  1. Update your planner. After swapping out Gladiator's Armor, the defense stats are slightly higher on your build on Mids' Reborn, but that's because your ingame IOs are not 50. Unless the discrepancy you're seeing is from Hide. Hide has higher defense when unsuppressed. Once you attack, Hide suppresses and defense becomes less. Your screenshot shows Hide twice. You lose -4.24% M/R and -42.45% AoE def when enemies see you.
  2. Did you upgrade your Assassin's Mark and Stalker's Guile IO's in game? The superior versions give more defense. When you check your defense, is Hide suppressed? Is your Pine's/Mids' set to show defense numbers while attacked?
  3. At a glance, your Mids' build has the Gladiator Armor rech/resist IO slotted in Tough. That would account for 3% defense if you meant to have the unique slotted. Maybe a temp power or a day job bonus might account for the remaining. Not sure.
  4. I like StJ paired with SR. SR can be softcap easily while also slotting for recharge (Quickness, Red Fortune, LotG +7.5%). It leaves a lot of room to slot attacks for damage. No need to chase IO set bonuses to softcap defense. No need to slot a lot of recharge to run an optimal attack chain. It's possible make a very playable build with a passive +60% damage bonus. Here's a 90 second pylon run. Probably around 550 dps. I've never paired StJ with ElA or WP, but played them with various primaries back on live. I liked Electric Armor more since I can't seem to make a decent WP build unless it's with NB or BS.
  5. I tried making a NB/Regen where regen is the highlight of the build. Aggressively slotted and still only has 69 hp/sec (With perma Dull Pain active). But staggering Melee Hybrid with a 50% up/downtime (2 mins on/off), Instant Heal with a 50% up/downtime (90 sec on/off), and Rebirth Radial with diminishing return (Over 2 minutes), makes it pretty survivable. Positives: Softcap to L/M with a single Divine Avalanche. Single small, purple inspira will softcap E/N/R. Perma Dull Pain. Near perma Hasten (Off by 2 secs). 69 hp/sec passive regen. Instant Heal with a 50% up/downtime. Decent damage resistance. Between MoG and Shadow Meld, 45 seconds of God-mode. Snipe and hold for runners. Negatives: Low damage for a Stalker due to adding Divine Avalanche. Low damage for a Stalker due to not skipping Musculature Alpha. Endurance is a problem unless MoG is used to replenish. I'll probably add Flashing Steel back into the build sometime in the future. Also to try to fix the end problem.   6. I consider Howling Twilight to be one of the highlights of Dark Miasma. An AoE stun, slow and regen debuff. It can also rez dead league/teammates but don't wait for someone to die to use it. Build for recharge and use HT as often as possible.
  7. Nothing to contribute to your build but I remember testing Burnout + Hell on Earth during live. It didn't work when double casting HoE on a single pet. It had to be cast on two different pets to get 10+10 hellfire spawn.

  9. Not sure, possibly. It depends how strong they make the Soul Extracted zombies, and what power(s) they have. Also the radius of the AoE summon. I'll probably never get a chance to test it, barely have any time to log onto the HC servers nowadays. Hopefully someone on CoXG makes a video on it.
  10. Adrenalin Boost and Painbringer can counter the end crash caused by Serum. Also maybe Ageless incarnate. Any power that provides more than +1000% recovery. Powers like Recovery Aura and Chrono Shift wouldn't be enough.

  12. Open Mids' Reborn, click Options and press 'Check For Updates Now' to get the latest version. It has a pet window with info on their powers. Edit: v2.6.0.4 is a little buggy. Turning Accolades on, then making any changes to the build, turns the accolades off. Accolades window then needs to be opened, accolades deselect/reselect to get them to show again.
  13. For BS/Regen, I would probably roll with something like this to try to make regen the star of the set again. 70 hp/s passive regen, using perma Dull Pain and accolades for maxed hp. Instant Heal with a 50% up/down time, Melee Radial Hybrid with a 50% up/down time, Rebirth Radial with a 2 min uptime with diminishing return. It has the standard softcap to L/M with a single Parry. A small purple inspira will softcap E/N/R. Pretty average damage resist for a regen Scrapper. 45 seconds of god-mode with Shadow Meld and MoG. Has Moonbeam for runners and to add dps. MB might be the second highest dps attack in the build, next to AS, thanks to instant-snipe.   14. It would be awesome if Accurate Defense Debuff IOs can be added to MM Grave Knight, Jounin, and all Merc pets. They can equip it as well as Enforcers. Thank you.
  15. Imo, three power picks + X amount of slots is a lot to sacrifice to add a layer of mitigation. I recommend dropping the Medicine Pool at 50+, and taking Destiny, T4 Rebirth Radial power when you're doing incarnate content. Massive heal, 2 min uptime, regen with diminishing return over time. If you have a spare slot, add the Preventive Medicine +absorb IO into Health.
  16. Bonfire seems pretty redundant on a /Storm MM when Gale has a 100% chance to KB/KD. Gale has a short CD and can slot the same IO sets Bonfire can. It's a more viable power on fast teams that can steamroll through groups.

  18. I don't have Moonbeam but tested Epic PP crits from Hide and with ATO (Slotted in AS), using Laser Beam Eyes. It does seem to crit all the time. I assume Moonbeam would do the same.

    Mainly recharge to get Tar Patch/Howling Twilight up as often as possible. Everything else is built just enough to get by. 32.5% def to S/L/E. 1.8 end/s gain.

  21. I always wanted pets that looked like superheroes/villains. Not zombies, bots, ninjas etc. Six pets wearing spandex, full masks, some with capes, auras etc. I would have made a team of Mexican superheroes and called them Mex-Force, or a team of Canadians named Zeta Flight.
  22. The only primary I would likely take Placate on, is DB. With enough recharge, it can perma-Empower by using BU-AS-Plac as a part of it's chain. [BU]-AS-[Plac]-Ab-SS-Ab-repeat. Other than that, would only take Placate if I have a spare power pick without any slots to designate to it. Which is pretty much never. Taking a mule power like Stealth/Grant Invisibility and slotting Shield Wall/Reactive Defense uniques, or Aid Other and slotting Preventive Medicine +absorb seems like a higher priority.
  23. Been looking at the SNBR numbers in some of my old vids. Subtracting the proc bonus and Interface damage numbers, the Medic does about 15-19 dps. Soulbound probably upticks that a fair bit as well. The numbers seem to add up. I sort of guessed Mercs would benefit the most from the proc change, even predicted they would jump from 6th place in MM pet dps to 3rd because of it. Though the Medic dishing out 38ish dps is just bonkers.
  24. I'm not sure how accurate SNBR is after looking at the individual pet dps numbers. My Merc Medic, on average, does more damage than all your pets, with exception of the Bruiser. That can't be right. The few Merc/Storm vids I posted in the past, the Medic has gotten between 37-40 dps alone. Unless Lady Grey and Shield Breaker procs are helping that much. https://ibb.co/6chfb7L Also I have Soulbound equipped to Soldiers/Medic. Maybe that's the reason.
