  1. So basically everyone thinks the cooldowns on these abilities should be vastly lower, yes? That's part of why I am asking about the combo, as they are the exact same power with different graphics so you can alternate casts and have a buff like that up more often
  2. Yes, and you would be able to alternate between the two and have a buff like that up more often (which IMO they should have much shorter base cd anyway.)
  3. Any value in having Spirit Tree and Triage Beacon constantly providing 300%-600% regen rates constantly/sometimes? Procs everywhere like 5 in Acid Mortar alone? Anyone try it?
  4. Yeah I think I will shake up Blind Feint at least to steal a slot for the scaling resist proc, I missed that earlier.
  5. Savage and Staff are light on end use with their mechanics for sure. I can't remember for sure but Claws might be also.
  6. Just go with the healing destiny for SR if you go that route, and you could always go Paralytic Interface to debuff damage on top of that if you are worried about anything beyond that (although I suspect you will go for a damage one no matter what)

    Yeah I would just build it to be tough all the time and I usually skip the god power in armor sets. That one has a 5 min base recharge and lasts 30 sec I believe.
  8. Correct, it will cast it on itself and not the player. The stun proc works though on enemies.

  10. Odd, that's definitely not the default. Usually the blasts come from your character's mouth.
  11. I usually rely on the magnificent Bionic_Flea for his amazing builds but I also don't want to bug him all the time to help my wife and I, so I thought I would toss this up. This was modified a bit from a stalker build I found in some archives. She does not need all the combos however One Thousand Cuts is a must (she feels like a bada$$ when using it) and this was a favorite character combo specifically on Scrappers for her. She just had a mediocre build prior to the shutdown with random IOs and stuff so I was hoping to have a finalized amazing build - only cares about PVE content like most folks.   13. That's not the issue with Savage. The issue is a number of the sound fx are just awful, like they were made with a tennis ball.
  14. Shriek and Scream only have outstretched hands if you changed to the alternate animations.
  15. If you make a character with this combo, hit Mass Levitate in a group and immediately queue up Energy Drain while ML is animating, this autohit power will 'miss' because I think for some reason Mass Levitate makes it impossible to interact with enemies until the 2nd hit happens a second after they land. You have to wait awhile and then when you make sure they took the 2nd hit of damage from Mass Levitate you are allowed to use Energy Drain properly. This may not be an actual coding bug but you might want to treat it as such and find a fix - either make the enemies interactable (preferable) or make Mass Levitate's animation/activation last as long as the second hit.

  18. Does this make Degenerative basically one of the worst Interface abilities with proc damage then? EDIT: also, how does fire have less chance of weakness when it has better numbers than cold and energy? I am sure I am reading it wrong - it has a lower chance of being resisted and when it is resisted it is resisted less strongly so I am confused
  19. Considering the resist graph posted earlier in the thread, do you find Degenerative's -MaxHP to still be superior even though it seems Degenerative's Toxic proc is 100% resisted by all mobs in the entire game? Also, can you post your build? This is sweet.
  20. Well the recharge procs would stay, I never mentioned anything to the contrary. Due to the huge endurance issues you mentioned I think I would skip Burnout and go for Vengeance even more.
  21. Yeah, and then it was discussed how reliant you have to be on the FF proc going off to try to get a half hour recharge down to something anywhere as useful as a global recharge proc
  22. Instead of Burnout you could grab Vengeance for another Luck of the Gambler proc
  23. Yeah your post just reaffirmed my beliefs - really not worth it at all
