  5. It’s a mix! Usually start local and then look online when I can’t find something. With shipping, most local end up being cheaper even with the typical 5ish dollar mark up
  6. You know better than that. We’re obviously talking like-for-like, though maneuvers helps.
  7. You know full well it's the min-maxers that care about this. It's about how much easier it is to hit 45% on a defender due to stronger buffs whereas a corruptor needs full set bonuses to hit them for most secondaries, resulting in less room for procs than a defender equivalent.
  8. Maybe replace annihilation in Dart Burst with Centriole and the Ragnarok with a Centriole in Psychic scream. I'd use Cardiac (cuz I would use it anyways), which also happens to give range so you end up with 93 range on Psychic Scream and 85 on Dart Burst. Can change out the D/E on Dart Burst for another Centriole and get it to 93 too.

  11. Mob holds last too long - they last that long for the ATs with mez protection/resistance, but for those without... you're stuck for like 30 seconds doing nothing and just wait to die...
  12. That number was with scourge. Anyways, nobody says that a corruptor using full -resist debuff + hitting enemy below 50% should do less than an unbuffed blaster vs non debuffed enemies...
  13. Regen should have: 1. Resists. Give it a lot. 2. Actual regeneration - it should be the highest set in the game for regeneration. 3. Scaling regeneration so the lower you to the higher you heal. 4. Easy way to cap +HP 5. Maybe keep the heals and add heal/ticks to simulate regeneration- so a burst heal followed by meaningful ticks after.

  16. I do a t4 alpha and call it done. Which means 60 emp which gives most everything I need to go off and running.
  17. Since the controllers are /Defenders, I didn't think to discuss any of those. As for the assault sets, they're all pretty similar/etc in 'what they do' -- but Voltaic Sentinel sounds better on paper than as an actual T9; Rad I think is the only other one that could use some real lovin'.
  18. I'm fine with them leaving mass confuse as is -- but perhaps they could add a buff to it to make the mobs do more damage (that Seeds does NOT get). Like +300% damage or something, cap them out.
