  4. I'll drop a few points in defense if it means I get to use speed of sound over super speed, assuming I don't need the LOTGs from leadership.
  5. It's annoying when it's posted as a response to actually good ideas. I'm a kheld main, and whenever a qol buff idea comes up, it tends to be posted. I'm against reworking the AT and introducing more gimmicks/oversimplifying it, but when a simple QoL idea that serves only to make the class better comes up and it's mentioned? Annoying.

    The mechanics are weird nonsense, but with procs and purples it's mid tierish. Kind of wasted potential, but it be what it be.

  9. I'm not a fan of tanks by any stretch of the imagination, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. Rad/SS is one of the dumbest builds you can make in this entire game if you proc it out.
  10. Kinda wish they would activate it. People who hoard names on characters they cant even be assed to level are selfish and trash.

  12. ATs: I'm of the opinion that sentinel should be prioritized last, being the only non-legacy AT. They can wait in line. Sweeping buffs for khelds, SoAs and maybe minor controller tweaks should take precedence over some poorly thought out trashfire. Specific sets off the top of my head: Mind, pistols, AR, axe, bs, spines, Rad blast, (blaster)dark blast and psi blast could all use a look.
  13. Control is more valuable the harder of a time your team is having. -res is always valuable. The rest are situational.
  14. If they ever do, I expect them to be treated as loadouts and not added on top of the current kit. Such as swapping out lore, destiny and such for a different set of effects.
  15. Depends on the character. My khelds typically laugh at quantums, so my priority would be on something like a ring mistress or a gunslinger.
  16. Darkest night and that one rad debuff (I forget which one took forever) have pretty ridiculous cast times. Rad moreso, especially when compared to how fast the other one is. Darkest night is very good when the situation calls for it, though. Dark miasma gives you enough tools where you don't need it every pull. Problem with rad's is it's an extremely important part of your kit.

  19. I don't particularly care as long as burn's patch damage is buffed for non-brutes/tanks. It's pitiful even on damage capped blasters, and they don't have taunt keeping things in it. IG's definitely something I couldn't really argue against if it got hit, though I'm not sure of it's performance without procs. I don't really play rad melee. In both cases, if they just nerf it and don't touch anything else, then I'm opposed to it. At the end of the day, burn being broken does not really impact the overall balance of the game, nor does it harm my experience when I team with some fire triad. In a game with as many disfunctrional powersets as CoH, priority should be on bringing the lowest sets up rather than wasting dev time on overhauls they are not prepared for. Anyone who sets out to 'balance CoH' is embarking on a fool's errand, whether procs exist or not. The best possible course is to make every existing powerset not feel like garbage, and add more, harder content. Relentless ASF has been a resounding success, I'd say, in terms of introducing difficulty to the current meta.
  20. The only complaint I have about scrapper/tank/brute STJ is the lack of a two point builder. Makes the flow of an attack chain awkward. Compare to the stalker variant just feels infinitely better to play.

  22. I'm pretty confident it is getting the buff. Though I'm an advocate for putting SCS in bone smasher over TF. Much more versatile, and if you get a crit TF, that's a much larger DPS swing than anything else.
  23. Skip bitter freeze ray, rotate Freeze ray>Bitter Ice Blast>Ice Blast Proceed to laugh and demolish everyone on single target.
  24. I pop build up and aim before blowing them up as my opener. Or for something like my dp/martial, burst>hail>exe>eagles claw and that's a dead carnie. Sprinkle in reds to your overkill preference. Apparently, some people don't know this, but mezzing them stops them from shifting, if your build allows for it.
