    I would also suggest illusion domination for dominators. It would be like illusion control, but with dome actual control built in.

    I am sure it has been mentioned, but I would change the total loss of the domination bar on defeat. Either remove the loss totally or make it only a half loss.

    I was thinking that with only a 20% chance to proc, the more attacks that have them, the greater chance of always having it affect my target.

    How is rad for corrupters (or any AT) since you can slot a -Res in each attack?

    Its mind control. Replace telekinesis with a power that make the mobs affected by it do a random dance emote until it wears off.

    A problem I have found with target_friend is that it also targets friendly npcs that can't be buffed. I had that problem in several of the Shining Stars missions.

    Mids doesn't import the alternate slotting.

    I don't know if you need unselect in the bind. But what I need is a way to do the binds so that it will fire off if I have a target or select the nearest friendly if I don't have a target.

    I made this to see what could be done with procs to give psi damage a boost when fighting resistant mobs. Its a first draft and could probably use adjusting. I am not sure INV is the best secondary for psi.

    Ok, I didn't read everything, but what is it about redside that gives you a free refill of dom? What is this frenzy thing?

    I made a shield/stone on test. It seemed really good and you swing the hammers one handed.

    How is electric blast? A lot of people say that it is weak, but compared to what? I have played a lot of games where you find out the sets people say are weak do 5% less damage at top end or something trivial like that. I am kind of leaning towards EA/EB mainly for faraday cage.

    It would be kind of nice and potentially OP for mind to take a page from the DAoC sorcerer and be able to charm mobs for a time that would follow you until the timer wore off or they died. I kind if want to put the mind control in Mind Control.

    I have been generally 3 slotting stamina with the PS proc, PT proc and a PT end mod.
