  1. Now that we see such a power in action, I wouldn't be surprised if they put it in another set.
  2. I'm sad that Axe is beating KM like that. I'm going to guess it's due to the lower animation times Axe just got. Proof that Concentrated Strike needs animation time lowered to at least Total Focus time and Focused Burst needs it's animation time lowered and turned into a Snipe power (it can negate you taking an epic snipe).
  3. I'd personally understand some of the sets not having the taunt aura (Regeneration, Super Reflexes, Ninjitsu) and would understand if Energy Aura lost it's aura (it's taunt is in the mez protection), and I'm not even sure all damage sets should have it...however, I do find it useful.
  4. Just looking at the numbers, I can get the same or better resists on Rad Armor (and Toxic Resist). Rad Armor also looks to come with more regen, -to-hit, asorb, a +rec power, taunt, +RCH and a T9 I'm more likely to use. Electric has the self heal, more base +RCH (Rad Armor surpasses it with more enemies around), a damage aura (but Rad Armor has it's -to-hit/-defense taunting aura with two PBAOEs...tho I'd likely not grab Ground Zero if slots and power picks are limited). This isn't to say I don't like Electric Armor, but that T9 could use some tweeks. 1000 second recharge (16 minutes) and at the end it drains you of almost all end and health? Maybe tone it down to +30% Resist All (from the base 52.5%) and lower that recharge, with less sever -End/-Rec/-Health. Right now, I use it and if things aren't dead, I can't even use Power Sink to recover the END, my toggles dropped and I have almost no health. Taunt would be nice and a bit more Regen on Energize would be nice and maybe some Slow resist on Grounded or Static. That said, with all the Halloween Badges I've gotten (All of them including the tip missions) I don't feel like rerolling the character now unless some NEW set pops up, that maybe entices me
  5. I have to say, at the moment, I'm finding a lot of the Resist sets just more fun to pay, even if they're the less survivable sets on Scrappers. Looking at it, looks like Radiation Armor puts Electric Armor to shame tho

I was thinking Spiritual, but the thought of it ruining proc damage made me not suggest it or Agility, but now that it dawns on me, Fire Blast doesn't have much in the way of proc options...Spiritual (Either or depending on if you want those side benefits - I personally like them) or Agility Radial (Recharge + END MOD)
  8. I have a few characters (including new main) that have a parent from Egypt (or born there), so I like this idea. 🙂
  9. Well, the Endmod would also enhance Heat Exhaustion's -Recovery and Melt Armor's -Defense. Rise of Phoenix would give the rezzed more Endurance AND give it some more damage 🙂 Also, being Fire Blast, I'd feel part of the idea is doing more damage (tho Fire/Fire could be theme too)
  10. My bad. You're correct. I messed that one up. It's my most popular choice of an Alpha too. I feel bad on that one. However, not being able to use that one aspect doesn't make it a bad choice. All the other stuff that goes with it, makes it a good choice.
  11. Remember, the goal is to win the lotto and just drop down the whole thing. 😉 But I haven't won the lotto, so little more than a month's sub will have to do.
  12. Musculature Radial EndMod helps not only Stamina but Heat Exhaustion and Power of the Phoenix. Defense Debuff helps Melt Armor. The +To-Hit helps all your To-Hit powers, if you took any (Tactics, Aim, Forge) Then of course you get the +Damage. Which is what your secondary is all about!
  13. Not sure how Badge and Titles have any effect on roleplay, considering I just saw them as meta, items to begin with. As for contacts you can get, then I'd say either change alignment (at least it's much easier now than back under Paragon Studios). However, if I was to think of it under the terms of the alignments, it feels Vigilante should be villain and Rogue should be hero.
  14. On my Ice/Fire Brute I have Burn slotted with 5 Armegeddon and 1 DMG Proc. I have Frozen Aura slotted with 6 Superior Unrelenting Fury. With the changes to Burn, are the procs still worth having in Burn, or should I switch these two sets around?
  15. And yet still saw a bunch die on a +2 when they clicked computers early 😛 Loved having my Water/SR Sentinel softcapped for Yin.
  16. I've been enjoying my KM/Elec Scrapper more, but I so miss the offense of /Bio!
  17. Go Kinetic Melee on that Tanker. Power Siphon is like Fury. Keep attacking, build up damage, up to 25% per stack but you have to keep attacking to keep those stacks coming for those 20 seconds with a max of 5 stacks!
  18. Do the typical. Softcap defenses, I can't imagine them going full ice damage with ice melee, as the lethal/smashing aspects of the attacks make more sense (the lethal aspect could make some sense with the fire swords depending on one's concept...ice however is more tangible), except maybe lowering the time on GIS. I can't recall, but I'm pretty sure Ice Sword is better than Frozen Fists (love Frozen Fists animation more myself however). Not so sure about Ice Patch. I take it on my Ice Melee's, but sometimes, it feels like the mobs are resistant to it. Much like how players can be. However, I would never skip it.
  19. I personally haven't had issue with Dom's how they play, but I have thought it'd be nice if one of the ATO Procs was +Domination over what we get.

  21. Metal seems like a set that can be done with the other sets and costume pieces. I'd rather see new sets that don't focus so much on what amounts to needing FX over the character so much that it winds up a lot like Elec/Fire/Bio/Dark...I'd like to see more Inv/Regen/WP graphic sets...in that they can be minimal in additional FX
  22. Ran some. Felt the same. Mind you, I haven't run it with a bunch of kitted out 50's.
  23. Haven't felt the levels be easier, just felt the levels be cooler!
  24. This I'm glad about as I always thought that animation needed a knockdown.
  25. Greater Fire Sword lower animation without a change to anything else is obviously an increase to FM's personal DPS. Is it losing the Lethal component of the swords doing it as well, or just being able to slot the -Resist Proc (which I'll be honest, I'd hope for more than "You can slot this proc now!")
