Loud or obnoxious, what are the worst sounds in the game?

Im not saying you have to, but its possible to check if the stacking sounds have been reduced enough without hurting your ears. I have sensitive ears and i have the inagme slider down to like 5 and then i use headphones that are partially off my ear. I can tell when a sound would have been ear splitting but without the pain. -
Certain sets scream out a particular origin to me. I generally try to choose an origin that fits the powerset instead of wanting alternate animations to fit an origin. Guns and gadgets are technology for me while the melee weapons and 'normal' punches/kicks are natural. An alternative to picking origin based on powers is to do it based on the character. Make a cyborg or a ghost or a radioactive something and choose origin based on that. With all that said, if the animations were added for gun fired, wand fired, mouth/ hand/ eye/ chest fired, i would use them. Except for mouth fired, i wouldnt use that, alternate animations for poison please 🙂

I guess just change the description of assault to 'increases your damage by 15% of its unenhanced value'. The power stays exactly the same but will be more clear as to what it does (and always did).

That could be possible but i mean they cant move at all. They see you but dont move. Maybe they would use ranged attacks but they dont move into melee range. Summon some mastermind henchmen and give them the follow or go to command and watch them do absolutely nothing.

Elaborate SG bases are only possible because they dont contain any pathing beacons. Without pathing beacons, NPCs cant move. If beacons were added, the bases would have a significant amount of lag. Maybe something can be improved in the future, but just flipping a switch for bases to be used for missions isnt a current option.

Giant Monster "Defeat" Zone Message

Do Jack in Irons and Eochai have a 'been spotted' message? If they do, ive never seen it. I have seen unusual monster activity for the war but never anything for their individual spawns. And i believe Seed of Hamidon also has a defeated message. -
I say do it...on that halloween atlas park map that null can send you to. Put the mobs in there and remove the agro cap and rewards and let the peeps herd a hundred mobs and nuke them all.....16 at a time.

As i said earlier, i dont think leadership needs a boost since its already one of the best pools. With that said, if leadership/assault were to get a boost, i would prefer to see as chance for an effect if all 3 toggles are running. Many people dont run all 3 constantly because its a fair amount of endurance drain and we are often capped for accuracy and defense. That could give a reason to run all 3 while on a team again, especially if others are running leadership as well. 'A good leader knows how to improve their teams effectiveness. If you are running assault, maneuvers, and tactics simultaneously, yourself and allies in range have a chance (aprox. 1 PPM) to have their recharge time reduced by 30% for 6 seconds. The chance is increased while under the effect of victory rush (1.5 PPM) and occurs immediately if you use vengeance.' Thats just my thought and it could be a different effect with a different chance. Its just an example for another way to approach a leadership buff.

If assault were multiplied by final damage instead of added like it is currently, it would have to be changed to not stack with itself. That would mean less total buff if several people are using it. Overall, the leadership pool is very strong. Something else would probably have to get nerfed for assault to get a buff.

People have been soloing +4x8 for too long and its got them in the mindset that its normal. 1 person can literally carry a max difficulty team most of the time. Its turned alot of teams into a few people teaming and the rest soloing with a team somewhere behind them. There are 47 other lower difficulty settings without including bosses and AV off, im fine with difficulty being tuned so that the upper half of them become difficult or impossible to solo. -

I chose both options but a checkbox for both would have been more accurate then voting both boxes individually. -
It only works because the game assigns a random one if you dont have any when coming to the zone. Considering what we had before (nothing) and that we only got this because it took 20ish minutes of work, im content with its less than perfect functionality.

Everyone knows what this stuff is. Its the numbers that float up from characters heads as they take damage or receive healing and absorb. I suggest to make it customizable - change the color, size, and whether its displayed at all. It should have several categories that each have their own customization. A few of these categories already exist but arent customizable and i suggest to seperate some into more specific floating text. Some examples are: Your healing on yourself Your healing on others Other players healing on you Other players healing on others Your damage dealt Your pets damage dealt Other players damage dealt Other players pets damage dealt Enemy damages you Enemy damages others Enemy healing Just off this short list i could make all my healing dark green and others healing on myself light green and turn off others healing others. Then make my damage dealt larger and other players damage dealt smaller. Give enemy healing yellow and enemy damage on others a light red. There is potentially more things that could be done as well since the combat log already separates all these numbers. Such as color by damage type or enemy rank. If i were to guess, turning off others healing others would be the most popular option. I imagine that has been suggested before, but i consider this to be the full version of that suggestion.

I reported 2 of them. 1 got fixed and the other 'wasnt likely to be used' even though they were the same thing in different zones. And for bob, heres a shot of the hamidon tentacle from up close in nova praetoria. Its partially translucent and doesnt have collision if im remembering correctly. -
Recharge reduction for Accelerate Metabolism

I would prefer an uptime increase over a recharge decrease. So many buffs that last such a short time. I get that the original developers wanted us to use the powers, and we sure did since they were single target, but less clicky and longer duration buffs are just more enjoyable for me. -

Thats why ive never given out specific locations unless they were already known to some of the population. Some zones ive only found 1 way out and i would hate for them to get plugged. Another zone there are at least 11 ways out. Some zones also have potential exploits involved so they probably shouldnt be shared. I havent even written any locations down, its all just in my head. That also means i probably have to go back and find them again in a few zones. Maybe its time to make a list. -

I thought the construction at the old arena site in talos was supposed to be the spaceship. And while speaking of talos, the large unused ocean area may be a good candidate of a test area for underwater stuff. Make a reef and add some fish and people can 'hover swim' around. -

I actually use the fact that it does autorun, especially while flying since chat is often open and 'r' isnt usable, and just tap both mouse buttons again to stop. -

I recommend instead of testing the beta, become a beta tester. You could give feedback during the process instead of having to wait until its nearly finished. -
What potential fighting venue might be interesting to add?

A sports ball stadium where we can play....sports ball. Whatever sport it happens to emulate, most likely soccer, would be fine. It has the added benefit of placing players into a PvP situation where nobody dies so you can have an opponent where your skill can make you victorious but their skill doesnt make you dead. -
