  1. So @Bopper are Interface procs fixed, broken, working as designed, or still under investigation on a power by power basis?
  2. I was hoping to catch the eye of other Gravity players. I only made him after the Page 2 patch. My other Gravs pre-date HC. Gravitational Pull On CoD says: 100% chance Mag [MagExpr] Repel for 0.625s (all affected targets) Magnitude Expression: (45/19 - distance/19)*(45 - distance)**2/361 if target>enttype eq 'critter' Is it possible that it sees other inanimate objects as "critters" and it's trying to pull them in?
  3. But the thing is, I didn't have this problem with Singy before. Mind you, "before" was years ago.
  4. It's been a while since I played gravity, but I've leveled at least two to 50. I decided to give it a go again to take advantage of Singularity's new gravity well ability combined with Enflame, Spirit Ward, and the other Sorcery pool goodies. The problem: Singularity is frequently getting caught or stuck. He was just stuck at the RWZ portal exit; he's gotten stuck in lab maps and sewers. The first couple of times it caught me by surprise when I went to engage a group solo but didn't have my backup buddy. Now I look back before engaging just to make sure and have had to re-summon many times because he was left back on another floor. A few times I have circled back to him and then he snapped out of it and followed me. But sometimes he's just stuck and nothing I can do seems to break him out. I even tried teleporting right next to him to see if I could nudge him free, but it didn't work. Even though I haven't played Grav in a bit, I know this is not normal behavior. I don't know if his gravity well power is causing it, if it picked up an old bug that certain MM pets used to get that they would get stuck and not obey commands or something altogether different.
  5. Ah. The classic overflow error banning paradox. Of course!
  6. I think she's including all assets, not just liquid. How many decked out characters do you have? How much stuff do you have in character e-mail and storage? Add that to your "cash on hand" and where you at?
  7. It is. I don't remember changing it. Is that the default?
  8. Ah! I see the numbers now after choosing an AT. I've looked at several powers by clicking an AT, the power set, then power, and still got the code of X * [damage modifier reference]. But when you populate the AT field it corrects to base damage.
  9. Thanks, but that's the information I was talking about. Where do you think I got .055 to .1125? And from that list I can tell what AT does more damage, but I don't know what that base damage is. I know it isn't .055 or .1125.
  10. I played a vet level 127ish farmer for a few maps yesterday and definitely got numerous drops. Is it possible that the OP accidentally turned off one or more types of recipe drops at P2W? Edit: After reading the above, I vote for naked surveys for charity.
  11. Uber, thanks as always for all your work on this. While it is super accurate, somethings are too accurate or in code for me to grasp. For example, in the image right above me is "(2.0 * Melee_Ones)% Fly for 2.25s". All that tells me is that the power allows flight. In this circumstance, it's probably enough, but all the damage, defense, and resist powers are similarly described. Another example would be Enflame. That has a long list of "(X * Melee_Damage) points of Fire damage" with X ranging from 0.055 to 0.1125. I can obviously tell which AT does more damage with Enflame than others, but I have no idea what the base damage for the power is -- the number that would be displayed in-game by looking at the detailed info. I remember old CoD had a little graph with damage by level. Is that something that can easily be added?
  12. Or a meteor maybe . . . https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=talonsofvengeance.meteor.meteor
  13. I suddenly have the urge to see a Warrior with a large mustache and dressed in yellow and purple with a stylish yellow monogrammed cap.
  14. I don't know if this has been suggested before, but it occurred to me that you could level to 44, turn XP off, then invite folks to do non-incarnate content. While I agree that the incarnate power creep is real and huge, there are ways to make the game challenging. All you need to do is find like minded players. That would only prevent you from running Mender Silos and Reichsman TF, and obviously all the incarnate TFs and Trials. That's still a LOT of content. With a little creativity, you can make the game as easy or as hard as you want. I know EV on Excelsior runs "Hardcore" Master of ITFs - No inspirations, deaths, or temp powers with players debuffed and enemies buffed. Sometimes he makes those with all 8 of a certain AT. All that said, I wouldn't mind a "no incarnate" setting on TFs and ALL the TF settings added to standard missions and arcs.
  15. I just ran the starter arcs and can confirm these observations and echo the frustration of formerly quick hunts taking too long.
  16. You can have multiple decked out 50s AND stored inf on hand.
  17. I didn't come across this thread until I had already designed my own build and tested it out on the Test Server using all the Freebies available. I decided to make a Gravity controller with Sorcery, to take advantage of the new changes to both Singularity and Sorcery pool, and further decided that Time was a powerful and thematic partner. Thus was born: PHYSIC FLEA! Master of Space and Time! While my build is very different from Redlynne's, I really like the way it played so I will keep it. I did steal one thing from your build -- I switched out a +5 generic recharge with a +5 Efficiency Adaptor end/recharge in Chrono Shift. While I lose out on a bit of recharge, it is still perma-chrono and gain a decent amount of recovery to help fuel Spirit Ward and Enflame. Standard approach for me was to Wormhole against a wall close to Singy, Crushing Field to keep them in place, Enflame a boss in group, propel or hold other bosses, cackle maniacally. Singy with both pet resist procs, Spirit Ward, and his new attract/repel combo is an awesome tank buddie. This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.4.7 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! 18. Where are you seeing a level slider at the conversion UI? Or are you saying that is the fix -- add the slider?
  19. I would not like attuneds to be changed to any overlapping within a category. I'm with MTeague - its not broken and its a pretty obscure "problem".
  20. I used to do that, but as I kept on adding characters, each with their own nest egg, it became too much of a chore and stopped counting. I think I had around 15 billion or so when I last counted. I'd guess that I'm somewhere in between 15-30 billion now. I don't consider myself a hardcore farmer or marketer, but I certainly do engage in both. I craft my drops when I also have the right salvage drop then convert those to something worth selling at 1.5 million or more. I also put in lowball bids on attuned IOs and low level recipes on some of my older 50s. By the time I go back to play them they've bought a bunch of stuff that I convert and put back in the market. They've also sold much of their last basket of goodies so I collect 10 - 100 million at that time. Edit - PS I decided to log them in and get the anniversary badge and tally their holdings: 29.668 billion. I had a good guess!
  21. I like Energy Mastery. Conserve Power is a one slot wonder. Don't need it most of the time but it does help when you have rage and hasten crashes and while it doesn't protect against -endurance or -recovery it does reduce the endurance cost of all your powers. But that's just to open up Laser Beam Eyes and Energy Torrent. Both have a -res slotted to help you and the rest of the team do more damage; helps you with runners, and gives you another knockdown for mitigation and AoE damage.
  22. Crystal affinity would be truly, truly outrageous!
