I have the Merc Stealth keyboard. I hate having to redo the driver every time there is a major Win10 update.
I have been looking at getting one of these.

There is a costumes folder and a missions folder in the City of Heroes folder that should be where you put the files though as said changes may make them invalid or in need of some changes. The costumes will need the gloves changed as asymmetrical gloves didn't exist back then. There will be a button on the bottom right of the load costume screen that you will need to click and the game will try to fix them.
I am looking at making a psionic melee character and I plan on overcoming the psi resist at later levels by procing the every living crap out of it. What AT and set would be best for psionic melee? I am looking at invulnerability for invincibility, but only tanks get it early enough otherwise I will need to depend on slotted out tactics and kismet.
This is a tentative tanker build.
Does this chart take into account the other chart that showed that if you have four PT procs in auto powers it increased the chance of a proc every 10 seconds to around 97%?
I just realized that we do not have a plant based melee set for the melee ATs. There should be enough powers spread out between the other ATs to make a good set.
No other AT losses a big mechanic of their AT by dying. The closest is the brute. But all that gives is some extra damage compared to the loss of extra control and status protection that doms lose not to mention that fury builds quicker than domination.
I am sure it has been mentioned, but I would change the total loss of the domination bar on defeat.
Either remove the loss totally or make it only a half loss.
A problem I have found with target_friend is that it also targets friendly npcs that can't be buffed. I had that problem in several of the Shining Stars missions.
I don't know if you need unselect in the bind. But what I need is a way to do the binds so that it will fire off if I have a target or select the nearest friendly if I don't have a target.
