I'm actually running the exact same keyboard on both setups (some Cooler Master, don't remember the model) I tried installing the C++ distribution but I'm already running a newer version, so it wouldn't let me install it. the intel ethernet driver update didn't seem to fix the problem either. Thanks for the advice though.

For my "Ultimate team set" I went Earth/Thermal controller. Low damage, yes, but lots of support. Illusion would be a good choice as well. /Sonic is always a good choice as lowering enemy resistance makes things die faster. /Fire is another good choice if you want to be able to solo a bit

I went a slightly different direction than recharge, slotting for max defense wherever possible, this caps to all but negative and psi. Only down side is no travel power, but Sprint/Ninja Run and Jetpack can more than make up for that. It's not a new rig, it's about 5 years old, everything is up to date, I've played many-a games (including a newer MMORPG) without any hiccups. Netgraph had 1 red spike right when it started, but after that it was all green. The strange thing is that sometimes (rarely) I can move normally, but as soon as I stop moving the issue pops up again.

This isn't rubberbanding, my characters move like they are at the movement floor and there is all kinds of character stuttering, almost like they are trying to move but can't. Also, even though I have combat jumping active, I jump about as high as if it weren't. When I get home I'll see if I can get a screen recording of it to post and show what is happening.

Hi, So I just changed computers and logged in for the first time on my new(er) rig. My problem is that when I try to move, I do so EXTREMELY slowly and my character stutters like it is trying to move but just can't. Any idea what might cause this? Thanks

At 26 you get Energy Absorption, which is an end recovery power (it saps end from mobs and gives it to you) it also gives you some defense. As for slotting, you should only have 3 slots in stamina, anything beyond that (with Single Origin Enhancements or IOs level 30+), you'll hit the ED (Enhancement Diversification) cap and you will see no benefit. Ice/Spines is a blast to play, mine is semi-retired, but was so much fun, especially after level 26

Envenom has -regen, not sure why everyone keeps missing that. Poison's biggest problems are the small radius on its powers and the fact that you need to be in melee range. If the radius on Envenom/Weaken was extended (not likely to happen) you'd have a very strong set.

Hi, I noticed Brute and Scrapper numbers do not match up for Energy Aura, the Scrapper numbers match what is in game. See snips below for Mid's numbers -
I found a solution in Silk's guide, I deleted the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cryptic\COH registry file and that cleared it up

Hi, I usually run a 3 monitor set up (laptop screen + 2 monitors). One of the monitors died, now I am getting the following message when I try to load the game Unfortunately, the City of Heroes client encountered an unexpected error and must close. The error occurred in VCRUNTIME140.dll at relative address 0xc7c9. Any ideas? Thanks
