  1. Psi attacks were great for this sf, at least while my fort was alive i think it faceplanted 8-9 times on a relentless run but i don't run tough on it which i think would make a big difference having seen the 2nd fort on team have time to jump out of the debuff patches which pretty much 1 shotted me.
  2. Tried a rad/seismic fender and seismicx2 blaster. Fender seems pretty good although i still think rad works best with a primary running a hold for stacking with choking cloud. Secondary on blaster is awful, endurance issues even when kitted out and for some reason it never builds up stacks which the fender had no issue with so rock shards and the stun/extreme damage never got used.
  3. As to the mez i found they were throwing out alot of immob's which aren't that much of a problem, probably some holds/stuns the biggest things were the ripple resonator (blue sonic/tar patch type power that does all the -res) and the power that sucks you into it (no idea what that was called). Once your actually standing in the patch it can be really difficult to get off it, bit like being hit by a consigliere and his grav pet, you just get tossed about, immobilized, stunned/held with 0 resist while the range toon hits the eb dropping its hp who then goes into his elude type defence and countsdown to a nova. Anyone in range or not watching just gets 1 shotted and while it looks like things are going well suddenly 6 players faceplant. Its great fun but even with a break free on and clarion running you often feel like your in an unwinnable situation. Doesn't matter how high your defence is, although i will have to give SR tank a try the ripple resonator lowers your resist massively and it looks like they can be stacked up while you get vortex'd into them. I think. There's a lot going on usually got a feeling it will be a while for everyone to get to know whats going on. All in all though its easily the best and most fun content in the game and the new rep settings make it even more so forcing teams to work together and actually consider team make up rather than just grabbing any old alt.
  4. I'm not trying to rely on myself i'm saying its much better having to work as a team. I'm saying i keep getting crushed regardless which i've gotta say i'm quite happy about as it makes me think more when playing. I was only curious about what people were running through it with and doing well. I only went in solo once to get the hang of the maps/layouts/objectives and see whats what.
  5. So after a few normal runs and some relentless (all tf/sf should be run on relentless you get a much better sense of teamwork its starting to feel more like the good old days of CoH, people running ahead as normal get pounded) i've had to take a hard look at all my builds. I was finding it a dawdle through 99% of content just running about with some 45% defence builds but the new SF murders them when you get sucked in and all the -resists/mez kick in. There's only so many bf's you can carry and i've found myself switching over to account 2 just to email wakies on more than 1 occasion. Kiting doesn't seem to be working that well and i was wondering if it's necessary to slot for more kb protection or if this will make 0 difference or if i should be switching to more resist based builds even if it means sacrificing a ton of recharge. So my question is this: which At's/toons/builds are people finding it easiest to survive Aeon with (other than the obvious tanky/brutes) especially when it comes to non melee At's that don't have mez protection? I've been testing it with a bunch of corrs/fenders to help out teams and tried solo on a db/bio scrap which didn't go well when i did the optional mish after Apex and got splatted by Hero 1 and friend.
  6. Ummm with the proc stuff you'd need to answer one of the number crunchers although there's plenty of posts about it elsewhere, i just throw on infection and it dies 😛 I'll always pick the powers i want and then try to build it rather than saying to myself i need x defence and y resistance and mini/maxing stuff. If i can't hit the numbers i don't mind so much as long as the toon is fun to play.
  7. Even with rad infection on if you get any aggro and you may if you lob out ball lightning a lot, anything outside infections radius will 1-2 shot you very very fast. I'm assuming manouvres is there for the rech piece, evasive will be of 0 use as soon as you attack. At the very least i'd try to squeeze in charged armr but i'm not sure that would help. When you say the consensus is that defense / resistance isn't needed because PA will take most of the aggro / damage your right. But most isn't all. Theres near 20 ill/rad builds been posted i'd scroll back and take a look at those- a lot of players run with mace and have great defences perma PA etc so you can run around maps quickly without having to hang about and wait on your army to arrive. Resist toggles are just as good and you can get high ranged def numbers softcap res and still have everything up all the time. For solo play you'd be fine as long as you hang way back. Way way back.
  8. Pretty sure i posted one of my builds somewhere a few pages back. Did some fiddling with yours and it looks more like the one i have. Hasten/AM perma, choking is a set mule but can be useful if you only run 1 build and like to team. Rain needs end red...soon as you fire it off you feel like half your endurance went with it. I definitely went mu i hate blue epics force picks before you can take a toggle armr: This Villain build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.5.7 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn FIRE RAD MACE: Level 50 Science Corruptor Primary Power Set: Fire Blast Secondary Power Set: Radiation Emission Power Pool: Flight Power Pool: Fighting Power Pool: Leadership Power Pool: Speed Ancillary Pool: Mu Mastery Villain Profile: ------------ Level 1: Fire Blast SprScrBls-Rchg/+End(A), SprScrBls-Acc/Dmg(7), SprScrBls-Dmg/Rchg(7), GldJvl-Dam%(9), GldJvl-Dam/End/Rech(40) Level 1: Radiant Aura NmnCnv-Heal/EndRdx(A), NmnCnv-EndRdx/Rchg(37), NmnCnv-Heal/Rchg(37), NmnCnv-Heal/EndRdx/Rchg(37), NmnCnv-Heal(39), NmnCnv-Regen/Rcvry+(39) Level 2: Fire Ball SprMlcoft-Rchg/Dmg%(A), SprMlcoft-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(3), SprMlcoft-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(3), SprMlcoft-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(5), SprMlcoft-Dmg/Rchg(5), SprMlcoft-Acc/Dmg(13) Level 4: Accelerate Metabolism PreOptmz-Acc/Rech(A), PreOptmz-EndMod/End(17), PreOptmz-EndMod/Rech(34), PreOptmz-EndMod/Acc/End(36), PreOptmz-EndMod/Acc/Rech(36), PreOptmz-EndMod/End/Rech(36) Level 6: Radiation Infection HO:Enzym(A), HO:Enzym(13), AchHee-ResDeb%(42) Level 8: Rain of Fire SprScrBls-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(A), SprScrBls-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(9), SprScrBls-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(11) Level 10: Enervating Field EndRdx-I(A), EndRdx-I(11) Level 12: Aim GssSynFr--Build%(A) Level 14: Hover LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), Ksm-ToHit+(15), BlsoftheZ-Travel/EndRdx(15), BlsoftheZ-Travel(17) Level 16: Boxing Empty(A) Level 18: Blaze Apc-Dam%(A), Apc-Dmg/EndRdx(19), Apc-Acc/Rchg(19), Apc-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(21), Apc-Dmg(21) Level 20: Lingering Radiation Acc-I(A), EndRdx-I(42) Level 22: Tough StdPrt-ResDam/Def+(A), GldArm-3defTpProc(23), Ags-ResDam(23), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx(33), Ags-ResDam/Rchg(34), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(34) Level 24: Weave LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), Rct-ResDam%(25), Rct-Def(25), Rct-Def/EndRdx(27) Level 26: Blazing Bolt StnoftheM-Dam%(A), StnoftheM-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(27), StnoftheM-Acc/Dmg(31), StnoftheM-Dmg/EndRdx(31), StnoftheM-Acc/ActRdx/Rng(33) Level 28: Maneuvers LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), ShlWal-ResDam/Re TP(29), ShlWal-Def(29), ShlWal-Def/EndRdx(31) Level 30: Hasten RechRdx-I(A), RechRdx-I(43) Level 32: Inferno Erd-%Dam(A), Erd-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(33), Erd-Dmg/Rchg(39), Arm-Dam%(40), ScrDrv-Dam%(40) Level 35: Charged Armor Ags-Psi/Status(A), Ags-ResDam(46), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx(50), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(50) Level 38: Tactics HO:Cyto(A) Level 41: Power Sink PreOptmz-EndMod/End/Rech(A), PreOptmz-EndMod/Acc/Rech(42), PreOptmz-EndMod/Acc/End(46), PreOptmz-EndMod/Rech(47), PreOptmz-EndMod/End(47), PreOptmz-Acc/Rech(48) Level 44: Choking Cloud SprEnt-Rchg/AbsorbProc(A), SprEnt-Acc/Hold/End/Rchg(45), SprEnt-Acc/Hold(45), SprEnt-End/Rchg(45), SprEnt-Acc/Hold/End(46) Level 47: Fly BlsoftheZ-Travel(A), BlsoftheZ-ResKB(48) Level 49: Evasive Maneuvers LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A) Level 1: Scourge Level 1: Brawl SprBlsCol-Rchg/HoldProc(A) Level 1: Sprint Empty(A) Level 2: Rest Empty(A) Level 1: Swift Empty(A) Level 1: Hurdle Empty(A) Level 1: Health Mrc-Rcvry+(A), Pnc-Heal/+End(43) Level 1: Stamina PrfShf-EndMod(A), PrfShf-End%(43) Level 50: Cardiac Core Paragon Level 49: Quick Form Level 47: Afterburner ------------ | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1410;709;1418;HEX;| |78DA6594596F125114C7EF2C88409156ECBE01D2B2760ADAC627D37401D385A452F| |5959032A593542040138D4F7E0513E36730D1AADF40AB3EAB714DEB37306D4D7C70| |CF7866FE27D0C49B90DF9D73CF7ECF257763A163E7D2ED1921F9E6B78A8D4661BE5| |AAF6FD79AD5BA736DDDD02BEBBA2284F06617F399407E7621909B9DCF384932D8D2| |2BE48B95B25ED2B2465D2FCC918F66B07D36B7BDB1A1E58B25A3D834AA9542E6BAD| |168D0467856ABD52D2DBB6594379B5EECADAD5129FBECAF15BD58D2EB8D4DA3E6B6| |BFD76ABA5EEACFD48C75ADED3CB75DC85138BD7EB38F320AD32F220B5EA62A62AA1| |069559C0833C7C09349C5664403DF4BA42ED9360E7159B265E13C738D79051CBFCA| |BC06466536255BE909FCC98F998F407587F910EC78007E244385E32ADF915BE70F3| |0F8133CFB8BF99BF907FC40760ED8CA8E0B0412773063CF28293F954F702237D939| |CEB547407714FC443E5CD0915C4142DA25DCCC04D97B104378EECBB6BE8B1C7A215| |3BCDDE8C1A9BFF4394CDC874EE71E2891AE0FBE85CFA4259274D0C5B7D39586D6E9| |1473123CA33193E01E05F17386FE016416B33354854211BAB983DDBD929D45CF397| |4B7674AB2750329309846B6C1F3A04AB6BD5C492F57D2F70DB67D87E0C0113841A9| |F473DEFDEF107BE02D38F28AF91A0CBC01BBC8FF20FB1F64FF43CBF037B4048E64C| |110E90E43571A4EA0C638D36AC728CED4D143D9AE3170008E7F012317D1ABC82DC4| |6E92DB10C70E4D23F6C414984E31B90F7E8A3DC6B73C366D4D90221A641FB5E7DA7| |44479E2623C81133C911A4FA8C6133BC913BC4F6609CE37F112B2E40BE653E62EFB| |7A0E7A28078DEF58E3E999FC0CEEC68548F114A5B88F8BAAF5624B96CC1C525BAF5| |788BBF0B7A2B6FE052C159ABC55B5F54E85644B0EDCC7EC6CC9E17F92A3B644124B| |B4A1D7130FE2CEBE1E3FBB835CE3F740CBD89CA1A94D43016BB95D89297A5A159BF| |F00677CE5E7| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  9. Have you tried scrolling back through the forums or put anything together from archery and time toons?
  10. Not sure why mids isn't showing you the difference with hasten/AM off but you want both as close to perma as possible. Lots of ways to build them it will depend on your personal playstyle and i run 2 builds on mine, 1 with scorp for 45'ish % s/l defence and mostly teaming when i dont have to worry so much about endurance because someone will be running ageless and another with 45% ranged 75% s/l res with mu/power sink for soloing gm/av running hover. You won't get your def/res numbers til your high level and kitted out although you may be able to get the recharge in there. If your still levelling and haven't hit 50 i wouldn't worry about things like that, team mates will make up for a lot of whatevers missing, i don't try to aim for anything specific while low level theres not a lot of point your missing too many powers, can't slot purples/catlaysed bits from winter sets just enjoy the ride to 50 with teams and do your mids builds when you get there-its not like you'll be short on respecs if needed.
  11. Not worth slotting its minimal.
  12. I played a few /dark scrappers, slot heavy is how i see them, they also tend to be tougher to survive on than brutes and even more so with tanks (obviously) but without significant damage to back up the squishiness. I don't see scraps in a good place right now unless your going for /bio possibly /sd although the tank still looks better as you'll be hitting more stuff. Recharge is essential for dark regen but as you say , you lose out on places to slot for def/res which again tanks don't suffer so much from but with all AT's you need a ton of acc+end red in the power to make it useful theres not much left for procs. I usually end up with melee defence its easier to build for, slotting for s/l and looking at kinetic combats crap accuracy makes me sad as i feel like i have to throw in extra bits to make up for the set and i'm already chucking a ton of slots in the secondary as it is. I like oppressive and fear but once your running all those toggles you almost have no choice about the epic pool (unless your one of those players that always runs musc/ageless and relies on blue insps and recovery serum for lower content) I ended up scrapping the scrappers and brutes they're sitting somewhere on a server i no longer play on. Down to a dark/staff tank and a dark/fire.
  13. Levelling this now, unsure about skipping time stop but i find envenomed daggers faster when you need - regen, unless i drop the tp pool and throw it in with temporal selection, hoping to take intuition radial but i may need musculature radial for the end mod: This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.5.7 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn GRAV TIME PRIMAL: Level 49 Technology 14. The 6th bonus in sets tends to be a mixed bag. Especially with the purples that give a toxic/psi res/def bonus that would be useless on the vast majority of builds. When your looking for something like ranged defence it makes sense to 6 slot a set like thunderstrike or lockdown but if you start 6 slotting sets just for the sake of it you end up with a bunch of bonuses that don't help you out at all and its just a waste of a slot that would be much more beneficial to the build with a chance for ? whatever in. Usually a damage piece.
  15. I haven't noticed many problems running about with rooted on and the new teleport updates mean its easily the best pool for stone armour especially with the new combat teleport dropping you into mobs at a click. I used to have tp and superspeed on stone toons now i feel pretty mobile just with tp, even without stacking a ton of run bonuses from sets you can get about quite well. Athletic run and sprint and you feel like you have a mini superjump.
  16. I'm lost with your slotting. Are you aiming for hp bonuses/toxic res/slow bonuses/cold res...thats where i got really confused. I was about to manually input it as the link won't open and theres no data chunk but i gave up when i saw the 3 slotting build bonuses. So i just throw in stuff at random too: This Villain build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.5.7 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn STONE ICE ICE: Level 49 Magic Brute Primary Power Set: Stone Melee Secondary Power Set: Ice Armor Power Pool: Fighting Power Pool: Speed Power Pool: Leaping Power Pool: Leadership Ancillary Pool: Arctic Mastery Villain Profile: ------------ Level 1: Stone Mallet SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg(A), SprBrtFur-Dmg/Rchg(5), SprBrtFur-Rech/Fury%(7), GldStr-%Dam(7), GldStr-Acc/End/Rech(9), GldStr-Acc/Dmg/End/Rech(9) Level 1: Frozen Armor LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(11) Level 2: Heavy Mallet SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(A), SprBrtFur-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(11), SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(13), GldStr-%Dam(13), GldStr-Acc/Dmg(15), GldStr-Dam/End/Rech(15) Level 4: Hoarfrost Prv-Absorb%(A), Prv-Heal/Rchg/EndRdx(17), Prv-Heal/Rchg(39), Prv-EndRdx/Rchg(39), Prv-Heal/EndRdx(40), Prv-Heal(40) Level 6: Build Up GssSynFr--Build%(A), RechRdx-I(43) Level 8: Fault FrcFdb-Rechg%(A), SuddAcc--KB/+KD(25), AbsAmz-Acc/Rchg(43), AbsAmz-EndRdx/Stun(43) Level 10: Chilling Embrace EndRdx-I(A), Taunt-I(40) Level 12: Wet Ice EndRdx-I(A) Level 14: Boxing Empty(A) Level 16: Glacial Armor LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(17) Level 18: Seismic Smash Hct-Dam%(A), Hct-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(19), UnbCns-Dam%(19), GhsWdwEmb-Dam%(31), TchofDth-Dam%(34), GldStr-%Dam(37) Level 20: Energy Absorption LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), EffAdp-EndMod(21), EffAdp-Acc/Rchg(21), EffAdp-EndMod/Acc/Rchg(31) Level 22: Tough UnbGrd-Max HP%(A), UnbGrd-ResDam(23), UnbGrd-ResDam/EndRdx(23), UnbGrd-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(27) Level 24: Weave LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(25) Level 26: Super Speed WntGif-ResSlow(A) Level 28: Permafrost StdPrt-ResDam/Def+(A), GldArm-3defTpProc(29) Level 30: Hasten RechRdx-I(A), RechRdx-I(31) Level 32: Tremor FrcFdb-Rechg%(A), OvrFrc-Dam/KB(33), OvrFrc-Acc/Dmg(33), OvrFrc-Acc/Dmg/End(33), OvrFrc-Dmg/End/Rech(34), Erd-%Dam(34) Level 35: Icicles SprUnrFur-Rchg/+Regen/+End(A), SprUnrFur-Acc/Dmg(36), SprUnrFur-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(36), SprUnrFur-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(36), SprUnrFur-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(37), FuroftheG-ResDeb%(37) Level 38: Combat Jumping LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), Ksm-ToHit+(39), ShlWal-ResDam/Re TP(42), Rct-ResDam%(42) Level 41: Block of Ice BslGaz-Acc/Hold(A), BslGaz-Acc/Rchg(42), BslGaz-EndRdx/Rchg/Hold(46), BslGaz-Acc/EndRdx/Rchg/Hold(48) Level 44: Ice Blast Apc-Dam%(A), Apc-Dmg/EndRdx(45), Apc-Acc/Rchg(45), Apc-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(45), Apc-Dmg(46) Level 47: Ice Storm Rgn-Dmg/EndRdx(A), Rgn-Dmg(47), Rgn-Dmg/Rchg(47), Rgn-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(48), Rgn-Acc/Rchg(48) Level 49: Maneuvers Rct-Def(A), Rct-Def/EndRdx(49), Rct-Def/EndRdx/Rchg(49) Level 1: Brawl Empty(A) Level 1: Fury Level 1: Sprint Empty(A) Level 2: Rest Empty(A) Level 1: Swift Empty(A) Level 1: Health Pnc-Heal/+End(A), NmnCnv-Regen/Rcvry+(3), Mrc-Rcvry+(3) Level 1: Hurdle Empty(A) Level 1: Stamina PrfShf-End%(A), PrfShf-EndMod(5), PwrTrns-EndMod(27), PwrTrns-+Heal(29) Level 26: Speed Phase ------------ | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1349;663;1326;HEX;| |78DA6593C94F136118C6BFE94C454A4BA9802C656959BA50180A2E57822C06A4886| |2BC364D19A109D0A6AD891E3D78339A78F1EAAE68E23FE1BFA0D183D1182F6E2C71| |8B1E4C7DF99EC772603293DFCCFB3EEFF67DDFA42E4D7A9F9DBC32A68CBA89D54CA| |9943E51BC5876DCA9CC722E6B2AA57C8BE74ECF4F856626F453239616AD48A79C55| |C7B117CBF975BED33EE95C70D64B8E3D9375D2E3C5B57C51F916F2F9557B3AB7BC5| |2CEAD2F7BF4D762C17196BCFA75CEC914C4EEFFFFB1E4144B2BB942E3542197B5C7| |8BD9722E9B4E654A65A778B955CA87E4693314AF8A5BDD9636472C65DD010F3C206| |3E0C108190567E312A6E32B866A36B4CDD304B61B74495EE32EF49E7BA0F73EC9BC| |F5BD643FF830A29489BC6E7313B686AF60E40BF9198C7E223F82418973A3AEE1DE7| |069DB4042697688AF063EB3E62A7CAD1F2C6852D4CE838FA4875ACE561B467C7404| |7C2CBE3AF8541D7D8624F621B7F255E4521BA2F233839FABD3C0D5E912043861208| |18A8762E40CD8B5066D382DB2A8A5FAB85A4B51A51A0D434FD1C8BC4DD710D37483| |B1D74153BA6A461DB3F90FE20FFF207F82EDBFB9EBA26D61BF2DCCDBCA7E7BC5D7C| |6E9DA82D03F91F982D40777033B658547E1EB117D277D9D5CFD2E3224F66ECEDECD| |5D08BD475CE80DF9160CBF23B75C3AFF53A9D9C3D89E0076AED74BFAC906B0AF9E1| |CE3BCD2533FD7A29FF345FE2A9D377E0A9AF877704110E34989BD40EDF84B70E815| |38FC1A3C23DA04B4566204F30C26C961D2068706C1B3126333C63E0E9B3D4A1E018| |78F92C7C080F49F44FFAEE416FA4C6E93DFC00EABFA37CBBD7B0AA7ADEA3F5A99DB| |E75DB0AA7FA932B465D353D553B3BD6771A930EAB8CE63FD5CB3863E9B5BFBA276F| |62CA6BA8509AC9B60FB0E76A6E317F87CA07ABA2AFF001C6ECA94| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  17. Memory isn't great i think tk thrust was tier 2/3, WoC was tier 8 and psy shockwave tier 9 which felt right considering how good psy shockwave is, doesn't make sense that tk thrust which can be mildly useful/amusing is now a tier 9 power and minor damage when you look at other sets with melee attacks having midnight grasp/positronic fist/total focus etc.
  18. Mental guide maybe out of date the set got a bit of an overhaul still not sure if the shifting of powers was helpful.
  19. Its not a combo i've tried but i do have a dark/mental so i know where your coming from its hard work sometimes but not that hard, basically only hopping into mobs for drain psyche, hopping back out and blasting. Pretty sure you can do that with beam....and every other primary. I havent tried it as a hover type toon yet but that may work better i've seen a few good psi/mental that play the same way, hop in DP/nuke hop away you don't even have to stay that long with beam. With mental its all about getting DP perma and the safest way to go after that is hitting as much ranged defence as possible. Throw a build together show people what you have that will give them an idea of your playstyle and they can throw out helpful stuff from there.
  20. Not sure about the dp slotting, bullet rain always gets my malice set (you can't slot the ff+rech in there). Empty clips gets the 5 rags and ff+rech. I agree with the extra ff+rech in Hail especially if you skipped hasten (why lol? its a cold you want sleet/heat loss/benumb perma) and don't have capped def as the little bump it gives makes you more survivable. I don't like piercing rounds, a lot of dp animations are slow but that one is slow and looks silly. No hasten, you definitely want to split the scourging set (not exactly sure but i think the pbaoe+end means when it procs anyone near you benefits as well as yourself from the end bump) i try to get the proc in an aoe attack so it fires off more often as cold tends to be awful on the blue bar at low levels til you get heat loss, or maybe its just the way i build mine. I like pistols despite the poor damage it takes all sorts of goodies and animates fast. If you want -res in something other than sleet you can throw in achilles procs in some attacks, pistols/empty clips/executioners. Piercing may say cone but i've never seen it hit more than 1 target. Unless your going for power boost/soul storm/pet then go dark for larger radius faster recharge on soul drain, the toggles give the same benefits and you won't need dark consumption so oppressive can be a nice 1 slot pick.
  21. I run one too not sure its the best, no handclap, no shield wall piece, forced to take haymaker and parasitic feels underslotted but seems to be almost always up once the ff+rech bits fire off. Can't remember what incarnates i used but its probably musculature with barrier/ageless. I go for the kill it before it kills me approach and run in offensive permanently (pretty sure most of this if not all is someone elses build ) : This Villain build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.5.7 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn SS BIO: Level 49 Mutation Brute Primary Power Set: Super Strength Secondary Power Set: Bio Armor Power Pool: Fighting Power Pool: Speed Power Pool: Leaping Power Pool: Leadership Ancillary Pool: Soul Mastery Villain Profile: ------------ Level 1: Punch Mk'Bit-Dam%(A), Mk'Bit-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(5), Mk'Bit-Acc/EndRdx/Rchg(5), Mk'Bit-Dmg/Rchg(7), Mk'Bit-Dmg/EndRdx(7), Mk'Bit-Acc/Dmg(9) Level 1: Hardened Carapace StdPrt-ResDam/Def+(A), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx(9), Ags-ResDam/Rchg(11), Ags-EndRdx/Rchg(11), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(13), Ags-ResDam(13) Level 2: Inexhaustible NmnCnv-Regen/Rcvry+(A), PrfShf-End%(15) Level 4: Environmental Modification LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(15), LucoftheG-Def/EndRdx(17), LucoftheG-Def/EndRdx/Rchg(17) Level 6: Boxing Empty(A) Level 8: Knockout Blow Hct-Dam%(A), Hct-Dmg/EndRdx(19), Hct-Acc/Rchg(19), Hct-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(21), Hct-Dmg(21), FrcFdb-Rechg%(23) Level 10: Adaptation Level 12: Super Speed WntGif-ResSlow(A) Level 14: Tough Ags-ResDam/EndRdx(A), Ags-ResDam/Rchg(23), Ags-EndRdx/Rchg(25), Ags-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(25), Ags-ResDam(27) Level 16: Ablative Carapace Prv-Heal/Rchg(A), Prv-Heal/Rchg/EndRdx(48), Prv-Heal(49) Level 18: Rage RechRdx-I(A), RechRdx-I(39), GssSynFr--Build%(39) Level 20: Evolving Armor GldArm-3defTpProc(A), RctArm-ResDam/EndRdx(37), RctArm-ResDam(39), RctArm-ResDam/Rchg(40), RctArm-ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg(40) Level 22: Haymaker SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg(A), SprBrtFur-Dmg/Rchg(40), SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(43), SprBrtFur-Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(43), SprBrtFur-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg(46), SprBrtFur-Rech/Fury%(46) Level 24: Weave LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(37), LucoftheG-Def/EndRdx(37) Level 26: Hasten RechRdx-I(A), RechRdx-I(27) Level 28: DNA Siphon Erd-Dmg/Rchg(A), Erd-Dmg(29), Erd-%Dam(29), TchoftheN-%Dam(31), ThfofEss-+End%(34) Level 30: Combat Jumping LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), Ksm-ToHit+(31), Rct-ResDam%(31) Level 32: Foot Stomp Erd-%Dam(A), Erd-Dmg(33), Erd-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(33), FrcFdb-Rechg%(33), ScrDrv-Dam%(34), Obl-%Dam(34) Level 35: Genetic Contamination Arm-Dam%(A), Arm-Dmg/EndRdx(36), Arm-Acc/Rchg(36), Arm-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(36), Arm-Dmg(48), FuroftheG-ResDeb%(49) Level 38: Parasitic Aura RechRdx-I(A) Level 41: Gloom Apc-Dam%(A), Apc-Dmg/EndRdx(42), Apc-Acc/Rchg(42), Apc-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(42), Apc-Dmg(43) Level 44: Dark Obliteration PstBls-Dam%(A), PstBls-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx(45), PstBls-Dmg/Rchg(45), PstBls-Dmg/EndRdx(45), PstBls-Acc/Dmg(46) Level 47: Maneuvers LucoftheG-Def/Rchg+(A), LucoftheG-Def(47), LucoftheG-Def/EndRdx(47) Level 49: Super Jump Empty(A) Level 1: Fury Level 1: Brawl Empty(A) Level 1: Sprint Empty(A) Level 2: Rest Empty(A) Level 2: Swift Empty(A) Level 2: Hurdle Empty(A) Level 2: Health Mrc-Rcvry+(A), Pnc-Heal/+End(3) Level 2: Stamina PwrTrns-+Heal(A), PwrTrns-EndMod(3) Level 10: Defensive Adaptation Level 10: Efficient Adaptation Level 10: Offensive Adaptation Level 49: Double Jump Level 12: Speed Phase ------------ | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1398;676;1352;HEX;| |78DA65934B4F135114C767DA29600179D3F22C7DF06A6128E8C2F8081111A3A181A| |489DBA6814B3B5ADB66DA261A572EFC0C6E7D2EDCB801049F1BFD301A10494CDC99| |F130FF3F4D132699FCEE3DAF7BCEB9F7A41E2EB7BDBBF56451D35B6F14B2954A66C| |9AE55554BAA56CD56AD52D1AB695A533A3DB6747BAD599683AE36935205A5CC74AD| |ACEC4CBA6AAB62AE9A0F41B5ACB654B1A2CC25AB9459B373D9A2B591B96E3F28D95| |AFB7AA9543057AC5CBE6A15737E77972E2BB5D9E62E5755B62CF28ED3CDA6B22B79| |AB1CB859B6364CC44E976A854C2A5BA92AFB5150B289C91FD1357E8E4FBB2F98373| |4E31E69814D793207B66C81DB51A14EDF802C464497D45D9D7F9E5C00DB2E9017C1| |1DF1D5E1ABEB77213BFFCCE37257745EE8BCDE3EEA7AC1CE4EB207D4A5AD3EE4AFF| |91CF9B471513433ABE6042276C7C969B0778A9C00FB9F82EFE5E473F075A212B995| |915B87BCAEDE2BB276E88D7656DACF4A83AC34C84A0759E94789D9011F4FC701E2C| |C1D82C91FE0A4E8BBDC76389EAE04BA3B71CAB7C8ED93C4E9E1D93D0BF08B8D8A60| |526C22E064880C8351411F7BD1F79C67BD00E32FC957E0EC6BF20D6848AD01E61DE| |02DC4780B31DE42446C06788B03CC7790FC2CF90E31DFA1038FFB3A867F9247E068| |106785BBBDEEBE5FE28DF0CC119E39FA4F83ED1FD84E8B38C49A428C33C6B863872| |4EF33FC18B98435F87E899EBE78C717B9069BE855F20A79199CBB042617E1FB557C| |C7F91EC659E386A8A658E3D43CECA793E41C6982F11950894F02718CC43EE2CCEC9| |1BBE40E38BB0D76495F4CF6C5645F4CDE85C9BB08884D92F925DD495831EAF3E90C| |1BF5393FD98A76F58C64DDA0B9487457F2CB5F9F524A8ECE487EFB1B26F90EDE9D2| |78C9E1D37EAFE1AAECC730CEE9FCC1A4E73F61AD61F1A66F07BBC5E93F32D5E9F47| |E73F8A94D9DB| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  22. I always take cutting beam. Having said that i also agree with FUBARczar and went bonfire/caltrops.
  23. Just noticed this. Rad/kin was one of my early toons on torch. I still like repel its good for aggro/herding when you have static tanks and dont want to get stuck in irradiates animation. Or neutron bombs. Or...well all of rads attacks.
  24. Proc Monsters - Tanker Edition - Tanker - Homecoming (homecomingservers.com)
  25. Yes you can build tanks to be pretty much unkillable but you could also do dps builds that will match brute/scrap damage especially with rad/ proc heavy builds although i totally agree on the blaster being the most OP AT in the game now.
