Wind control was all before the game leaked back to the public. It just requires textures. To finish it wouldn't necessarily be taking something that the other servers created as it was created largely before all the illegal servers existed. It would be my recommendation to finish the set using existing in-game textures, rather than any unique ones that may be sources from other illegal servers.

As I mentioned before I chose to roll an Elec/Ninja, and through together a quick build and have been play testing it. The toon is extremely resilient. The revamped elec blast works really well especially with a charge up, thunderous blast from shinobi stealth. Otherwise as it drains mobs and applies shock damage procs, and further reduces their ability to fight. I have blinding powder and smoke flash recharging in roughly 32 seconds, they are more utilitarian in aspect, but smoke flash is more useful given the -10.5% res debuff. Clarion for mez protection, and also because I didn't need Barrier or Aegis. The build can stealth missions as necessary as well with Shinobi and Sprint Celerity stealth proc. Now the meat and potatoes...the toon ends up with nonincarnate softcapped typed defenses to SLFCEN, P at 21.26%, T at 15.98%. Additionally M is 31.26%, R is 39.7% and A is 41.88%. HP sits at 1635.7, Regen at 474.14% (32.31 HP/Sec). 654.28 HP Absorb. Max End 115.4% End Use 3.19, End Rec 5.19. I don't normally post builds but...Submitted for approval of the Midnight Society I call this build Elec/Ninja....

Very proc heavy which I get its important for soloing avs/gms, however I would figure out a way to eek out a bit more recharge to keep PA perma without need of that Force Feedback proc, as if you're soloing a giant monster or something, you don't all of a sudden want all the agro that was on PA redirected to you when it does drop. To help achieve that I would switch your destiny from clarion to ageless core. It looks like you were smart enough not to put in Agility with all those procs, that's a common oversight that I'm glad you didn't fall prey to. I really don't see the Decimation proc firing off that much in Blind, because at 1ppm, the recharge on blind is already really low (if I did the math right, its about a ~17.5% chance to fire off). Also instead of teleport target which isn't useful for soloing avs/gms I'd use a 1 slot wonder of Weaken Resolve. You can load it with an Achilles for a 90% chance to proc, but honestly acid mortar should proc well enough, so alternatively you could slot it with a +3 lyso for up to 17% defense debuff and its base 7.5% res debuff.

Also note there is a lesser used Health IO with another 25% bonus in Regenerate Tissue. The Regen bonus from Regenerative Tissue and Impervious Skin do stack if I recall, it's been awhile since I've played a Regen based character.

I've tried to recruit a number of people over the years, and what I find is that a lot of younger people have issues with the low polygon models and low res textures. Us older folk don't mind so much as we're all wearing glasses trying to see clearly.

My understanding is that you can slot 5 of the IOs in a build but the +Regen aspect of that IO is unique and a player only sees benefit of 1 of them. Additional Status Resistance/Regen IOs from the set apply to add more status resistance, but no more Regen. Otherwise my Regen and willpower toons would have a ton of them slotted.

If you play with the blaster and attack mobs you'll notice you can proc critical damage on some attacks coming out of the stealth. That comes from Shinobi. It's not a direct +dam like aim, but it still works out to a pretty decent power.

Depends if you have a power queued up or not, latency, and if your character is in a state that would be able to activate it (e.g. not getting knocked on it's ass)

I don't always make mids builds for the toons I roll up. I also don't always release the builds I might make in mids, I try to adhere to the old adage of feed a person a fish they eat for a day, teach them to fish they eat for a lifetime. That said, you're more than welcome to take a stab at a build and I'm willing to give you feedback off of that. Remember you have access to the test server and can lvl to 50 and slot out your toons to test various builds to your heart's content free of investing actual influence from the regular servers.

Alienware used to be decent when it was a boutique. Once they were purchased by Dell, things went downhill fast from there as they started using cheap components, selling for Alienware's boutique pricing and providing lackluster support and updates.

Since the game isn't designed for streaming, and even predates the creation of YouTube, I don't think this is a bug. You run the risk streaming your login of the game. Perhaps don't start the stream until your ready to safely start streaming.

Make IH a toggle, and set it's Regen to -100000% with such a low number maybe it will glitch and be a positive improvement in functionality. Let's nerf Regen to the point it's OP!

Kinda Odd, but check the pictures. Live on Everlasting on an Elec/Ninja/Mace Blaster.

My characters that I skip right to incarnates all have really great lvl 22 builds as I design my builds to maximize my potential exempted down to Posi level. Then they benefit from having all their slots too. That said farming I never count the number of runs because I'm either watching TV or have two accounts afk farming while I play a third account or play something like Elden Ring while the farm accounts work. Just requires a modicum of alt+tabbing.

Debuffs, procs, powers that have synergy. Hell you could even roll with a /kin controller and ride the damage cap for controllers.

My plants/trick arrow controller will often out damage your average PUG blaster.

I'm guessing @...is @Jimmy hiding in witness protection. jokes aside, I've been and continue to be a staunch supporter of a Kheldian overhaul stretching even further than simply granting toggle suppression (which would be the single best feature for Bi-Form and Tri-Form Kheldians that could reasonably be implemented with minor effort). Yes overwhelming toggle suppression would help quite a number of people with their Kheldians, and likely even attract more people to the ATs.

Tri-Form Kheldians have the most possible powers of any AT in the game.

I settled on rolling up an Elec/Ninja. It's a project that's considered in progress, as I haven't finished it's leveling or slotting as or yet and subsequent play testing. I thought about rolling DP/Ninja but having 3 toons that are DP already swayed me to consider other primaries. Considering I haven't tried the revamped Elec blast as a blaster I figured what the hell and rolled one. Once I finish it's leveling and play testing I'll report back on the efficacy.

Sad I didn't make the cut, then again I'd just be drinking a beer at the baseball game next to the playground as I take bets on the little league game playing. Oh well maybe this one will get the pleasure of spiraling out of control over the next few pages too.

@Chelsea Rorecjust so you know you're build isn't always softcapped to melee and ranged, as Hail of Bullets gives a 9.75% defense boost to melee, ranged, and aoe for 5 seconds after using if you hit at least 1 target, its impossible to get the recharge of that power under 5 seconds, so the defense does fall off during combat. Your build stays defensively softcapped to ranged but loses the melee softcap status and drops to 36.07% which is still pretty decent overall.

I don't know if teaming with me is worth the mention, I'm just a lowly peon who was playing my weakest tanker (WP/EM). Although it's fun to attend the occasional Tanker Tuesday.

This thread has inspired me to make a ninja blaster. I'm currently debating between archery or dual pistols.
