I'm sure @arcanaville had some kind of tool to let you pause and take control of the camera in a demo around the time of the shutdown. (I remember because she posted a video showing it off where she looked around a recording of a Magisterium trial in progress, and took a moment to look directly at my character.) It doesn't seem to be on her YouTube channel now, though, at least not publicly.

What if they turned ET into a targeted AoE with only 5 max targets, similar to Thunder Strike? Each target besides the primary takes some Energy damage, but if you don't hit some extra targets you take that damage instead. As an example, if you hit only the primary target, it's identical to how it works now. Hit 1 other target, and you take half the damage you take now. Hit 2 or more extra targets, you take no damage. I dunno, I'm just spitballing. I like the animation. I figure making it an AoE means the animation is more justified.

Actually, Field Medic only removes the interrupt from Aid Other. Aid Self remains interruptible, but restores some endurance with Field Medic.

You’re gonna want Build Up much, much earlier, you maniac. Tough and Weave are also not worth putting off Blizzard. If you’re gonna 5-slot a Power with purples, like you’ve done with BFR and Ice Storm, skip the Damage IO, not the Dam/Rech/Acc IO. You can boost one or more other IOs in the set to +5 to still hit the ED cap for damage. Slot Freeze Ray for damage, not hold; it’s your highest DPA attack outside of Blizzard. Put recharges into Energize so it’s perma. You can take the slots from Health; perma-Energize will do much more for your HP and End than the Numina and Miracle uniques will. For my money, Intuition Radial is the best Alpha for Ice Blast. The only thing you can’t benefit from in Intuition is the defense debuff, everything else it gives is useful.

I don't think you guys understand how badly some people can play. For example, I once teamed with this Blaster that wasn't actually activating his attacks, but saying things like "I use the Fire Ball ability!" in Team chat. When he faceplanted, he just said "Sorry guys, I don't play with killer DMs," and quit. And the other day we had an Empathy Defender that wasn't healing anyone no matter what, and spent the whole mission destabilizing the government of Georgia. What other way to describe these playstyles is there besides "wrong?" -
Yes, I understood that. My point was there was no "if" condition listed for Dark Consumption.

That's not the story Red Tomax tells. On the page for Consume, the endurance recovery portion says "20 Endurance (after 0.25 second delay) If (@ToHitRoll < @ToHit) or @ForceHit". On the page for Dark Consumption, it only says " 25 Endurance (after 0.25 second delay)", no mention of a ToHit roll.

Well that just makes no damn sense. Even Dark Consumption is autohit for end recovery, according to Red Tomax. There's no reason Consume shouldn't be.

I tried this and was sent to Cimerora as expected... I think you had both TFs selected when you queued and it chose to send you to Harlan.

I always choose to save both and just wipe out the Knives with a Judgment. At -1, No Bosses with 3 level shifts it's a one-hit kill on all of them.

Several times now I've used the Consume power on my Fiery Aura Brute in range of mobs, and seen it restore little to no endurance. I have no idea what's going on with it, unfortunately. All I can say is that I can see in the combat log that it never hit anything, even though I was in range of enemies.

It might not be the best for powers like Charged Brawl or Ice Melee's Frozen Aura, where they're actual attacks with a sleep side effect, but moves like Mesmerize and Flash Freeze are rendered useless by interface DoTs. -

If you could find a way to make it not hurt sleeping foes, that'd be a great thing to add to the Interface powers (after addressing the bug that makes them suck), because the added DoT makes certain powers like Mesmerize and Flash Freeze useless. -
Inexhaustible has the same recovery boost as Stamina, so I just added it to the Stamina chart. It gets another 10% buff with Efficient Adaptation, but that buff ignores enhancements, so you don't have to worry about it when planning your slots. The charts give numbers in a straightforward "you will get this much endurance with this enhancement slotting" way. I'm not sure if Gamma Boost would really fit in this thread. I could make a chart for it when buffing Recovery at its maximum value, but since it can vary so much in gameplay that might not be meaningful information. It's also, like you say, very fuzzy. I checked it in-game and even at 100% health, when the Recovery boost should be at its maximum, it's less than the real numbers in the info window say.

All I've said is I want the set to have properly made FX. I didn't say I want it soon, I didn't say it was on OP to do that, I didn't even phrase it in a way that sounds like I'm demanding it be done. All I did was express my opinion. If you can think of a way to make that sound even more passive than it already is (while still being the same sentiment), I'm all ears. -

So you want to maximize your Endurance Recovery, to ensure you never run out of Endurance, with the fewest slots possible? These charts should help you pick the optimal slotting. The Recovery values are given in Endurance per Minute, rather than the typical in-game Endurance per Second, because Endurance per Minute results in nice, easy to follow numbers; Base Recovery is 100 endurance in one minute, and the chance for +Endurance procs operate on procs per minute, so working in Endurance per Minute means everything's using the same units and easy to compare. One last note, about set bonuses: Since 100 End/Min is the base, Recovery set bonuses are easy to understand as well. For example, a 2.5% recovery set bonus is equal to 2.5 endurance per minute. (They suck, but that's another topic.) It's a little higher for VEATs, with their higher base Recovery, but not enough to really matter. Edit: Tried to improve readability by lightening more significant digits and darkening less significant ones. Edit: Added entries for the ED-exempt portions of tier 4 end mod-affecting Alpha abilities.

Now you're getting the idea. What you said didn't explain why you responded to me as if I was telling the OP to make the proper graphics themselves. All I've said directly to the OP is I don't think their proposed reused FX will result in good-looking powers.
