No, sorry it is not. That you can't see it or don't want to see it is your problem. --------- By the way, whomever is checking things, using multiple travel powers appeared to be glitchy with occasional stutters. Could just be beta or that things aren't polished. I'll guess this will get cleaned up before hitting live. -

Its interesting you leave off Afterburner, now it looks unenhanceable and Increase Recharge. (100% increase) and now have to use 3 powers for what 2 did before.. There are pluses and misuses. I also, again, think folks who were part of the closed testing should not be coming to the forum and piling on folks seeing this for the first time. Just let folks post their concerns and experience. There is a official team to address them. -

Messing with an existing power can be a mine field. Messing with multiple powers that work together is a minefield on top of another mine field. Screwing around with the flight pool.. maybe a bad choice of hills to die on unless it was all buffs to existing powers. (Flight is pretty iconic for the super hero game) -

Oooo we can jump unlimited heights and i guess distances now? Question: Did the teleport foe while targeting through another player get addressed or did I miss it? Also, the stacking travel powers is pretty awesome for theme and function. (well done!! good job!) -

These small changes are definitely preferred over sweeping revamps. While it looks a little 'make everything same' I hope this is more surgical than simple spreadsheet normalization. -

Psi is a bit clunky.. on smooth operators such as scrappers and stalkers. Maybe stalkers would be a better. Honestly I shudder a bit thinking about it. (like a sip of bad milk) -

It's not an easy answer. If a set is not popular and folks who do play it are asking for changes there is more room. If a set is popular the change tolerance shrinks dramatically. Guidance in my opinion: A tweak is adjusting a value related to a power. A revamp is removing/replacing powers, impacts to functionality, shuffling the order of powers. (this is where guidance typically is to tread lightly) It's always easier to give than take away. -

I think we saw quite a few folks unhappy with the last big batch of changes. I'm definitely proponent for just making a new set when it comes to extensive revamps. Small tweaks are going to happen as well and reigning in something that is overpowered. Balance is a goal and a journey, not a destination. Not everything has to be the same. -

Ah, I guess that may have been a little cryptic. > Level shifts < With Incarnates come level shifts. A 50+3 is effectively a level 53 fighting 54s at +4. My question "Isn't +4/0 on a T4 50 the same as 0/8 on a 50 with alpha slotted? " was incorrect. It should have been: Isn't a max character with all incarnates (50+3) doing +4/8 the same as a 50 non incarnate doing +1/8?

Only Stalkers really matter, so at least an update on this archetype work be great. I like seeing the least played combinations for new challenges.
