I also highly doubt youll have downtime that you need to fill with frost breath, between your primary/storm powers. We also Soft capped your S/L defense without really trying hard, while putting your ranged one purple insp away, but also putting your Steaming Mist to a nice 22% resist for E/F/C Also: FF only procs on cast for pets; which you may sometimes want if you want an easy way to proc it, since it is a good chance. Tornado does much nicer with SBA than Singularity, since damage isnt Sings forte but is Tornado's. I dont find the KB annoying in LS but you may.

Corruptor Electricity PPP accepts PBAOE Melee enhancements, despite having no actual pbaoe effects.

I'm following what you're saying. In a non perma build, i agree with you.

While I <think> similarly, Dull Pain's HP Boost seems to throw that a bit out, since it should have 100% uptime and can effectively double or more your time to die. If it weren't permable, I can see. But being able to keep it up 100% (assuming youre not HP capped without it), youre markedly "squishier" than the HPS it gives if you exclude the HP Boost (mine gives 14.73 HPS vs reconstruction 55 HPS). Obviously in practice it'll be up, but one might think it should be first in the priority list as its effects cascade, no? In other mmos, things like Last Stand give you a short term HP boost with a long cooldown so that makes sense to hold in the priority (like Moment of Glory and instant healing), but being perma seems to make sense to make it 1 instead of 2? If youre capped already, I agree with your priority. I dont really play my Regen so I don't know, I just kitted it out , but just looking at the math behind it.

I didnt notice that equip robots gives the protector bots and the battle drones heavy laser burst (which has knockback). You may want to switch them back to KB->KD if they knock your aoes out of the assaults burn patches.

I think this might serve you better overall. You'll be able to contribute meaningful damage overall -- your proc damage will be pretty good too. I do think you'd be better off with something other than Intuition, but that's fine. Oh, and grab ageless over the heal. Please note the FF in Bonfire should be SA KB>KD

In a more traditional (non capped but higher def, still chasing recharge), I can't imagine with a 3 second gap on Heat Loss that you'd have end problems.
