Most of my alts phase out around lv 40. I do get a few to 50, but most of them get shelved after being fully slotted. My main is an energy/energy blaster that I initially created in closed beta and was the 1st thing I recreated once I found Homecoming. Reason I continue to play my main? Because energy/energy blaster is my favorite.

I changed my mind. I think you should be able to start at whatever level you like as long as you don't get the powers and slots you earn at the levels you skip.

I checked it yesterday. It is +special and +dmg. No +to hit.

MO eden took me 4 tries, but I got MO sewer on the 1st run which was exciting.

doesn't energy assault power boost give +to hit too? Or am I hallucinating?

I listed a tp protection/+def for 100,000,000 instead of 10 mil. I hated eating that fee.

We completed it last night with a team of 7. I was only defeated once, but the others on the team were dying a lot, but not over 100 lot.

Well… vampires make terrible truck drivers.

What is the best power at each level (t1, t1...)? Bonus points for reason why. I'm leaving out powers like build up that are spread out on multiple levels. 1 Personal force field - classic "Oh Shark" power, available at level 1 2 I can't find the best T2, but I reserve the right to edit this post if I figure it out 3 Fire Ball - one of the reasons fire blasters are so good 4 Bright Nova - Doesn't really fit because PBs have more than 9, but a power that gives you 4 more powers. What's not to love? 5 Sniper Blast - cool animation and good power choice 6 Speed Boost - gotta go fast 7 Burn - No citation needed 8 Soaring Dragon - the knock up on this is a lot of fun 9 Nova - By far my favorite power in the game. I don't understand those who convert the KB because everyone flying everywhere is a thing of beauty. What's yours?
