Nah. It ain't hard to fix. Remove the endurance nerf that ONLY masterminds suffer. Set all pets to be even con to the player and adjust their damage output accordingly. It ain't rocket surgery.

It's @Wernerthat rolls with the shield/ma. I have too many damn tanks since the buff. I bitch about how ridiculously OP they are because I keep running new ones through various level spreads and find that their leveling speed, thanks to being able to crank up the diff at ludicrously low levels and those big AoEs, is absurd. And then, of course, the solo speed they hit at 50 and T4ed.... All 50 tanks: Shield/Nrg (My main tank) SR/Claws (BZB tank) Dark/Stone (Has fold space, solid but doesn't really excel at anything) Inv/Nrg (No ET or TF, tough as nails, built for tanking) SR/DB (Mk-X Victoria, even has LBE) Two lowbies I'm tooling around with: Ice/Spines Bio/Rad Both will be ridiculous when done. Soooo... fav OP combo? They're ALL OP but the shield/nrg is the worst offender of the bunch.

I can grok that. I have a dark/pain troller (think I erroneously called her /time in another thread) that's glorious to watch but she, too, is slow as snail shit soloing. Keeping pain bringer and spirit ward up on the dog helps some. Late edit. I have both dark/time and dark/pain controllers. They're both slow but pretty.

General consensus seems to be that it's pretty dang bad at both ST and AoE. That said, you're a brute, it'll work. Seems like the -damage aspect would be beneficial for defense based sets against hard targets. Maybe?

Versus beating up a lvl 54+3 Praetor Sinclair solo with my nrg/bio scrapper. Which I just did. On topic, my only MM, a demon/thermal, is at 50 but I've not touched her since. Almost built a mercs/ff mastermind yesterday but my spine threatened to jump up through my skull to stop me so I relented. I honestly don't see how yall tolerate 'em.

Use big cones. Skip fire breath. Generally speaking, I will attempt to put my center line directly into the middle of a pack and sidestep around so that I've got enemies behind the one I'm attacking. I've tried out cross punch/sweeping cross on many a character and always found it crap as a cone so I just treat it as a single target attack on those that kept it. If it hits more than the target, yay, bonus, but I ain't gonna work at it. Cones like shockwave, otoh, are worth the extra positioning time to get as many as you can and if I'm running into a fight with it, I'll target someone at the back of the pack in the middle so as not to fire it off too early.

It's cuz tanks are ridiculously OP. But next attempt, make sure everyone is T3/T4. A team of 8 brutes/scrappers cycling through barrier/ageless/rebirth with lore pets out should be able to handle it.

And Ms. Wing was glorious. Yea, just bad casting for IF and script was too drawn out.

I hate masterminds. But I have a couple AR users so I should have a Mercs MM. It'll still be better than Regen. Edit: Nah, I can't do it. Even as a joke. I hate masterminds that much.

Shouldn't we be using arcanatime on the .5 seconds? Since we're still talking about something that supposedly activates .5 seconds after the server registers that it's been clicked, using arcanatime would then calculate that .5 seconds up to .632 seconds for an uptime post click value for buildup of 9.312. Edit: Side note on arcanatime. There's been mentions here and there that .132 is no longer an accurate value due to back end configuration changes. I've long wondered if the added overhead of virtualization is playing a role but I've no clue how to test it or how Arcana came to the conclusions she did all those years ago.

Claws/Bio. Claws attacks cost less endurance and recharge faster than the other melee sets and Bio grants Inexhaustible (+HP, Regen and Recovery) at level 4. It's the cuisinart on crack combo.

Yell if you wanna run one sometime. Global is same as forum name. Had to turn away several folks so I have no doubt it'll fill up fast just from LFG yells. Side notes: There was no planning. Only leading I did was to yell out which AV I was punching. I certainly wasn't using any daggers but I've no clue whether others were. Half the group were SG members and we don't normally bother with them on anything.

As expected, total cakewalk. Our 1 faceplant was because he dove in without clicking his mez protection. Max diff all tank LRSF.

How about an LRSF all tanker run on Excel tonight? 9:30 EST? On a beer/tunage ride right now but I'll try to be coffeed up for it and bring my shield/nrg tank. I'll start broadcasting on Excel channels early. Changed to 9:30 as is the regular time for my SG.
