  1. I have a DP device as well. I am running 8/4 setting on it. With burn out can produce 3 Gun drones.. Of course if you stagger it and are on top of the recharge you can keep it going for a bit.

  6. I've made this gripe in suggestions and other threads. That is the over all issue with Masterminds.. It is difficult to go full tilt with them. Meaning some Blaster, Scrapper, Brute, ETC builds you can't click powers fast enough to have them on que sometimes. You almost wish they could recharge faster.. BUT on Masterminds you just can't do that.. You literally have to pace yourself or you hear the endurance warning with in a few seconds. It's like yes I know this power is up but I need to just wait a second more to ding some extra endurance. Or Oh this power is up but I know it will kill my endurance, so I need to use this power instead. BURNOUT on a Mastermind ? You better have Ageless ready or several Blue Inspirations..

  9. I say don't get married to your idea. Trust me, I know easier said than done. I should follow my own advice.. I say rework the idea to just incorporate something we already have now. Incarnate threads, Influence, Merits.. Or a mix of it all. Don't make it based on some time. I think you mentioned 1 to 4 weeks for a winter IO as an example. I think that is too short for a winter IO.. It takes many hours to get 20 million influence. Playing on a 8/3 setting for 3-4 hours I am not making 20 million. Maybe just work the reward angle forget about the currency and how it is obtained and let the Devs figure out where to put the rewards.. Look anything is good. As much as I am open to many ideas. This one just doesn't feel right to me. But I like the concept.. I just think the vehicle to get it has issues.

  11. Just will chime in I notice judgment missing a lot on just regular missions. I also notice that if I am chaining together an attack that has some sort of KD animation, including the one from judgement I will get misses on some AOE attacks like Hail of Bullets for example. No clue if it is a Z axis thing or what..
  12. What I did is went Range defense cap and then mid way with AOE and Melee and then let Hurricane To Hit Debuff cover the rest of the defense cap. End result I am defense capped all over the place. The problem I think is the mix of pets. The arsonist just dies all the time, then followed by the Bruiser. It is hard to reign the pets in as they seem to go all over the place. EDIT - After playing him a bit more.. For me I realize that I need to push ahead of the pets to sort of get the aggro. I sort of try to split the mobs as well. basically keep the pets on a mob ( usually purple con) that is behind me while I push the mobs in front around with Gale. But basically I try to keep the pets behind me fighting mobs that sneak past me. This way they don't push that much ahead. Especially if I target a runner like a council wolf.. Thunder Strike is useless so needs to be replaced. Static Discharge is sort of big on endurance. I am probably going to replace Thunder Strike with Electrifying Fences.   13. I never used the power. You can't really view the power until you pick it up. I respeced out of it. I doubt someone who is terrified of fire in the first place would pick the power set. But regardless they can test it out in the costume creator before building it out. So it would be difficult to make that connection you are trying to make. Again you can't do that with Power pools, Epics or Ancillary powers. I will say using other powers did suppress the spin to some degree. So there is something there that would work and not break it. But I find the numbers given out a bit strange because again give some data of where these numbers come from. Simple answers is, you can't.. You are just making up numbers to fit your agenda. Look making up numbers and statistics. Not that I am being any way dismissive - 10% of forum Nazi really don't play the game. They just come to the forums to push false agendas and speak of gaming rules and internal processes they really don't know about or don't exist, except in their heads..

  16. I recall them changing something with trick arrow not too long ago. I had zero issue with what was changed. Something with the flash.. But you think this change is a detriment to 99.99% of the people in this game ? Was there some poll you took that I missed? Do you some how magically know what every player in game likes and dislikes ? You realize no one can take you serious with these crazy blanket statements.

  19. Trick Arrow.. I have a several Petless and Semi Petless that I second specced into a Full pet build.. With S/L and Range defense cap and some S/L Resistant you can run into group.. Drop Oil Slick and just ignite and have the pets attack. Its easy build..   20. Just wondering if anyone found a work around for whirlwind spin on character ? I like the power in my build but will need to respec out of it because for some crazy reason I am getting motion sickness from the spin..

  23. I know I just keep gravitating this around Masterminds, but just happens to be falling that way.. It would be cool if I could swing a sword with Undead even if it is only a few attacks.
