plainguy
Looking to make a small girl similar to League of Legends Annie But all I am coming up with is a 4 foot angry woman. ZemyaSoldat
Unfortunately with the builder, even the minimum slider for the chest is something like a C-cup, which does make it hard to do a younger looking character. My recommendations: Chest and hip sliders to medium minimum. Waist slider to maximum Physique slider on the higher end. Use one of the youthful faces, and play with the face sliders to soften/widen the face contours as much as you can. Try to use baggier clothes options to downplay the chest and hips. ETA: Corrected a momentary disconnect between brain and fingers. Edited July 29, 2019 by ZemyaSoldat

ed_anger
You make small girls the same way you make small boys. You see, when two adults love each other.... 2

Oubliette_Red
If you open the costume file and adjust the height to -35 you can shrink your character by about 1 head-height. I've nor checked it, but in another thread anything beyond -35 will generate an error. In-game minimum for the female frame is -27, Example: I edited Jaggedy Ann's costume file to a height of -35, the costume on the left is the minimum height allowed via sliders. Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. Looking for modified whole powerset sfx? Check out Michiyo's modder or Solerverse's thread. Got a punny character? You should share it. Shoulders, Waist and Hips to maximum so as to counter the "wasp waisted" default settings. Chest at medium or less. Set height after setting the above parameters. In the actual costuming itself, in the Head open up the Shape menu and choose Youthful so as to achieve a more "juvenile" (ie. lower) head to overall height ratio than you would have on an adult. The Youthful head will the "bigger" than the default adult head, to help sell this difference in apparent age (children have a larger head relative to their overall body size). After that ... you're on your own. Verbogeny is one of many pleasurettes afforded a creatific thinkerizer.
