    A problem I have found with target_friend is that it also targets friendly npcs that can't be buffed. I had that problem in several of the Shining Stars missions.

    Mids doesn't import the alternate slotting.

    I don't know if you need unselect in the bind. But what I need is a way to do the binds so that it will fire off if I have a target or select the nearest friendly if I don't have a target.

    I made this to see what could be done with procs to give psi damage a boost when fighting resistant mobs. Its a first draft and could probably use adjusting. I am not sure INV is the best secondary for psi.

    I made a shield/stone on test. It seemed really good and you swing the hammers one handed.

    How is electric blast? A lot of people say that it is weak, but compared to what? I have played a lot of games where you find out the sets people say are weak do 5% less damage at top end or something trivial like that. I am kind of leaning towards EA/EB mainly for faraday cage.

    It would be kind of nice and potentially OP for mind to take a page from the DAoC sorcerer and be able to charm mobs for a time that would follow you until the timer wore off or they died. I kind if want to put the mind control in Mind Control.

    I have been generally 3 slotting stamina with the PS proc, PT proc and a PT end mod.

    I am kind of curious how a storm/dp would work if you put the kb>kd io in hurricane. If you disable the mobs ability to stand you have 100% resists and defenses.

    To me Faraday Cage is worth it for the resist and the ability to tell the mobs "I will see your status effects and raise you a finger. The middle one!"

    I am currently looking at a /SS build and am stuck between rad and inv. The character is a She-Hulk homage so either set would work. There has been so much back and forth, that I have lost track of where we stand for each set. I do know that INV edges rad out for minimal FX.
