  1. Panacea is supposed to be 3PPM 7.5% HP heal. PT:Heal is supposed to be 3PPM 5% HP heal. Edit: those should be of base HP, btw, and apparently they are being modified by +/- Heal, which may not be intended. I haven't bothered to verify in game numbers, but there were some posts in the Beta threads about it here: Bopper actually got 8.8% heal value from Panacea and 5% from PT:Heal a few posts down from that one.
  2. That looks like a permissions error to me. Uninstall the program. Reinstall it to a different location. For example, make a Games folder on your C drive, then install it there instead. That's my best guess.
  3. Wouldn't Creepers function like other "pets", however those behave? I can't say I've ever looked at the MM forums to see how to proc pets.
  4. I wouldn't give up End recovery, necessarily. But, depending on the build and slots available, it can be nice. Here is the math:
  5. No, sorry, I've not messed with installing Mids on a Mac, and I have no experience with Wine. If no one responds by this afternoon, I would recommend trying the Discord.
  6. The original build looks like it is trying to play purely at range except for Short Circuit. The new build looks like it is going to play in melee range. But, you have built for ranged defense instead of melee (or S/L) defense. Which are you wanting to do?
  7. I don't think that is related to your gpu. You might try reinstalling the .Net installer from the Mac instructions in the first post of the thread. Otherwise, if no one else chimes in here, you may need to try out making contact on the Discord linked in the first post. Lots of folks have had issues getting it to work right on Mac.
  8. There are several arcs where the level range in Ouro and the level range they "award" in are off. Here is a thread on the Badges, and several are mentioned in the thread.
  9. Absolutely. The build I posted goes for the optimal attack chain, but does not even come close to maximizing the damage. My builds all tend towards max survival and good ability to exemplar (I didn't pay attention to exemplaring on this build, though).
  10. You can get 15% slow resist from Brawl with 1 added slot for 2 Superior Blistering Cold. Better per slot bonus of slow resist, though SShock does have a move speed bonus, too.
  11. I just had 2 slots to play with and dumped them there without paying much attention. Couldn't use another LotG because it would go over 5 +10% recharge regen bonuses. Moving 1 to Stamina and 1 to Health for the HP bonuses from PS and PM would be good. I'd move the LotG 2nd slot from Lucky to Agile if doing that, leaving Dodge and Lucky 1 slotted, to balance out the defenses. edit: recharge should have been regen
  12. Hrm, it opens for me, so it must have to do with the unofficial update from here: I think I still have the not-updated builder around. I'll try to copy it into that and re-post. edit: Try this one. Empty slots are PT:Heal
  13. Personal preference, but I can't imagine making a SR without PT:Heal even given SL. More healing = more surviving.
  14. I will throw a variation of the build into the mix for alternatives and such. The new PT:Heal is a must for me now in SR builds. If you don't have the new Mids unofficial update, the blanks in Phys.Perf and Stamina are the PT:Heal.
  15. This sometimes happens with Snipe APPs. No easy way around it.
  16. You do have to hit the 1st time before -Def does you any good. Since you'll be leading with a Control usually, with a long cooldown, making sure you hit with that before any -Def is applied is a good idea.
  17. My understanding from prior threads is that the +Recharge does not stack, but the duration is added on to the existing duration. So, you do get benefit, just not doubled up recharge bonus.
  18. You need to either add the Data Chunk or the Data Link when you post the build, or others can't open it in the planner to review it.
  19. I'm talking about holding right mouse button down to control turning, not run/autorun. Having to hold any key down to do it is a pain.
  20. I hate using mouse movement in this game as it requires me to hold down the right mouse button constantly. Once these controller enhancements are fleshed out, any chance of having a mode similar to this for KB/Mouse where we can hold something like LControl to get mouse mode (or toggle it), but effectively be in freelook with the mouse otherwise? edit: There is a setting that does something approximately like this, but everything I have ever read on it says it is horribly unreliable.
  21. This thread should be helpful for the EM side. Look up Hyperstrike. He has lots of useful Invuln. posts. edit to add: Build looks relatively ok. Hyperstrike's posts can help you get some more F/C/E/N defense. But, you fully slotted Physical Perfection, which gives half the regen of Health. Move those slots to health if you keep them.
  22. The Purple and PvP IOs set bonuses work 1-50 at full value, so yes, you always get 10% recharge (if the set gives that). True for the set bonuses, but not the Proc. Miracle +Recovery is a Proc. Procs don't care about level once you have them slotted. If you still have the power (it is not greyed out), the proc can still happen. So, if you have it in Health (granted at level 2), you will always have the Proc available. This is true for Miracle, Numina, Panacea, PT:Heal, etc. Preventative Medicine: Absorb is not a proc, per se. It fuctions as a set bonus, basically, so min. level 17.
