Seems like a waste of a power pick since squid mode includes fly, but I guess if you want to fly in human only form you'd need it.

On Live I used to taunt the Paladin in Kings Row (when more than one would accrue up in North Kings Row). They could be taunted up to the North wall gate to Galaxy City, before it was closed. (Now there is just a statue to Galaxy Girl I think) There were Drones up there at the gate and just enough space to break line of site to get the GM up within range. The paladin would bring a lot on minion clockwork with it and would overwhelm the Drones, but eventually would catch the GM. I had fun doing that, even though there was no XP or badge or any reward, other than clearing out a glut of GMs when there were too many at one time. Now on Homecoming you can taunt the Paladin but you have to drag him all the way down to the AE building. Too much work.

That's my thought as well, because Amp Up doesn't boost the defense applied by the protector bots, it's skipable.

I have a Bot/Elec MM also. It synergizes well, just cant use Amp Up on your bots, only fellow players, so be forewarned if you're not there yet. I just skipped that power altogether.

I went back in time to when ClarkTM Bars were a thing for real, and I wouldn't have to try to jiggle them out of old, abandoned vending machines. Oh, you fiend!! You're not even fresh!!

What I like about the incarnate system(or story) is that you can decide to partake in it or not. You still unlock Alpha slots after 50. You still gain vet levels. Your tech gadgets still benefit from your increased powers. You can write your own believable (to you) story on how you keep getting stronger. You do not have to go fall into the well if you don't want to, and still end up with some robotic drones that you built to help you eliminate tough EBs.

Definitely more into MM and Controllers now. My badger is Illusion/TA Controller. I have 4 MM fully incarnate and working on another. When I need a quick infusion of inf I play my tanks. I rarely play my stalkers, defenders or brutes. Can't find a way to like dominators. Working on a new scrapper with a gimmicky finishing move. I have one corruptor with fold space which I almost always just solo with. I have an AR/Dev I love as a blaster, that's all I need.

There really should be no rush to collect ALL the exploration badges in all the zones. Once you get the 8 from Atlas Park, that unlocks the TP beacon. Then you only need one exploration badge from each zone to be able to teleport to that zone. Just find the one closest, the one that is easiest to remember. As you play and fight baddies in the street, the tips will drop and you will find the others. It's a process that doesn't need completed in a couple hours. It is ruined if you go get Vidiotmaps and find them all in 15 minutes. IMO.

When I share resources with alts on other servers I use email. When I share with alts on the same server, I use base storage. I belong to only solo SG bases that I create. Totally the best way to do it if you mainly solo.

I just try to do it differently every time. Not always possible. But I know the characters I like the most I end up street sweeping with the most, and find new locations to level them up. I have a new scrapper that had a blast street sweeping in Pretoria. Ran into the Syndicate instance and completed that...very fun when you don't know what to expect.

Blue side: When I escort, I turn off all stealth and running speed increasing powers. Walk to the door. Red Side: When I kidnap. Same, but the NPC is slower and mouths off a lot, trying to get the rescue party to appear. It's designed that way.

Prima Consigliere can call out Singularities that can toss about Ice Tankers if more than one is aggroed. This is extremely rare. I think it is a later stage Portal Corp mission. Beware.

That's right! The only shard with its' own emote. Victory will be joining us as our 6th live shard alongside Torchbearer, Excelsior, Everlasting, Reunion and Indomitable. Work on your characters back story. Make something up that you would be proud of, and another player would read and would want to team with you. Challenge given.

Rikti Raids in Skyway, you can get Synapse fighting for you and go stand on his pyramid while he spins out of control. Of course you don't get any XP, but its still fun.

I have a Thugs/Empathy MM with the provoke power. She has the Bring it emote tied to text "Come get Some". I decided not to bind it to the power Provoke because the emote is too long and she uses it to pull a group back into a group of thugs to get ganked. The Bring it emote is just used for effect after shes safely backed around a corner. She is, of course, a squishy. My Ninja/Time MM has his Ninja crew named after famous Rock N Roll Guitarists. They do the group Air Guitar emote together after mission ends that are successful. Or sometimes when they're just standing around practicing. Since I am an old Victory Server player, of course I use the Victory emote on a lot of my toons. We were the only server with its own emote, and its like a secret handshake.

I was handing out duplicating gift to players in AP. But they never tossed one back to me. Cannot figure that one out.

I played one scrapper as a throwback era type character who used only SO enhancers until 50, never sent her any seed money playing the game like at was at launch, not even going into newer zones or playing newer TFs. As she leveled my other characters crafted Hero merits and put them into email. She retrieved them and as she dinged 50 she was able to buy full sets of ATO's.

I believe you are right. I know he carried keys, where the Jing-a-linging came from. I remember him as a character that would frequent department stores or malls to promote Christmas consumerism. The song would be played on radio stations to promote his appearances.

Mr. Jing-a-ling is the"Keeper of Santa's Sack". He even gives out a badge.
