I've had a parked KM/EA Brute parked for quite some time. Was one of my first characters. They're not great, but not terrible. I rarely visit them though since a lot of other characters are more fun, so they have been tasked with holding a spot in a SG on Excel. I've stripped and deleted a lot of characters. I really should have tracked them, but it's over 200 and many of them were 50. For the most part they've had Basic IO builds from back when I was "poor". I still have a few dozen that may still be stripped and retired. I just find it easier than having a bunch of non-used chars.

Zect pretty much answered, but note that on the player select screen, you can do a search by Name, AT, and/or Powers

Yea, the current M&R is a great power, but it's not multizone. I think a different power, or something that perhaps allowed you to set a base portal destination would do well for this purpose. Something like this has been something asked for since live and it definitely was picked up when the TP Pool got revamped. On the $loc stuff. "/thumbtack [x y z]" is different than "/thumbtack x y z" (How different, haven't done a deep dive, but now I'm more curious, so looks like I'm heading down a rabbit hole in a few minutes) I run across it when doing cut'n'paste things. It's been discussed a bit, not sure if a dev has looked into it.

I have noted that sometimes the rating screen does not come up. Usually it's because the contact was talked to by the lead before I finished zoning out of the mission into pocket D

One of my characters as their backstory was an employee of Manticore who got nearly killed by being put into that scenario. Nothing like being put into a live fire scenario where the people shooting at you think you work for Arachnos.

I often will click on any non-storage item in my base and still move away before doing other stuff just to be sure I cleared it.

On Jump Jets: The main issue is they take account of enhancements and other modifiers and really should just shoot you one direction. I want them to fire you off in a jump and as long as you don't hit a control, you should land in the same spot everytime. If you hit a control, well, then you will go elsewhere. I'd prefer that to a teleport or something more fixed.

Just did it on Victory. I find the 25 tip missions more of a hassle (and now that I think about it, doesn't fit in with the rest of the badges for the accolade)

They're the ones that say something, plus there's at least one other indicator. I've always spotted which ones that are required at least. Sometimes they're very close to other groups. I think time savings really depend on the composition of the team.

It had been suggested earlier as well. Though they may have decided to use the name based off that one. There's also a current thread about Hamidon that has Development involved. And a couple devs had mentioned they saw something that sparked an idea for them, so while I don't think they'll ever just use an idea as is, they don't work in a vacuum. I suspect a few more suggestions get hammered out in the closed beta area.

With Heather: Yes with the Office (second) and the Tsoo (third) missions. The end conversation starts whenever some gets to Sigil in the office. The starter conversation starts when anyone goes up to the Tsoo talking to Sciracco. However, the mission owner needs to talk to people in all the missions. The detective in the first, Bellarose in the second, (If you bother with them), but the Tsoo guy, and to start the final fight in the last are required. Sub fifteen minutes runs are pretty easy, especially solo with bosses turned off. All the missions are pretty close together, so not much travel time.

Since endurance has much lower numbers, the badge would need to be for much less than say equivalent health badges. I lean toward no since while it's feasible for non-electric (etc) characters, for a lot it would be a longer more tedious badge.

And that will let you know about that one character. Notes will give you the way to tell by account.

Went back to your original post, and you're more concerned with the player behaviour, right? Notes function. Tracks via global, and lists the characters you have interacted with. The badge you propose will only be on certain characters.

Of course, if you have Mark & Recall, you can get her to the entrance right away. (Of course, the reason I'm doing this mission is because I'm working toward it...)

Which community are you in? I see people look at low badge count as something that may speak to not doing as much content. My current chars, I only have a few over 1k, Median number at 495, but that includes counting some chars that are just starting out. Once they hit 50, they're in the 600-900 range In any case, ZacKing is correct, you'd just be incentivizing bad behaviour. And how does this effect people that decide to reform a TF? Say they're going for a Master with no deaths, and someone dies due to some mistake in the first mission. (Or an ambush lands on them, etc...) Everyone get penalized or what?

As an aside, maybe we should disable Hidden status for zones that are limited to 50 people. Or Hidden is disabled if the zone is near full. So, at 40, you can't be hidden. I could see someone screwing up and using the power once, but for them to be outside the league and hidden, that's a griefer. Hope the person is made accountable. -

At least one of my chars has both contacts. And they're quick to get as well if anyone wants to. Couple different methods available.

It's not a bad arc and yea, running the last arc spoils the "reveal", but still a lot of fun and none of them are very long.
