provides a new challenge, requires new tactics, and is something other than a face roll on keyboard smash.
  7. That is not the normal way. That is a mission auto-complete in case you run into a bug you can’t get around or if the mission is too difficult, and can only be used once every... three days I think. You should get some sort of indicator on the map telling you where you have to go.
  8. Way too many still think that Blasters = ranged damage.
  9. You left out Rogue Vanguard and The Awakened. Both are clearly Tier S+. Maybe even S++. Otherwise, good job!
  10. Then go to Pocket D and talk with Null the Gull, a seagull sitting on top of a box truck. He'll disable Group Fly for you. Problem solved.
  11. Because it allows Mastermind players to let their pets fly with them, which is needed in some scenarios. See fighting the Rikti Drop Ship on mothership raids for one.
  12. It's okie to be wrong once in a while. We understand.
  13. You've needed all of the exploration badges from one zone in order to unlock LRT since Issue 27, Page One went live. You then only need one exploration badge from additional zones in order to unlock the additional zones.
  14. There's a technical one. IIRC, putting NPCs in bases was a hack and they've reached some sort of technical limitation for NPCs in SG bases.
  15. He usually spawns at one of the beaches on or near Thorn Isle, and then once spawned tends to fly high. If you don't see him at the beach, odds are he's circling the area around Thorn Isle or Primeva really high up.
  16. You have to defeat 100 Nerva spectral demons during daylight hours, then Caleb will spawn at night. However, there's a big catch that the vast majority of players are completely unaware of. Should you defeat 100 Nerva spectral demons during daylight hours, and not receive the message that Caleb has spawned upon nightfall... that's because he's still out there somewhere from the last time he spawned. If Caleb is spawned and not defeated, he goes invisible during daylight hours, and re-appears at nightfall, but you don't get any message.
  17. This will be fixed in the next patch!
  18. This will be resolved in the next patch! Thank you, developers!
  19. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I now look forward to people using the power without getting a headache.
  20. The Prestige Power Slide icon still flashes like Athletic Run used to. Re-toggling it fixes it.
  21. What would y’all suggest for a melee character to solo all TFs and SFs in the game with the sole exception of the Lady Grey Task Force? Anything other than Bio, as I don’t like how it looks even with minimal FX. INF is no object.
  22. Heh, I started a topic about this a couple of days ago. I had no idea that it was a bug, but I agree that it needs to go. The flickering from Fade legitimately gave me a headache. I pinged a couple of developers in that thread. Let's see what happens!
  23. I haven't played a Dominator since Issue 7, so no. Dominators are great, just not an AT for me. The only time I've only played on a really melee heavy team (more than four melee characters), was back on an all melee STF/MLTF before Incarnates. The majority of my friends feel the same way about melee characters on teams that I do (that they're less useful on teams than Blasters or Support), so if there's more than one or two melee characters on a team and they're on a melee character, they'll switch as well.
  24. Exactly. Honestly, I feel like both a bit of a selfish jerk and useless when I bring a melee character (either DPS or tank), to a team. If there's one other melee character on a team (whether DPS or tank), I'll usually switch to a Blaster or Corruptor instead, depending on what's needed. So I very rarely play melee characters. :P To me, that's what I see as the trade off. Melee (DPS and tanks), are great solo... not so much on teams. Vice versa for "squishies."
  25. If this is a bug then it definitely needs to be fixed.
