Endurance will be this sets weakness. Defense is there to avoid sapping attacks, but if hit, losing END! Feeling it's a bit thematic for a psychic powers users...the more they use the powers, it's starts to strain! Of course, IOs would be there to build to avoid it all!
Psychic Eruption idea is to put it on par with Burn from Fire Armor.
A travel power built into the armor set? Seems unique and different to me. Kept it the same level as Inertial Reduction in Kinetics.
