  1. It would be cool if you could have multiple GMs spawning & have Pacific Rim style battles throughout the zone. That should cut down on the complaints that one person is hogging all the fun.

  4. In the Villain Tutorial the P2W guy doesn't appear on the map, he's near the first contact you are sent to, his name is Keister.
  5. Even if it can't be based on Origin, there should be a random variety of pet(s) created to simulate random mutations. And perhaps the recharge on the power could have some overlap to have more than one out (briefly).
  6. Alternatively, it could work like the lost cure from the Montague Castanella storyarc; your enemy target is transformed replacing him (in this case into a bulked-up, roided up pet instead of a civilian).

  8. On live, I always thought there should have been a portal that takes you between PVP Zones, either by the entrance gates or inside the hospital. The hospital one could be a either be a Paramedic NPC or a gurney labeled "Emergecy Transport" or "Medical Evac", and clicking it calls up a list of PVP Zones & drops you in the hospital there.

  11. Because if the fight is bad enough to wipe out your pets, if that Mastermind doesn't immediately re-summon he will quickly join his pets in death. Ideally the MM would throw out a control or group debuff first before re-summoning, but not all secondary's have that (Kinetics).
  12. That looks great, it's good to see something that could work. On live I remember using a different Judgement, thanks for linking that video. A 2 (or 3) use power that then goes into a cooldown would go a long way to capturing the right feel for the power.
  13. If the combat teleport can hit multiple foes in succession and have the fight action feel "fluid" would be great, perhaps leaving blurred afterimages at each foe attacked. A power that feels "inspired by" Nightcrawler without being a rip-off. For visual reference a look at Nightcrawlers teleport attack. (Not expecting the same exact thing, just something different that works in a similar style.)

What teams are their rivals? The name of music groups people listen to? The answer to those questions could show up as NPC dialog (talking about a recent game), flyers/billboard around the city, etc...

GM Sijin is correct, while both Heroes and Villains would coexist in these revamped Hazard Zones they would have completely different PvE storyarcs given out by different contacts working towards separate, opposite goals leading up to 2 TFs (a Hero TF and a Villain SF). No PvP or physical confrontation involved. GM Sijin's Goliath idea sounds awesome.
  19. No AT should have to feel obligated to dipping into pool powers or epics to utilize a feature of their powerset (either Primary or Secondary). Redlynne's suggestion of swapping out Entangling Arrow & replacing it with Electrified Net Arrow (so that Electrified Net Arrow could be used to ignite Oil Slick) seems to be the simplest solution; doesn't require dipping into other pools or lock you into picking a specific origin for the origin power (which would limit player concepts for their character).   20. If it’s for a team tower defense that would be great (it would add another layer of challenge while the team is down a person), but for a solo challenge it shouldn't. More thoughts on rezzing during the team tower defense, you should be given two options: Rez in Jail - To help any ATs that don't have enough damage to quickly break out on their own, the door would have a countdown till it bursts open. (You can break the door down before then if you choose.) The door would also be close by to the team, so they could just send someone to help break you out. Rez in Maze - Unlike the frustrating Perez Park maze, this maze would have a couple of methods of getting out. Maze Escape Method 1: Working your way through the maze to one of the multiple exits (This is the long way). Maze Escape Method 2: Portal exits - Random Portals scattered throughout the maze Green Portals randomly drops you somewhere else in the maze & where it leaves you will always be safe but not necessarily near the exit. Red Portals will always drop you near an exit but also spawn hostiles right on your location, the player can choose to fight them or make a mad dash for the exit. Once the player makes it to the maze exit the enemy group will despawn so that the next resurrected player working their way thru doesn't get ganked by the previously player's spawn. Gold Portals drops you directly back at the team rally point, no muss, no fuss. Maze Escape Method 3: Brute Force Method The walls of the maze are all destructable, if you want out bad enough you can just smash your way free. (The walls will respawn over time.) As for why would anyone rez in the Maze instead of the jail; scattered throughout the maze are additional temp powers (even temp allies) that can help the team beat back the waves.
  21. If there was ever a revamp for Hazard Zones I was hoping that Heroside Hazard Zones would be opened up to include Villains. Either as a Co-op Zone (Heroes & Villains working together to stop a greater threat) or as a Competitive Zone. (Heroes having storyarcs trying to save the Zone, & Villains would have storyarcs furthering their own agenda. (Seizing power, causing chaos/instigating trouble, digging up a buried doomsday weapon/dangerous technology, stealing money/jewels/priceless objects from a buried vault, Sabotaging/Eliminating a rival.) Any Hazard Zone that gets revamped should have a Echo version available through Ouroboros.

It would be great if there was also an option to set up a tower defense style playstyle (obstructions you can erect between waves to slow the enemy or funnel them into a killzone, or turrets/drones and/or minefields to help you take them out), then the player could choose whether they want to use the tower defense help or take the enemy with just their powerset powers only.
  23. It would be great if there was a door/portal that linked the old Paragon Dance Party to Pocket D.
