If you stand close to one of the bowling allies, you can periodically hear the sound of pins being knocked over. Always thought that was a nice touch.

Hmm, there are a lot of people still on windows 7, and considering the overall crappiness of win10, probably wont upgrade. I know I wont until forced to when I buy a new system.

I remember seeing a post about this weeks ago, maybe on reddit.... Is there any plan on speeding up the character list? It currently takes 2-3 minutes to bring up my characters ( on Excelsior ). I don't remember it being like this on live, Could it be something as simple as adding an index on a table? Seems like this could be a major turnoff for new players checking the game out.

I don't see the issue with allowing AE missions to have contacts and doors outside the AE building. Heck, provide an /AE command so I can search for them without going into AE. As far as most of the content being low quality .... leave it to me to pick my own missions, I'll decide for myself what is bad and what isn't.

A minor QOL change, but it would be nice.... Currently, the resting pose of my heroes varies from the standard "crouching over like my back is broken" pose, to the villainous "looking around furtively" pose ( that better belongs on red side ). I would personally prefer to just be standing there (which I can get to by popping an inspiration - but I'd rather not have to waste one). Suggestion: Provide a drop down option in the costume editor screens to define which non-combat pose your character defaults to.

I don't see an issue with shorter characters, but there would definitely be clipping issues on many maps with anything taller. Secondary issue: It's already hard to see what's going on in combat already, with larger characters it could make it even more difficult to see past them.

Anyone know exactly which attacks and defensive powers are associated with the mobs in your typical fire farm? I vaguely remember from years ago that to get max xp, each mob had to have a minimum number of powers - just cant remember the details.

I wish they'd make it a 24 man raid, and actually let you fight your way into the ship, then fight an AV or two at the end. It would be a lot of work, but the innards of the ship could be made from existing assets...

This royally sucks that you can no longer have the cosplayer hero costumes. You went out of your way to not use the actual character names, so I don't see the issue with just the costumes. Suggestion: Rather than the random costumes you're doing, maybe use all the heroes and villains from the game, like Statesman, Ms Liberty, etc. There's a bunch of them.

I think a better suggestion would be to limit the types of mobs that appear in ToT in Atlas Park, so that there isn't so much debuff. In general, there is no problem with accuracy at lower levels, in normal missions.

It actually used to be like that, back in beta. I'm not sure why they added the wait, but it is a bit annoying.

Just a few ideas: - Malta - The Family - I have one Casablanca type character who definitely needs this - The Cabal - Redcaps - Fir Bolgs - Tuatha - Original Clockwork ( don't remember seeing this one, but I could have missed it ) It would be nice to have more choices for thematic consistency with your character.

Yes, I'm quite aware that the game cant do this currently, hence the request. As to whether its a game file replacement, that's completely up to the implementation. It could very well be implemented in a manner similar to the alternate animations.

I honestly wish they'd just allow villains to play in blueside zones - stick a few villain contacts in the shadows, remove the restriction on cross faction grouping, and boom I guarantee you'd get a lot more players playing as villains. I don't play redside simply because - 1. I don't like the zones that much and 2. I don't like being Recluse's lacky.

One free travel power at character creation?

I don't mind waiting until level 4 for the travel power. But they do have a point about having to give up something else to gain said power. I can't tell you how many characters where I've had to give up on travel powers, simply because I couldn't fit it into the build, where I'm trying to max defense, for example. -
Ok, I created the data/sound/ogg folder. How do I go about locating/extracting these ogg files? Looks like everything is packaged inside the .pigg files atm. Powers of Interest: Pistols, Dual Wield, Empty Clips, Suppressive Fire, Bullet Rain, Executioner's Shot, Piercing Rounds, and Hail of Bullets. If I could start out with the base sounds, I could definitely use Audacity to tone them down a bit - I've used it quite a bit to mod XCOM 2.

Not a bad idea. I was just playing a while ago and noticed the sound effects for Malta Gunslingers sounded a bit better as well. Not sure if they use the same sounds as Lady Grey, but it was better than what we have.

Currently, alternate animations are provided for certain powers. In certain cases, it would be nice to have alternate sounds as well. Case in point is Dual Pistols... to me the constant, extremely loud, extremely sharp sounds from every attack is grating. Contrast that with the toned down sound effects in the early Steel Canyon mission with Lady Gray, who supposedly has the same power set. Same power set, similar sounds, but one is much less annoying. Suggestion: Provide the toned down sound effects in Lady Grey's dual pistols power set as an option.
