Sooooo.... presuming I've levelled past 40, is there an easy way to go back and do the Armitage mission? You can actually do his mission any time after hitting 30. I think the 30-40 cited above refers to the fact that those are the levels at which he is most useful as a store (he sells SOs at levels 30, 35 and 40).

See, I don't think people know how much they've upped the Merit Rewards on some story arcs. A quick look on ParagonWiki tells me that those same 4 arcs (Wincott up through Talshak) yielded 39 Merits back in the day. That's a significant increase! And if I hadn't happened on this post, I wouldn't know.

I'm fairly certain that was a change to toggles in general (I forget exactly when, though). If you get mezzed, the toggle stays on, but it might not apply it's benefits during that time.

I wouldn't go so far as to say wildly out of date. Just account for inherent Fitness and that covers most of it.

What is "Judgment Mighty?" I don't recognize that.

The set's descriptions make a point of saying that this or that power leaves a positive or negative charge on the target. Does that stuff do anything, or is it just flavor text?

As far as other Incarnate slots, for Judgement I went Void; being in the middle of the action suits a PBAOE. For Destiny I went with, um, whichever one it is that includes debuff cleanse/resists. More thoughts later.

Sure, I read those notes. But TBH I'm starting to think they're the source of my confusion. "The T1 attack of the offensive sets," I would assume to be Gleaming Bolt. You don't have that, you have Gleaming Blast, the T3 power. "The T2 attack of the offensive sets," I would assume is Glinting Eye. That one, you have. If that's not how this works then those patch notes might need a little clarity buff.

The one that's usable in Dwarf form, isn't that Gleaming Bolt instead of Gleaming Blast? Part of my issue with this set has always been that all the damn names are too close to each other.

If I can just take a moment to confirm what I think I'm seeing here... In keeping with issue 25 changes to Khelds, this bill does have the attack that goes as an extra into Nova form, but doesn't have the one that goes as an extra into Dwarf form. Do I have that right?

The wiki lists that story arc is being worth 33 merits, not 55.

Dude. This a cancelled game running on community servers, that has only been back online for the masses for a couple weeks. If you think that info should be compiled, _then help compile it_. :) This guy gets it.

Would it be safe to say one could condense Novacat's rundown of the new set as follows? Electric Net, Glue, Ice, Flash, ESD: as per their Trick Arrow equivalents. Upshot: like Build Up Eagle Eye: like the +Sustain powers Blasters got in other sets, give it a couple of Heal slots and be done with it. Agility: like SR's Quickness, a one-slot wonder Gymnastics: like a beefed-up Acrobatics. Might be worth devoting slots to if you were going to use a specific Defense Set for its set bonus. Does that sum it up accurately?

Again, that's from I24, patch notes for which can be found under the entry for that issue. The Wiki isn't as out of date as you two are making it out to be.

The wiki PK linked is current as of when the shutdown was announced. Throw in whatever information is to be gleaned from the i24 patch notes and it should be reasonably up to date, with the exception of things the SCORE team added in on their own (like proliferated sets).

Having one of my very first missions be in the "deep end" of Atlas Park (Argosy), and learning that you can't fight everything. Yet...

IIRC, /Fire's Blazing Aura power provides a HOT to the user now. I hope you're using that.

My own Elec^3 just hit 30 last night. My buddy's Blaster got a bit ahead of me, and has been Nova-ing for a couple of nights now, so I'm ready for the i24-grade Thunderous Blast! :D If you want (and if I remember), when I'm on later I'll put a link up to what I'm planning on when I'm all tricked out. Might not be the most optimized, but it always served me well back in the day.

I just got the Kismet piece for my Blaster, and put it in Hover. It looked like it was only active while I was Hovering. As soon as I shut off the toggle, the bonus ToHit stopped.
