  3. Yes, my character had super speed but I was able to go from 30 to 35 this morning and pick 31-34 power and slots normally but at 35 wasn't able to pick a power. It counted me as leveled up when I left the mission I was in without seeing a trainer. I plan on respecing out of SS into Hover/Fly/EvMa but hopefully they catch this.
  4. The fact that infiltration is old Shinobi for sents and scraps and that it wont stack (Note: it detoggles if you try to turn both on at the same time) with other Stealth powers like Hide and Shinobi. So Martial Doms and Blasters that use Agility alpha.

  6. I'd love a Seed of Hamidon to be hovering around the Abyss or Hive, and give 6 RM for defeating as the first step of raids. Free group flight would be neat for those things. But, yes, there needs to be a slightly better reason for going to First Ward to fight it. Maybe Adamastor's rewards (10 RM/5 Threads) and making the group flight power (Buoyancy) get an extra 30 minutes so it's ready for Hamidon raids.

  9. Yes! Peacebringer's AoE stun is the same animation (and it's only mag 2!) as combustion, short circuit and Illusion's AoE Hold.
  10. Made a Nin Scrapper and it's detoggling with Infilration. So not just the blaster version is doing it.
  11. Noticed this. It's the same with or without Speed Phase on. There's a weird :WARP forward is if the game had no idea how to animate for .25 seconds and you just appear where it thinks you should be 50 feet later. It's Jarring.
  12. I think Shinobi being mutually exclusive to many becomes (Halloween Costumes, etc.) and stealth powers are known but Infiltration is currently detoggling it in Page 2's first Open Beta Build. Ninja Run, Beast Run, Athletic Run from p2w all work with Shinobi. Technically you don't need Infiltration with Shinobi but at least with Infiltration you can boost it's movement speed with slotting. Apparently a known issue and will take a bit of work to get this type of Stealth power working with others like it.
  13. Apparently fixed internally today but just being completionist. As a level 50: Using Take Off from Mighty Leap on level 8 Hellions was giving a 42 mph bonus to Hurdle. There was no combat readout for Take Off on its own it simply showed as moving Hurdle from 29 mph to 71 mph. Using Take Off on a Dark Astoria Banished mob (-1 to +3 to me) showed slight differences off a 13mph increase (from 29.6 to 41.2 or 41.7 depending on target level). Also: Capped jump speed after hitting a level 8: 113 mph capped jump after hitting a level 50: 111 mph I was getting up to 10 Take Off Icons depending on mobs hit but yes, it wasn't making me move any better. Hasten was affecting the recharge of take off. This apparently was changed internally and will be seen next patch.
  14. This thread has me hoping the "Free Guy" movie with Ryan Reynolds playing an eventually self-aware game NPC is entertaining.
  15. Biggest issue is too many 10 percent recharges. Perhaps make the 3rd bonus 6.25 recharge unboosted and 8.75 boosted. I don't think it's possible to stack 5 8.75 recharge bonuses.
  16. ST animation time/DPS of your Hold is supposed to be less than your weak t1 blast, so going all in on the mezzing with an ATO is the way to go. I have an issue with the other ATO set trying to work in the Orb proc in an aoe without fully slotting that set (usually stopping at 4 in the aoe immob, then a -res and dmg proc for the last two... even though I like the debilitative stun proc).
  17. I thought this was the default thinking if a character's base damage was higher you could largely avoid procs in your damaging powers. Perhaps room for 1 as part of a set or you're already in the 90-120 dmg range (includes Alpha slotting).
  18. Power creep and all - we may have to rework Invention Origin scaling now. 10-25 should base around an even level SO, 26-40 should b +3 SOs, 41-50 should be the current level 50 level. But I realize the mindboggling annoying task of factoring all the IOs, crafting badges and etc.
  19. Every time I see Fire Melee in any data charts I'm stunned how far down the list it is considering it's a damage only set with no secondary effect besides more damage. I'm not saying the numbers are wrong but that the set needs some rethinking.
  20. Basically this. You'll notice on the March 2020 player statistics is that players afk or actively farm on Spines/Fire or Rad/Fire Brutes and earn lots of money and IOs . They craft and convert. The thing that doesn't drop as often in farms (some, not lots) is Converters. So there's a steady market for them.
  21. Step 1: Sell Converters or Boosters for cash as you level up. If you're running x2 xp you're not earning influence. Yes, you can email INF from other characters but not everyone is that deep into their rosters yet. Step 2: Cherry pick specific IOs you need but don't see in your price range. The Steadfast resistance/+3 def is universally useful and is only 20 Reward Merits. I like buying this as a level 30 recipe so it can be +5 boosted later. The Merit cost is roughly equal for you'd get for selling boosters/converters so up to you if you want to buy with INF or merits. Step 3: Make sure your MidsReborn is build is done before you go In on 100-merit IOs. Search the auction house (/ah command) to make sure some IO you need isn't 10 million or less when you could sell 20-22 mill worth over converters and buy twice as many IOs instead. Attuned ATOs and Winter sets are already created on purchase so technically they're a bit cheaper than Purple or PVP IOs so if you really need.
  22. 1. If we nerf hasten I want defense (Combat jumping level) added back to it and a small amount of recharge debuff resistance. 2. Base-crafted Attack Rate increase is already great if you want a boost. 3. I'm more for a power boost inspiration (20, 33 and 50 percent for t1/2/3) and the effect doesn't stack.
  23. I requested Wrist Bow animations from the Knives of Artemis for Trick Arrow and from the Live devs and got met with the "Ugh, not worth the time to work out the animations" talk. And yes, we have volunteers here. We actually have Wrist shot animations (Blaster immob dart T1 power for example, Widow darts) but can imagine it would be a pain to basically create a new set of animation "connections" without the benefit of creating a new set. And this is from a person who wants Shoulder Launders for Trick Arrow badly so I can make an Iron Man-like power armor suit (Energy/Trick Arrow). We have missile swarms from EDF/praetorians, MM Big bot and Malta but again.. volunteer time to give us something we already have animations done for. I'd flip out if we got a Shoulder Launcher epic set for Tanks/Brutes (missile swarms, tear gas, immobilize aoe, glue bombs etc).
