Hopefully with plenty of liquids. Ibuprofen with no chaser always wrecks my intestines at least.

OTC painkillers don't affect me adversely.  I was dosing myself with 1000mg/hour for months after my lung surgery (chronic pain, resistant to opioids), and again when I broke my collarbone.  Liver's still healthy.  It's the prescription medications that do a number on me.  I stay away from those, since I rather enjoy not being dead.

Vitamin M was what we called Motrin in the Navy.  It solves every medical problem apparently.

Usually Skittles and/or chocolate, occasionally trail mix of some kind.

Once in a while though, I hang out in my base and watch Help chat while base building; those days I make a big bowl of popcorn (kettle corn, eaten w/chopsticks of course!)

I'm a neat freak and a longevity nut. Which makes snacking a doubly remote concept. And this thread three times as interesting. It's easy to get immersed into one's life bubble so thoroughly you forget how different other life experiences can be.

Usually some form of chip like Pita chips, lays. I'll also eat apple slices and peanut butter just to have something healthy every once in awhile.

Homemade cocoa pudding.  We use 1/2 sugar and 1/2 allulose to sweeten it. Literally cannot taste the difference from the full-sugar version, and it's richer than your standard box-kit chocolate pudding.  Of course, eating it is a challenge while gaming.  Got to take a bite between fights.

It's actually a thing to eat chips with disposable chopsticks in Japan. Not everyone does it.

 

I do now, though. It's amazingly convenient, especially if you're used to using them in general. Something about how the wood texture perfectly grips the chip surface.

It's all good fun. I'm pretty sure that what Brits call a scone and Americans call a biscuit aren't all that similar though. Ours aren't sweet at all and we either poor gravy over them or put breakfast foods in them. On a related and humorous note, did you know we have Tudors here in my part of America?

I actually knew you have a kind of savoury breakfast biscuit thingy. It sounds pretty tasty actualy but I've never tried one!
