  3. This is what I am running ATM and I am doing 4/8 with it. This is with Agility on.. It should come up, but it has afterburner in the build from an old version of MIDS.. With Agility you are range cap 4 seconds off perma. S/L is almost capped at 74.27 I like the range cap because it affords me some protection when I am moving in on a group and when runners try to hit me from afar ( those cowards) I had Psi but it was just lack luster so respeced into this.   8. This is a build I was working on. Victory Rush was tossed in just for another Endurance recovery power. If I did the math correctly Panacea puts you at about 3.37 which is .30 short of the 2 point required endurance recovery. But you have Victory Rush, Touch from Beyond and Dark Consumption for Endurance boosting powers. From Incarnates you can go Agility to get you closer to the 2 point variance or go Cardiac to get you there. I couldn't figure out how to get any more procs into the build without loosing more defenses. Decimation chance for build up when activated on MIDS is really showing some high numbers for Hail of Bullets. But it is one Proc per minute. I wouldn't be relying on it, I think. Was trying to go Smash, Lethal and Range Defense cap with Max resistance in Smash and Lethal but this build was not conducive to getting those numbers with the sets available. I know this works well because I have it on some Petless Masterminds and I am running 3/8 setting on them. But this is pretty good with AOE type attacks between DP and Darkness Manipulation.   9. Suggestions and Feedback should have sub sections.. Example Current Power Sets New Power Set Ideas Costume Customization Alternate graphics / animation for powers Economy Could they add data fields to fill in or drop down boxes ? Example Archtype - Mastermind Primary Power - Repair Then the suggestion. Maybe add in other fields like Issue - This field would have a drop down box of debuff, To Hit buff, Endurance, Hit Points, Damage, Crowd Control, Status Effect. Have an other option and then another drop down box to fill in what this Other option is. If anyone notices the Other is incorrect we point it out to the author of the thread to fix the selections. This would then allow, as someone suggested a much easier way to parse data out. Now they can say Give me all Mastermind suggestions for Power Sets with issue Endurance For costumes you could have a field, New Costume, Then the part of the body, EG boots, back, Then from back as a further example, Backpacks, then which backpack item, EG Quiver Then the suggestion. EG.. Can we get more quivers options, like this picture. Weapons could be broken down further. So again they can say give me all New Costumes where field is weapons and hand guns, Rifle, Sword, ETC. For New Power Sets It would be a blank fields until some common themes start popping up.. Again as an example I would guess Whips is a common one. I Know Zepp has a lot of power sets consolidated. When you see X suggestions for a power set come up, you add the field to the drop down. EG 5 request for Grenades power set puts it into the Drop down. Think Mids Reborn concept. All the data is there. Core stats Misc Buffs Status Protection Debuff Resistances But with all of this The GMs and Devs have to have a sticky with a reality check. They need to make clear what is possible and what is impossible and some sort of scale of where ideas land even when possible. This way as another example, Mastermind Pet customization possible but Extensive amount of work category. We can only do this amount of work, 1 Extensive for the the year and and some combinations of Moderate and light ( EG 2 light equal a moderate score rating ) is the most we can do. Vehicles Impossible. Spiderman type Traveling impossible.. Burrowing Travel power Impossible. Some sort of thread control to close out or delete impossible ideas. No one should be wasting their time or discussion in the Suggestion forums on impossible suggestions. No hard feelings. It is in the sticky.. This will keep the Suggestion forums lean and have less noise, because you know every thread there is something possible. Every quarter ( or whatever they feel is right) they parse the data and toss up the numbers in the sticky. Similar to what they did with Powersets and least used power set combos. This way when someone says why aren't we getting new quivers.. They can look and see because more people wanted flip flops in the Feet category. Or why are there no new power sets ? Because people wanted different animations for EXISTING powers, EG Staves and wands to shoot fire from. Energy Blast from different parts of the body.. EG Iron man chest beam.. ETC.. Assault Rifle attacks from shoulder mounted guns and wrist or arm guns..

  11. The biggest complaint with Electric is, it is very clicky power set.. You always need to activate something. Many wished certain powers were toggles.. Nature I don't have on any mastermind because personally for me, I hate that look. But beyond the clicky nature of Electric I have read some good things about it. I want to give out names here for whom is smart on this stuff, but then I would feel bad if I forgot a player on that list. But there are some here that will hopefully respond with some numbers and better insight with like I said real game play statistics
  12. I have no say about the badges.. But there are some people that live on these forums and I believe mainly the suggestion section, ( as this is the only section in which someone can have any form of intense debate, on a regular basis) whom barely play the game but for them the forums is the game. They talk as if they were GMS and Developers for Homecoming. They shoot down ideas with made up facts statics and numbers on what the Developers think and feel. I think that doesn't help out either. Would be nice if GM's would handle that as well once in a while. I surely haven't seen it before. Further you can shoot down an idea without being inflammatory. Yea the OP did mention farming/Power Leveling.. But we know getting to 50 via an AE Farm mission and then running around and getting all the badges makes no difference when compared to leveling and getting badges as you go. But would it have killed anyone to just say basically I have not clue what Power Leveling comment means but let me address the main concern.. Which some did later down the line. But it was mixed in with all the other nonsense on both ends and it was lost. The lines were drawn in the sand already. Again I know because I have been there as well. Another inflammatory type of thing is when for example someone post that giant JRanger gif. Again even when I see it on someone else's post it annoys me. I almost feel like no matter if the idea is bad I want to support it just to go against that particular poster. Yea, its the internet.. Yea its the forums on the internet. For me posting some GIF without an ounce of constructive suggestion pretty much sounds like you not worth my response. Finally another personal opinion. It would be AWESOME in my eyes if the GMs could give the players in the form of a changing sticky of what is Possible, Impossible, Likely possible, Can be possible with X amount of difficulty and so on. Examples I would love to have vehicles.. GM responds with the technical answers why vehicles are impossible. I would love to swing like spider man.. GM responds with the technical answers why that is impossible. I would love 2 powers to pick from at each level almost like VEATS do. GM responds that is possible, but its an extreme undertaking and we cannot take on extreme more than one extreme undertaking per calendar year due to the amount of work is required from the volunteers. This way when the next guy comes along.. A player can say you didn't see the sticky.. here is the link on top.. They said it was impossible. Thread is requested to be closed and it gets closed.. I mean seriously why have 4 pages about something that can never be done for whatever the reason. Even if it is a great idea and its 4 pages of nothing but love, joy and agreement. I wouldn't want someone to waste their time and spin there wheels on something that just can't be done. But that wouldn't happen either if players had some insight on what can and cannot be done, maybe in the form of sticky. And another thread where a GM can say players, we have this as our top 10 list.. Here are 10 threads for each.. GO... Brain storm.. Attack.. Kills us with ideas on this topic.. As an example I read in one of these threads that Mastermind pet customization is one of the highest sought after request.. Okay.. What is 9,8.7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ? Post it in game when players log in .. If you don't go the forums please do.. We listed the top 10 ideas we are considering implementing at one point.. Please review give your ideas and suggestions to make it better.. I've read some really great ideas on powersets and I have really was impressed on players in the thread bounced ideas around with some game numbers and power set comparison. You have this big player base, I have no idea why you don't utilize them.
  13. I just ran this in comic con and I can say less Oh shit moments.. When I mean less, I mean I was just coasting with minimal concerns. I can feel the kills just going faster. I ran it against my standard door mission on 8/4 and had no issues at all. Again Malta, Carnival and Arachnos will always give you trouble because of Mezz regardless, unless you spec specifically for protection against such attacks. Council and CoTs get crushed.

  16. I understand WarShades and Peacebringers were supposed to be a very unique class.. I created some death coffin build that was close to a billion in influence and it sucked balls.. For me my Litmus test is the Incarnate mission. I run it on 8/3 on my builds and see how they fare and then I kick it down accordingly.. The Warshade was mezzed every dam second.. I literally did not have enough break frees on my tray to handle the mezz.. Mind you this is coming from a player that has petless masterminds running this exact same mission on 8/3 setting.. You can look this up in my signature. The biggest issue I had with petless masterminds is Endurance.. But I expected it. Nonetheless I pulled all his IOs and he is shelved until I can figure out what to do with him.
  17. I had another build from someone else on the forums.. Higher DPS than mine.. But I wanted to keep my Ninja Epic.. Nonetheless I incorporated that other build with the higher DPS than mine into mine. I ended up get a few points higher than them now.. So this will definitely be better as I am doing much more higher DPS than my older build.. I mean by a few hundred points more on many attack. Plus I kept most of regen and endurance numbers.   19. The ninja is better.. BUT.... Not a Blaster, but Sentinel.. This is my current build and I am doing Comic Con Fire farm with him. Zero issues.. Which is 8/4 setting.. I created this build totally oblivious that I could do DP Ninja. But like many wanted a thematic gun shooting, sword wielding toon.. Of course in thread someone just said why not go DP Ninja blaster. I was like what ?!? I am looking to rework the 2nd build to have Ninja Tool Mastery Another forum poster had this.. Much more DPS but a bit less on regen and endurance. I am bit concerned on the Endurance.

  23. I have a DP device as well. I am running 8/4 setting on it. With burn out can produce 3 Gun drones.. Of course if you stagger it and are on top of the recharge you can keep it going for a bit.
