    Far as I know it's just a naughty bonus fight for people who remember all the "poisoned candy and razor blades in apples" stories from the 1980s.

    As someone who plays most ATs, I have no issues with Apex or Tin Mage on any melee or not-melee ATs. It's not even particularly challenging.

    Probably a combination of long standing biases and disinterest in blasters in general. New devices IS pretty awesome, and I was quite satisfied with my ar/dev going to 50 here.

    ~19% tohit buff, 20% damage all the time. Adds an extra 60 (or 80? I forget) percent damage to sniper attacks. Sniper buff takes 8 seconds out of combat to re-set.

    I'd love to see more powersets naturally. I'd also liek to see the story lines progressed and some or all of the dangling plot threads resolved. I'd like to see the Praetorian EATs developed. I want to see more uses of the Whip animations. I'd love new animations of all sorts, in fact.

    I cut the picture because it's kind of big, but what that is is one of the female characters from the show Bob's Burgers (starring H. Jon Benjamin, the guy who voices Archer) having an epileptic seizure while somehow remaining upright.

    Targeting Drone gives a 60% damage boost while out of combat, no longer tied to Assault Rifle. So your out of combat opener gets the damage regardless of your primary set.

    I have seen both, found them more terrifying than amusing. 😛 My first reaction to Idicoracy was "This isn't going to take that many years to come to pass."

    Slightly above average is about the lowest I play consistently. Being very intelligent myself, I have great difficulty understanding or portraying people significantly below average believably. As a result most of my alts are varying degrees of clever buggers, even if lacking in formalized education.

    Based on my experiences with other graphical mods for City, you could probably just add a new graphic to the Data/* subfolders. If it's named the same way as the base file, the data folder will override the .pigg base art assets. I don't mod billboards or storefronts so I don't know which data/* subfolders you'd need to create and fill.

    Yes, but it also turns off EVERYTHING, so it's not real practical for combat use.

    The game has cel shading now? I was completely unaware.

    If you're willing to fly everywhere, you can also pick up Hover, which moves much slower than sprinting or +runspeed powers so maintains a much better level of user control.

    New random thought: If the Mothership in the RWZ loses its shield during a raid, why don't any of the heroes or the government drop a damn nuke on the thing while it's vulnerable? Carried in it could be dropped before the shields are restored.

    1) Paragon and the Rogue Isles have thousands of miles of sewers. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A TOILET IN EITHER? 2) Doc Delilah's breasts are huge enough to have gravitational attraction. Could that be an origin story for a grav/ troller?

    So based in a half-drunken conversation with a couple friends.... Is there any way to add the /em getsome animation to the pool of possible animation choices for the various Taunt powers?
