Call me a light weight or a wuss.. I'm okay with it.. But could we Null the gull the spin on whirlwind and just make it a tornado around the player.. OR does someone have a work around to stop spinning ? I like the power and I have it into my build but I am thinking I need to respec out of it, because I just can't whirlwind constantly, which the build sort of can do endurance wise.. I have it with a KD and +Recharge.. But again the spinning after a while gets me sick.. Anyone else get any motion sickness from it ? Mind you Know many don't I just might be extra sensitive.. I know I can't play first person games because if it as well. To clarify I just picked up on the build and was just messing around with it.

I love my AR Device Hover Blaster.. Range/S/L . Double Gun Drone so they last a bit longer if you incorporate Burn out you can have 3 out at the start. You can also do Trip mine but it will only be good at the start of a fight. But again if you get S/L Defense cap that could help on the ground as well. So again you can mix it up like you want. Not a blaster but I have a beam EA sentinel that I have literally fell asleep playing and was alive still when I woke back up and I have done that several times.

LOL I just realized why this build looks familiar.
-
How is the endurance on it.. I can see your just below the 2 point variance.. I am thinking Cardiac would help it over Agility for Endurance but eating blues inspirations helps.. So just wondering how active are you with the build. I know with Masterminds overall you can't go full tilt as you can with other Archtypes due to endurance and this being so close to the minimum requirements make me curious.
-
I will use my above example here.. Ninja Tool Mastery for Masterminds. Masterminds have Ninja pets.. The Primary has bow attacks, it would be nice to pick up a sword attack for example. Game balance wise they can change or remove what is needed. If there is some rule for only X amount of AOE attacks by all means. Currently Sentinels and Blasters have some good choices to expand on a theme. I wouldn't mind getting a different pet option then what are listed in some Ancillary/Epic for a specific Archtype ATM. I just would like to see one day the ability to have OPTION A or OPTION B for a power pick of the same level and not just a power you skipped. I think Ancillary and EPIC are a good way to get his introduced, started and tested.
-
This is has bee asked many times even when COH / COX was initially out. Just would be nice to have all the options other Arch Types have for their Ancillary / Epic Pool incorporated for Every other Arch Type. For example to name a few Ninja Tool Mastery in Masterminds. Munition Mastery in Masterminds. I know some overlap or almost duplicate but have one power that might be different. Maybe have that as a option for that level. For example that would be Mace Mastery for Sentinel and Blaster. Sentinels have Web Envelope, Pulverize, Coordinated Targeting, Web Cocoon, Summon Tarantula Blasters have Web Envelope, Scorpion Shield, Mace Beam Volley, Summon Spiderlings, Web Cocoon

How do I get Panacea Proc to display in Mids?
plainguy replied to plainguy's topic in Mids' Reborn Hero Designer's Forum
Thank you.. Its 1 am here and have been working since 8 am until 11 am.. I seen you were giving me the answer, I just couldn't break it down ATM.. But appreciate the actual total break down.. I would go to sleep but I get annoyed that I have no me time after all this work. Its like I am working and sleeping.. Work is work at the end of the day, it's what pays the bills.. But I am gonna have me time.. -
How do I get Panacea Proc to display in Mids?
plainguy replied to plainguy's topic in Mids' Reborn Hero Designer's Forum
Unfortunately I am a bit of slave to the View Totals End Rec numbers. Past schooling I was taught that End Recovery has to be 2 points greater than Endurance Use or you will have endurance issues which will cause toggles to drop and such. So my end goal was to get it down the second so I can input that value onto the current displayed value for End Rec: so I can get the total recovery value. Then of course subtract End Use from that number. I notice that Numia and Miracle display correctly when added, thus my quest to fix Panacea so to speak. -
Triage Beacon (AKA that traps power everyone skips)
plainguy replied to Shred Monkey's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I like the idea.. I am a bit torn because I have enough recharge on my Robot Traps that I can have 2 out for 40 seconds.. I am sure they would remove that ability to double drop if they made it movable. But again I like the idea.. -
How do I get Panacea Proc to display in Mids?
plainguy replied to plainguy's topic in Mids' Reborn Hero Designer's Forum
Yes I do.. Didn't think of looking at it that way.. Unfortunately I was interested in the Endurance value, I was looking to see it under view totals pop out for End Rec.. I can do or did the math, but just wanted to see or understand the difference on Endurance Recovery compared to other options. It has the Proc Per Minute whereas Many of the other procs have per second. I did do the math to convert it for seconds in the end. -
How do I get Panacea Proc to display in Mids?
plainguy replied to plainguy's topic in Mids' Reborn Hero Designer's Forum
Endurance specifically but yes.. It is not showing.. I was trying to compare to other Procs by having 2 instances of MIDS open looking at the editor but still wasn't finding the answers. -
LOL It is a Semi Petless Mastermind Build. Ninja Poison.. I do it to break up the boredom I think
-
I agree. I don't think or at least for me. I don' try to tank for a team with my Mastermind. Personally I don't think you even need a tanker type on a team at level 50. I think Inventions and Incarnates blurred all those lines. 3 Defense capped players I think is all you need on a team. Everyone is just extra DPS plain and simple. If 3 players can jump into the mix on a TF/SF and hold the line then it is all good. I do want to say I "THINK" Dechs Kaison was the first Tankermind that at least I recall posting his build or at least got me into Tankerminding - https://dechskaison.blogspot.com/2011/01/why-is-softcap-so-important.html

When you think 166 pages of costume would cover it all. You always find that new combo that has you zooming in to see how they created some face or costume combination. Yea some are close resemblance to some others, which is bound to happen. But Great stuff. All the costumes are great of course but I will say personally, Poster @First Player costumes always catch my eye and make an impression.

Mids and Bots Defense shields - Here is how to correct it.

Do you by chance have any clue on how to do this for Procs that you can share.. Specifically Panacea ? -
Just wondering if people feel Smoke Flash is of value ?

As I solo A LOT.. It is a bit of Just trying to speed up the mission run. I run on 3/8 or 4/8. So that being said I need those heavy hitter bosses to come after me and not my pets. My usual M.O. for my Robot Traps is drop all my traps and Provoke. Then they rush in. Things go boom. Pets attack. Then I cycle between some sort of trap item and Provoke.. At the end of the day mobs can run off all they want, they will just come back to the same spot. With so many groups around they just get pulled back into the fight and die off. Here is the kink I am going to add to this thread. I highly recommend Oppressive Gloom. It really holds down the regular mobs. It is extremely noticeable when it is on or off. That also generates aggro. I have had some moments where I had to tank because the actual tank/brute died. Again nothing big just had to hold the groups until they got back up. You can one slot it with a proc if you want even. I have tried provoke on a demon resistance build and I was CRUSHED.. I had to respec into some defenses and then it worked much better.

Go to Null the Gull in Pocket D.. While there change to each alignment and get the quick badge.. I think it's full circle. But at the end change to villain. Then go to Grandville. there is an NPC right outside he will have the icon on his head.. Read the Plaques and pick SCORPION !!!! - He only has 4 missions to get the unlock.. Change your settings to lowest as possible to get it done quickly.. Have mission teleport and make sure you can do an auto complete to make it faster..
